After 9 appointments, they continue to ask you at least one time per visit if you have ranked them on Google with 5 stars…. So here is the rule, it is good to ask once, but do not force people…. By the way, deserve your 5 stars… in my case you get your 5 stars on 2 appointments over 9, so here is your real note 1 star as Google do not authorize 0 …. To share my experience, it took 3 month to have the 1st appointment for my daughter (2 yrs), they cancelled / delayed it 5 times …. One of them the dentist sent me 5 texts on Sunday April 4th up to 9pm (Easter day…), then text me at 7:30 am the day after saying that I denied its offers as I did not reply…. I was on a family day…. Sorry to prefer to spend time with my daughter than answering your concern after reaching out of us mainly 3 times a week for one month to move our appointment (which we refuse as we took a day off for that) and then cancel it the day before arguing an emergency (I don t trust that after so many tries to move our appointment). Next my daughter (still 2 yrs old) got 2 appointments for teeth scaling (for only 4 teeth)…. They charged me 45 min (3 unit scales) for that ($174) saying that they are used to work with my health coverage (Manulife)… My mistake I trusted them and I just said I will fill the claim on my own…. At the end I discover that Health coverage take in charge only half a unit of time (7minutes) for kid up to 7years old… So thank to them I LOST $116. And to conclude, I timed it with my phone… They charged me 45 minutes even when I spent 30 minutes with them; I am waiting for the justification for that. So here I am , I will find another dentist, and I encourage everyone to be careful with them and to be honest with the ranking ( put what they deserve).

Then I meet some of the staff and felt comfortable enuff to book my extracton ( Without being put to sleep) The dentist was amazing and was able to extract my tooth with 0 pain . Firstly, as stated previously by other reviews; the 5 star reviews are pushed on you at every visit. I debated whether or not I would even write a review and upon months of deliberation I decided that my experience might be helpful to someone or may encourage someone else who had a similar experience to speak up. If my review was based on the service I received from the dental hygienist (I forgot her name, I apologize) and the service from the girls at the counter, then my review would be 5 stars. The dental hygienist is a VERY nice lady, she’s very gentle , informative, and makes you feel very comfortable. However my negative review is based on the dentist himself, Dr.Sbenati. He made me feel pretty uncomfortable during my visit, and he is the reason I ghosted this office and did not come back for the other treatments. Firstly, he’s pretty arrogant and full of himself. And maybe I don’t understand his humour and I took it the wrong way, however… he made fun of the whiteness of my teeth, and my decision to get cosmetic work done to them. Which was done in a different country, for a lot cheaper then Canadian dentists charge. I was really insecure for years about my teeth, and to have him make fun of them was very rude. Which also def doesn’t follow the clinics slogan of making patients feel comfortable. He also lied to me and told me in order to fix a gap that has occurred between two teeth he would need to replace all the cosmetic dentistry done to the top jaw which is where the gap has occurred. Before he said that he said he could fix it no problem. Then changed his mind and concluded he’d need to replace all crowns/veneers. After this, I came for my cleaning with the dental hygienist asked me if I was coming to the appointment with Dr.Sbenati to discuss Invisalign braces to fix the gap. Clearly the doctors ego was hurt because I got my teeth done for WAY less money than he would charge. Not sure what his issue was but I was rubbed the wrong way. Perhaps Dr.Sbenati instead of spending his free time making tik toks; maybe he should use his free time to take classes on how to better himself and his business to really make a real, lasting, positive impression on patients so he doesn’t have to have his staff grill you every visit for a dishonest 5 star review.

