From the kids sunglasses to the Netflicks show of their choice they make the visit so easy and positive that my little ones actually want to go to the dentist.....the treasure box doesn't hurt either. This is my first review as I don’t ever write reviews. Moving in a new city I had no idea which dentist to contact that’s good but after carefully seeing some reviews I came across We Smile Dentistry which had a lot of reviews and happy customers so I contacted We Smile Dentistry and got an appointment the next day which was super awesome, I went and met with Dr. Spagnuolo to get some dental bridges done and he straight up told me the truth that my case is unique and complicated but he can definitely work with it. Knowing the complication of my situation I trusted Dr. Spagnuolo because out of all the dentists I have seen he seems more realistic and caring towards my situation and after X rays and exams he came up with a solution that has change my smile and the way I feel about myself. I finally got my dental bridges in and got them in a nice white shade that I love and since I got them I can’t stop smiling, before I used to smile with just my front row teeth but now I smile with my up and bottom row teeth because I just can’t believe how awesome they look. Dr. Spagnuolo is very professional with a killer sense of humour that will make you laugh hard and the rest of his professional team is super caring and spot on with everything, they call you after your procedures to check on you and answer any questions and everyone at We Smile Dentistry is all friendly and kind. Thank you to everyone at We Smile Dentistry for giving me the smile I never thought I will have in this lifetime and from the bottom of my heart I appreciate all you have done for me.

All the staff were so friendly and they actually explained what they were doing before and during the procedures which is a new experience for me but I really enjoy being informed throughout the visit. Dr Giulio is a rare find in London. We are very lucky to have such a talented, technically savvy dentist in our city. My dentist retired, after I had been with him 25 years, so after a few friends had recommended Dr. Giulio I decided to make the transition. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, explains all of the processes involved and is very accommodating to special needs. I suffer from Vertigo as well as jaw issues, but he was able to navigate through these concerns during the crown he replaced. His attention to detail and proficiency of CERAC 3D modelling software technology is what makes him an exemplary dentist. The crown is impeccable, I had no pain after the freezing came out and it looks like my own natural tooth, and hey, I got to watch a Netflix movie and listen to some of his jokes along the way! All of the support staff are so amazing, they are all very knowledgeable and friendly and show a genuine caring attitude, which is hard to find. Thanks for all that you do!

I never understood the value of the professionalism at We Smile Dentistry until I left and tried another dentist closer to my house. The difference was remarkable and left me feeling uncomfortable with the quality of care I was receiving at the other place. One visit to the other dentist is all it took to convince me that what I was receiving at We Smile was excellent care, and so I came back. Dr. Spagnuolo and his team provide a friendly, professional environment with state-of-the art technology. It is reassuring to know that you are being given the best available treatment from a competent team. I have never had a bad experience with the quality of service or the people who work there, and after 10+ years that is remarkable. It is also worthy to note that just because the best care is available, you are never forced or pressured to do something just because it is available. Dr. Spagnuolo has always presented a balanced view of choices and taken the time to explain the pros and cons of various treatment options. He is understanding of financial constraints, and I have never felt under pressure to get work done now just because the dentist wants to sell me something. My whole family is served by We Smile including two young children who loooooove going to the dentist because it doesn't hurt and they get to watch Netflix while the dentist works! It almost seems wrong that my kids like it so much! If you are looking for a dentist that is both excellent with the youngest customers and the old, We Smile is an excellent choice.

Every hygienist is very professional and welcoming and instead of scolding you, they give you ways to improve your dental health. Before going to WeSmile, I had not gone to the dentist for about 7 years because of my experiences with other dentists. Nothing nothing

