There are no words to express how thankful I am that I found the team at Spring. I suffer from severe anxiety and the thought of going to the dentist used to make me sick to my stomach. The staff is incredible, they take your mental health into consideration and that's huge! They care, they're compassionate and they love what they do. Ashley (my dental hygienist) is absolutely amazing. I had some very intense scaling done today and she talked me through everything. She stopped anytime I flinched, and continuously checked on me to make sure I was okay. 5 stars isn't enough for this office. I'd give 10 if I could! Thank you!

If you need dental work done, GO TO SPRING! I'm a new patient and need excessive work done. From the moment I walked into that door, to the moment I walked out.. I never once felt embarrassed (I should have), disrespected in any way or less than any other patient. The girls are absolute gems. Dr. Mohammed is quite literally one of the very best I've ever met. All are so nice and informative. And straight to the damn point, which I love. No guessing here. GO TO SPRING.

Their office manager Nicole was extremely personable and helpful when I was inquiring about my wisdom teeth removal, and took me through everything step by step, assuring that I understood along the way. Dr. Mohamed made me feel so at ease, he's knowledgeable and confident which put my anxieties to rest. Before, during and after my surgery I felt cared for and safe – plus Dr. Mohamed was super gentle and efficient. Spring Dentistry is great. The office is very clean, they take the precautions for Covid-19 making you feel very safe. The staff is great, from explaining what they are doing to what needs to be done. Direct billing to insurance/ benefits is very nice and the staff work with your budget or insurance amount. Ashley does a great job with your teeth. She is very through with her cleaning while still being very careful and gentle, makes you really feel comfortable. This is a great place and I fully trust them with my dental needs.

New to the area and went to see Dr Mohammed. Super experience from start to finish. He and his cohorts are friendly, efficient, and sensitive to the patient. The doctor works quickly and confidently and I have been impressed on both visits to the clinic. I like the way things are explained “before, as they go along and after”. Everyone works so well together and I have been left with a very good impression of professionalism and competence. As someone who has lived in many different cities both in Canada and abroad, I believe you will not find better and I’m now transferring mine and my families dental records.

I sent in an online request to book, which was answered promptly and professionally - Nicole was an absolute delight to communicate with. Had my first visit at Spring Dentistry today after doing some serious research online over the last little while looking for a comfortable, reputable family dentist for the future; Ashleigh, (hope i'm spelling it correctly) was extremely kind, as well as welcoming as a new patient. Offered me a tour of the facility and overall made me feel welcomed. Laura, the dental assistant was a total pro, super kind as well as very easy and friendly to communicate with. Dr. Mohamed's questions I found to be a little intrusive/rude as well as irrelevant to what I was asking/hoping to be completed. In the end after now getting a vm mentioning they now don't feel they can accomplish what I had hoped (even though he drew it out on a napkin..) I'm now being referred to yet another specialist. Hard to believe Im having as tough a time as I am looking to have some simple bridge/crown work done. The 2 Stars are for Ashleigh/Laura. I will not be returning to Spring Dentistry for any other dental needs in the future.

My visit to Spring Dentistry was my first trip to the dentist in many years, and it couldn’t have been a more comfortable and patient-focused experience. They really seem to understand some patients have anxiety about visiting the dentist, and they go above and beyond to put new patients at ease. Everyone in the office was incredibly friendly, and took the time to explain everything they would be doing and what to expect. They also kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable throughout the initial exam. I had reached a point where I realized I could no longer put off going to the dentist, but still had to decide which office to choose. Luckily, I was referred to Spring Dentistry and I am very happy I finally went, and will be making regular appointments going forward.