The thing that sets Sbenati Dentistry apart from other dental offices isn't the high tech they use (more than others) but the way they use it. For example, the 3-D models of your mouth are used to explain and show patients where problems are located. In the past one had to accept a dentist's opinion at face value. Here you can see with your own eyes. There is a big effort made by all staff to make you feel comfortable. And Dr Sbenati takes no part in the decision about what treatments you decide to take (or not). He simply diagnoses and goes away. You decide what treatment you prefer and when with the treatment coordinator who is quite knowledgeable. All in all I am highly impressed, unlike my impressions of a select few other dentists in the area, although overall my experiences of dentists have been good before. I guess the bottom line is that I plan to stay with this team for the foreseeable future. If I change my mind I will post again with my reasons. But for now I am staying!

I went to my appointment on Tuesday and it was a wonderful experience. Dr. Sbenati and the staff were very professional and extremely helpful. I expressed my concern about not being a fan of needles, so they comforted me and made sure that the procedure was as pain-free as possible,,, without even using any anesthetic. I would recommend this clinic for anybody that wants a clean, professional, and entertaining ( tv’s everywhere ) experience . One word of advice tho ,,,,I recommend you use in-ear Bluetooth headphones rather than the Beats by Dre headphones ( which you should give to me for being such an awesome patient). Much love for all of you at Sbenati dentistry !

Overall it was a great experience... I like the fact the use technology to help with the process. There was glitch in the texting which cause a bit of a delay (15 minute) , but after that it was smooth sailing.. Staff are very pleasant, rooms are very clean and they followed the covid practices to the letter. The one thing that made me a bit nervous was having a large screen TV mounted in the ceiling directly above you... Dr. Sbenati was professional and courteous and I was in and out very quickly. When it was time to pay.. I was asked to pay the full amount as they would submit the bill for re-reimbursement on my behalf.. I was ok with it but felt that some patient don't have a credit card and/or the cash to cover the bill. I felt that they should have disclose that during the pre-visit rather then post-visit. All in All a great experience.

Sbenati Dentistry was such a lovely experience! Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Megan with such care and respect, and even had the opportunity to grab a bottle of water in this hot weather. Both Adriana and Doctor Sbenati used very high-tech technology that scanned and took pictures of my entire mouth with no flaws whatsoever. When called they told me i am covered by insurance and when I was there I was surprised that they wanted me to pay directly and submit Bills to my insurance!!! Also they keep offering unnecessary stuff like cleaning and so on to get as much cash as possible out of you.. my insurance cover 85% but still..