Anyone who has a bad past with dentists, should look no further than Dr. Spagnuolo and his crew! Our daughter was pretty scared/in tears to get her first filling, and had only been here for a couple cleanings/xrays prior. She had a bad experience when she was younger with a different dentist and We Smile took amazing care of not only her, but me as well. They were honest with her about what they were doing every step of the way and Dr. Spagnuolo even came out to let me know she was doing great. The receptionists could tell I was worried about her and were able to put my mind at ease. I have never seen a business, til We Smile, where all staff just genuinely care about their customers. When she came out, said it was a 1 out of 10 on the pain scale. On our next visit for a cleaning, his assistant asked me about her and said how much it meant to her that day that she was able to give her a positive experience and help her through that fear. Also, we are covered by the Healthy Smiles program, and even though they are likely getting less money for their services provided to my children, they show no less concern. Lovely staff, good atmosphere. If you have insurance, this is a great dentist to go to! If you do not, it is not the cheapest place. However with insurance helping, I do find it is worth it, as I am able to watch netflix to distract me from being at the dentist. Everyone is incredibly kind.

Going to the dentist is not necessarily something we all look forward to. However, everyone at We Smile Dentistry is super friendly and naturally makes you forget why you dreaded going to the dentist in the first place. Dr. Spagnuolo and his team did a fantastic job at making me extremely comfortable during an experience that I have usually found awkward or unbearable with my previous dentists. Not only that, they actually made it kind of fun! I couldn't count how many times they had me laughing by talking to me throughout, cracking jokes, and just having a good time. They obviously love what they do and it clearly shows. I am also one of those patients who doesn't shut up and is super interested in what they are doing and why; every single person I dealt with was more than happy to answer all my questions and talk me through the whole process. Before I knew it, my appointment was over! I just by chance stumbled upon this practice when I moved to London and I am so glad I did.

I have been going to We Smile Dentistry for 30 years now and have never had a bad experience. Dr. Spagnuolo and all the staff have always been welcoming and helpful. The We Smile Dentistry team has always been very understanding about accommodating special requests and circumstances. My last appointment was a crown replacement that was completely done in 2 hours. The crown has been in place for a couple of days now and not a single problem. I know that if I did need an adjustment, it would be done very quickly and Dr. Spagnuolo would not be satisfied until it was right.

Great office, great team, comfortable atmosphere, and very clean. Past few times, my appointments were delayed, but that was just because of previous patients procedure taking a little longer than usual, and that creates a domino effect. That’s okay for me, it tells me they will never rush with a patient to bring in the next patient - they take their time to make sure the teeth are in perfect condition, and if it’s not up to their standards, they will fix it. I like how Mr. Spagnuolo will always come by the room to have a quick chat, check up on how I’m doing, and explains the procedure I’ll be doing that day. I called in asking for a checkup and X-ray last summer. Their receptionist informed me of the price and it was over my budget. After letting her know I couldn’t afford their services on the phone, she was kind enough to spend 20 minutes telling me about the university dentistry practice. Everyone there made you feel very comfortable with each step of every proceedure. Giulio was my childhood dentist. I remember being excited to go to his office as a kid: everybody was so nice and I always left with stickers. When I moved back to London as an adult I was so happy that he could take me on as a patient again. His office is just as warm and welcoming as I remembered. I have had some minor procedures done over the years - fillings, chips repaired, etc - and the results have always been excellent.

I joined this practice in January and shortly after saw Dr. Spagnuolo for three fillings followed by a dental cleaning. The tone of the whole experience begins in the accessible parking lot, the welcoming entrance with senior/disability friendly elevator and calming waiting room with an aquarium. At my initial visit, all of the explanations of the care I would receive was clear and the staff were able to reassure me and answer my questions. I was most impressed by the consistent quality of each experience from the office staff who perform as a high functioning team working collaboratively. Dr. Spagnuolo is a gem and I felt very confident in his professional manner and skills. The freezing for the fillings was most effective and I didn't feel any discomfort. The office setting is very calming and the Netflix movies of your choice on the ceiling with headphones is an extra bonus. It has been a pleasure to see this integrated team in action and experience such complete dental care.