I needed to find a new dentist as I longer had my original dentist I used to go too, he left a teaching position and I did not the person that took over. A friend at work recommend Dr. Sbenati and I thought why not. After doing some research, I notice he had great reviews and really seemed to care about his patients from what they where saying. I contacted Dr. Sbenati's office and spoke to Maria to set up my appointment which was back in March. Due to Covid-19 my appointment had to be rescheduled and the rescheduled agian. Finally I got the call that they were allowed to start seeing patients in June. From the minute I walked in, I felt very safe due to all the safety measures put in place like being asked to sanitize my hands via the dispenser right by the door then given a mask, if I needed one but I had my own. My first appointment was with Adriana the hygienist for X-rays and a mouth scan to create a 3D visual which was cool. I then met with Dr. Sbenati to go over my treatplan, he also made me feel comfortable and save. A few days later I went back to have 2 fillings done and he was very gentle, as I was a little nervously because of needles and didn't know what to expect. I would recommend Dr. Sbenati to anyone looking for a new dentist, he was very forthcoming with his explanations on my treatment plan and along with his staff and himself they are very nice and reassuring that everything will be fine afterwards. What a wonderful experience, from start to finish! I first reached out with concerns about some of my wisdom teeth, and the two receptionists I spoke with on the phone were very helpful. They explained what options I had, and answered every question I had about payment options, appointment times, lengths, and an estimated price (which I needed to know for insurance purposes). I was able to get a first-time patient appointment for the very next day, and received an email to fill out some forms ahead of time (medical history and covid precautions). I was also emailed links to two videos - one with a tour of the building, and one which detailed what to expect from the first time appointment. Both were accurate and relevant to my experience. The building is quite clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that in the reception room, the television didn't play any annoying advertisements; instead it featured pictures of the world that were fun to look at while I waited. I was offered water when I arrived, and a little gift bag later, during the start of the appointment. The receptionists were both very kind and easy to talk to, despite me usually feeling nervous around new people. I was told the name of the woman working with me, and when I realized I'd forgotten my wallet, they had no issue with me quickly running back home to grab it. My appointment itself was wonderful. I was given every opportunity to ask questions, but I was given so much information I didn't often feel the need to. Though I didn't understand what I saw in some of the X-Rays and pictures, everything about the state of my dental health was explained to me, as well as what my next steps would be. Everyone was very understanding of my financial concerns, and when we booked my next appointments, the receptionists made sure to book far enough ahead that we would be sure I'd have approval for insurance coverage. As many other reviewers have stated, there is also a ceiling TV in the room where I spent the most time, and they have bluetooth headphones (even through covid!) which you can use to pause or play your show if needed. I knew ahead of time that this was there, so I knew already they had Netflix, as well as what I wanted to watch. One thing which REALLY blew me away was how fantastic they were with regards to my gender identity. I am non binary, and every step of the way, they made sure I was never uncomfortable with anything. When the doctor was unfamiliar with how to use my pronouns, he asked me about them (a first for me, as most people I know guess and end up making things a bit awkward). Every time I've interacted with anyone (whether in person or by phone), they've used my preferred name over my legal name; I did initially receive an email and text with the original name, but since mentioning it at the front, it has never happened again. Even on the forms needed for approval from insurance, non gendered terms are used for me. Additionally, since it's taken me a little longer than expected to write this, I'll mention there were no hiccups on my end regarding the insurance coverage. They took care of everything once I'd given them the required information, and it was far simpler than I was expecting. Definitely a 5/5 experience, and I honestly can't wait for my next appointment :)

First off - google maps needs to update so we can actually see this friendly and modern dental office! I had some concerns over my teeth after some sudden pain from sugar free candy, thinking I may have chipped my tooth because of an (unrelated) chip-like appearance in the same area that I was not aware of. Due to my regular dentist being closed, I remembered that this new dentist office opened nearby and I was interested in seeing if Sbenati Dentistry could help me. I left a voicemail and almost the moment they were open Maria called me and was very attentive and considerate about my concerns over my tooth. Not only that, to my surprise I could come in for an emergency appointment in just a few days. Once I entered the waiting area on the day of my appointment, I could already tell this office was different due to the modern aesthetic. Maria was very welcoming and showed me the way to the room where I discussed my concern in length. Checking my teeth and the subsequent X-ray went very smoothly and I felt like every single issue I had was taken seriously and answered. Not only that, but after Maria left to discuss my issue with Dr. Sbenati I had a brief opportunity to relax in my dental chair and I was very impressed with the entire appearance of the room (and good taste in music from the radio!) The set up made me feel very relaxed even with my concerns and my normal anxiety with dental visits wasn’t really there at all. Finally Dr. Sbenati came in and checked my teeth and the x-ray himself. He was just as attentive as Maria and fortunately I did not chip my tooth, just excessive teeth clenching that worsened from chewing the very sticky sugar free candy (the area I thought I chipped was fine and probably just looked off). Overall I’m very glad that they took my issue as seriously as they did because I could very well have had an issue that I would not have been able to deal with had they not have been open at this time. I’m sure I’ll go back when I need a filling replaced or added as I am still very curious about their needle free filling method!

I debated for a year if I wanted to post this but I think it worth it. First of all, the five stars you see is not coming naturally from the patients but it comes from the staff at Sbentai harassing their patients to give the clinic 5 STARS. They literally emailed me saying "please give us 5 stars." which is something shocking from a professional point of view and it's unethical to have a dentist obsessed with having 5 stars review. This business strategy works for a restaurant not for a dental clinic. Secondly, I came to Dr. Sbentai last year because he was advertising "experience fillings with no needles" (as you can see in the poster that he still has it till TODAY), and it turned out he gives needles instead, and when I said i got scammed, he said "we give needles because the patients experienced pain with the technology." Thirdly, the clinic calls/messages/emails me nonstop to book an appointment. This boarders harassment and i never seen anything like that.