He doesn't recommend unnecessary treatment but works with the hygienists to educate the patients on how to achieve better oral hygiene. That speaks volumes of the professionalism, dedication, integrity, compassion, trust, etc, etc, etc that I and my family have experienced over all these years. I would never ever consider going to any other dental center. Dental work and hygiene is serious business. Personally speaking, up until before I started going to Dr. Spagnuolo I hated going to a dentist. I was always nervous and apprehensive. The thought of a needle going into my mouth before a procedure terrified me! Same thing with scaling. I hated it! But you know something, Dr. Spagnuolo has a unique ability to reduced those fears to almost nil. Nice, eh? Same goes with the hygienists. Speaking of dental surgery, suppose Dr. Spagnuolo informs you that you need to have root canal done. In my experience, Dr. Spagnuolo consistently articulates very clearly why you need it and what the procedure entails. He makes it easy to understand. The best part is, there is no such thing as a stupid question... so ask away. All staff at We Smile Dentistry are super friendly. Covid 19 protocols are strictly enforced (thanks Sue!) and each treatment room is fully sanitized before the arrival of any patient. On a personal note, when I came out as Transgender, I was somewhat apprehensive and quite nervous as to what kind of reception I would receive from the good Doctor and his staff on the next appointment. From digital X-rays to a computer controlled milling machine that create perfectly fitting crowns in minutes, to ceiling mounted LCD screens, Giulio is constantly finding ways to improve his patients' comfort and safety. All of the staff is amazing. Everyone there is extremely respectful, helpful, courteous, approachable and most importantly, knowledgeable. Terrible, I have since gone to another dentist who actually initialed worked under Guilio, and has stated that a bunch of my fillings he did will need to be redone. I was also asked if I found he was always finding a 'new' cavity needing filling, which I said was the case. Looking at the xrays my new dentist pointed out a lot of shotty work and food traps. He's like a used car salesman or a bad mechanic. Wouldn't recommend. I am needing to get 4 fillings replaced, 1 is only a year old for which I have had to pay out of pocket, 1 is from Jan 2017, and 2 and from 2016. I am furious that I have had to get this done and it’s clear the work previously done was not of the highest quality. I am a patient of record and claim is truthful.

Professional and friendly service. Dr Spagnuolo and his team go the extra mile to make you comfortable and to explain all your options in detail. As a patient who is very nervous about injections for freezing, I can attest that Dr Spagnuolo is very skilled and this was by far the easiest time I have had with getting a crown done. I'd also recommend the crown in one visit if that option is available in your case. Back for a second visit, this time to finish off an implant. Three hours at the dentist is not my favorite way to spend and afternoon, but when it's necessary I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. Needed freezing twice ( it's a long appointment) but the results were worth it. Couldn't be happier.

Pretty new to this dentist, but so far my experience has been great. I've so far been for my initial exam, a cleaning, and two fillings. The dental hygienists as well as the dentist actually take the time to explain what they're doing as they do it which I really appreciated it. Even during the initial exam when usually you're just hearing them list off numbers and words that make no sense, without prompting they explained here and there what they were doing. Love that they always do two squirts of freezing. One never seems to work on me and I always have to ask for two but these guys just do it automatically. They're also very accommodating when it comes to answering questions about the procedures or even when it comes to sorting out your benefits. There was a chance I needed a root canal (didnt in the end thank goodness) but they put through a quote to my benefits estimating worst case scenario so I knew what to expect. The front desk ladies are lovely, and they also have tvs on the ceiling in the patient rooms so you can watch whatever you'd like on Netflix. Dr. Giulio Spagnuolo and Stephanie have worked on me so far and both are awesome. Highly recommend!

Absolutely everyone, from Kelly who I spoke with on the phone to get info and book my first initial appointment, to the entire front desk staff, the hygienist/assistant Habiba, and Dr. David Charrette. Everyone was personable, professional, and friendly. You can tell the entire team strives to make you feel welcomed! Habiba was great and very nice, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. Dr. Charrette was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure to explain everything that he was doing, checked-in periodically to make sure I was not in any pain, and made an effort to answer all questions. He provided his expert opinion and genuine recommendation that was easily understandable. You can tell he actually cared. Overall, the clinic was clean and well-kept. Covid protocols are in place. The team and the amount of work put into my comprehensive initial examination coupled with some of the highest tech I have experienced - I highly recommend this place to anyone. I am a HUGE FAN of We Smile Dentistry! I just started going a month ago and it has been everything I hoped for and more! First, Lizette unlocked the door & scheduled me in for new patient exam despite BEING CLOSED! Next, Tanya (who did my NPE) was so PHENOMENAL I felt my anxiety (which I have ALOT of) melt away from her knowledgeability, empathy & compassion. She even gave me her new special toothbrush she had ordered just because she had recommended it & I was excited to go buy it - she seemed a little bummed out giving it away, but sharing with her patient (me!) was more important to her. I felt so special! When I met Dr. S - I was like - "Who IS this crazy dude?!" LOL j/k, he is actually really funny & upbeat which is reassuring because u don't need to worry about him not having the stamina to complete LONG difficult procedures - which I found out first hand as I returned 2x for lengthy restorative work already. That's when I got to meet Stephanie - she is a magical assistant - she can work wonders for your comfort in the chair. From her effective topical freezing & PERFECT rubber dam placement to choosing the perfect Netflix movie for you to enjoy (which is ON THE CEILING IN EVERY ROOM!!). They also offer quality headphones, but the videos are closed captioned too so you can read the words. The last time I had a tooth fixed I remember my jaw being exhausted & nearly drowning - but not @ We Smile!! You get a bite block to prop your mouth open so u can relax & Stephanie is so amazing with the rubber dam I was more worried about my mouth getting too dry then drowning!! When it comes to freezing DR.S IS A MIRACLE WORKER! I felt no discomfort at all and I needed 3 carpules of freezing - both times! Consistently, he is very slow & steady when administering anesthetic which pays off for the patient in the chair. His skills & passion for dentistry show but his dedication to his patient, and his team, is really what makes this office the best I have ever seen. He is a master of time management, he employs only the best of the best & they love working there (they've stuck around for over 10 yrs most of them!), he keeps a beautiful office (with a gorgeous aquarium in the reception area), he invests in the best materials for your oral comfort & keeps up with new technology, he provides little luxuries (TVs on the ceiling, Advil before you go) & best of all you feel COMFORTABLE & APPRECIATED there. We took our son fully prepared to start the process for braces as we were told he needs them. We were given a quote that was far too high, at another location. After seeing Dr. Spagnuolo we were told we could wait as our son's gap may close in the next few years. He could have simply agreed to put braces on our son but he didn't. I just started going to see Dr. Spagnuolo last week and was back today to have a filling done. Ended up finding a second issue that needed to be resolved and he was able to do it then and there. In the past I have had dentists that would try and get me to do unneeded extra work done, or have had to white knuckle a filling because the dentist didn't believe me when I said I could still feel. These are not things I'm afraid of coming into this office. On top of that everyone has been incredibly friendly and fun to talk to. Plus I got to watch an episode of Friends on the ceiling while getting the work done. Always a bonus! Skilled dentist however I wish they offered Amalgam fillings as composite doesnt have the same longevity/durability as amalgam. I had a filling done on my molar (number 16) but it was composite. Many dentists dont offer Amalgam anymore despite it being a better choice for molars which endure more stress. I can see why composite would be a better choice for front teeth but not for the back.

I have been a patient of Dr. Spagnuolo's at We Smile Dentistry since he started his practice many years ago. The quality of his dental work is excellent. He has always kept up with the latest techniques and equipment to ensure the most efficient treatment methods for his patients. I have had fillings, root canal and crowns done over the years. One crown was done over 25 years ago, and it is still in good condition. I also receive a phone call the day following any major restorative work to see how I am doing after the freezing has worn off. That shows how meticulous he is about the treatment he provides. The dental assistants, hygienists and office staff are all very skilled at their jobs, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend We Smile Dentistry, so much so that, even though I no longer live in the London area, I continue to be a patient of theirs because I have been so happy with the treatment provided.

Laughing during a dental procedure usually involves nitrous oxide. However, I am pleased to say that laughing gas was not necessary during my recent visit to We Smile. Despite the fact I was having restorative work on 3 teeth, I found myself relaxed and comfortable throughout the procedure. The experience was relatively painless and allowed me to view a comedy during the procedure, hence the laughter. Dr. Giulio and Susan worked diligently and meticulously and are a credit to the profession. They ensured I was comfortable throughout and explained every step of the procedure. Perhaps most importantly, We Smile extended after-care the following day by calling to ensure all was well and to offer any remedial care, if required. That is the kind of care that ensures We Smile.

Filling, crowns, night guard, root canals, you name it I've had it done here. The staff if very helpful and friendly every time I've arrived for an appointment. They are flexible enough to accommodate my own as well as my family's busy schedules. Their approach is proactive, the prevention of cavities, as it should be. Although I live in St Thomas it is worth coming to London to get my dental work done at We Smile Dentistry. All of the staff are respectful and pleasant. If your not entertained by the ceiling T V they mounted for the patients then you will certainly be entertained by their wonderful sense of humour. He also pointed out by the condition of my teeth that I have health issues which needed to be addressed by my family doctor. All in all it couldn't have been a better experience. I used them once for a busted tooth to be removed and they suggested I use a product to fill the gap which they did not run a pre-determination like I had asked and it cost me an additional $250 on top of the hunderds I had already forked out. They also make you pay upfront on credit card, so if you don't have a credit card, don't go here. They are too greedy and un-trusting of people to offer Assignment of benefits which allows you to charge the cost of visit/procedure directly to your insurer. Wolves in sheeps' clothing and will have you paying for cavities that do not exist.

You know the staff at a dental office is great when your Invisalign process takes years longer than expected and you don't even mind because they are so great to deal with. :) The staff is friendly, entertaining, professional and kindhearted. My experience started with a panic - an old filling of mine seemed to fail and fall out - I could have sworn I had no tooth left, thats how big the hole felt. I found We Smile Dentistry online - and chose it because it had the BEST reviews - it seemed to good to be true! I left an email asking for the soonest possible appointment, and they were able to get me an appointment practically the day after. Usually the first appointment is just a check up and requires a follow up - NOT HERE! They repaired my tooth right then and there, in 45 minutes time (for a student you can't ask for anything better). Now, I'm usually very sensitive to needles, but I swear i didn't even feel Dr. Spagnuolo touch my irritated tooth. Overall, the best dentist experience I have ever had (I've had like 20 cavities so trust me I've seen a lot), I called my parents right after and told them that this was my new dentist office from now on. 10/10 best experience ever - makes me want to return!

I have used a different name than my one I was as a patient, as I do not wish to be identified. However, in the fall, I did some research on dentists in the London area, and saw the incredible reviews, so I came in with high expectations. I called and was thrilled to get in soon due to a cavity I wanted addressed quickly. The lady on the phone was very kind and a pleasure to deal with. The dental assistant during the cavity procedure itself was also lovely. If it weren't for those two, this review would be one star. However, Dr. S himself came across as rude and condescending. I asked about the procedure, and stated I was not a huge fan of needles, to which me more or less called me whiny and that "an 8 year old patient did better than you" after he was done with the freezing. That was a degrading comment that was just not called for. He also kept going on and on about the "rubber dam" that they use during any procedure and "any dentist that doesn't use it should have a lawsuit against them". I also asked about another tooth while I was there (a tooth that had a root canal on it previously, so the tooth is DEAD) and had some visible decay, to which he responded "we'd fully freeze the gums around it so all tissues are frozen". When I went to another dentist (who fixed the tooth in 10 minutes with no freezing), said there was no reason to freeze a dead tooth. The cost of the cavity being fixed was outrageous, and I had to go to another dentist afterwards because it was still causing significant pain, and they filed a large portion of the filling out and said way too much was left and not drilled down. Go here if you want to be overcharged, not have your tooth be filled correctly, and use potential unnecessary freezing (likely for more money).

They do all the billing to the insurance company, and I always received my reimbursement in the mail within a few days. As a student, this was a huge help. Also, they have TVs on their roof with Netflix, but I often found myself more engaged chatting with whichever dental hygienist I was lucky enough to be paired up with. 100% would recommend!

And no, a carrot not a high stick caused the damage. It took a little time, but my smile was completely restored.