I was not happy with the sales tactics and the language used (terms like 'restorative work', when i know my teeth are fine, or suggesting braces for perfectly straight teeth for purposes of having a perfect bite, come on) to scare people into treatments and procedures that are more than likely not needed and not as dire as they are suggesting they are. They pushed Invisalign braces on all 3 of my family members on our FIRST visit. Really? All three need braces when not one dentist seen prior mentioned anything? Some people may enjoy the customer service approach this office takes i.e. birthday cards in the mail, text messages with requests for these positive google ratings and putting people on the spot in office to rate them (which works judging by the amount of 5 star ratings)...this is a false representation of the service and care at this office. The hygienist was great at her job and it is unfortunate that she has to work with someone who is seemingly only concerned with google ratings and $$. I appreciate a more straightforward and honest approach that is more tailored to an individual's needs and wants, rather than how much money can be gained from a patient or how many fake interactions a patient can have in one day. I work in healthcare and this is actually kind of a disturbing business model for something that poses as a healthcare facility when it is clearly all SALES. I honestly felt like I was at a used car lot but with pretty girls smiling too big instead of smarmy men in leisure suits. Or it seemed like the office was full of pod people in a scifi movie. It isn't the staff;s fault, I know that is expected of the staff from their employer but it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended). I understand that this is the type of customer service that many enjoy. I however find it creepy as all heck. Edit: About 1.5 hrs after I posted this, the Sbenati Office called me. Their behavior is borderline harassment...or perhaps is considered harassment. DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN!

Genuinely, it was the best dental visit I’ve ever had! I’ve never written any review before about anyplace! But I feel this is the least thing I can do to thank them! I’m a Cardiac Surgery resident, and my daily schedule is super busy almost every single day, from early morning till 7-8 pm! I’ve had one of my teeth broken? And I had only the next day off to take care of it! I’ve called multiple places to get me in and all refused to give an appointment in such a short notice! From the first time I called, I felt that she really cares , listens and would do her best to even go beyond your expectations!! She is a very professional person! I hadn't been for a cleaning or checkup in a while, I booked a cleaning as well as a subsequent teeth whitening appointment. As soon as I entered the clinic for my first appointment I knew this was a special business. My "suite" was prepared just for me, with a warm welcome on the screen. I was told to lay back and select any Netflix show to watch. I was curious how I would hear the show, but that was quickly answered as the lovely hygienist (Amal) passed me a pair of high quality beats headphones! Since I hadn't been to the dentist in a while this warm and comfortable setting was perfect. The owner and principal dentist Dr. Halim Sbenati also came into my treatment room to explain and teach me about my mouth. This was a nice touch as he didn't have to come see me at all (it was a cleaning appointment). From the cleaning to the teeth whitening treatment I felt truly cared for. I left feeling confident in my smile, and even more confident in choosing and recommending Dr. Halim Sbenati's Sbenati Dentistry going forward.

I have no words to thank them enough for their effort and kindness! The speed with which the doctor works is incredible as well. But speed is not everything, his work is flawless!! His staff is amazing. My team was Dr. Sbenati and Emily (which is amazing!!! So patient and kind as well) along with Vanessa and Adriana. But honestly everyone in there is fantastic! Go with confidence that you will be treated like a human being and have amazing work done.

First thing , why me and my family always forced us to give 5 start review without doing anything with our satisfaction...every one started begging for the 5 star review from doctor to receptionist...Came for one thing and they did something and charge too much. Around 5 to 10 times they changed my appointment, even I told them I'm working for healthcare they keep on messaging and calling me to rebook the original appointment. It's really unprofessional way and they don't know what they are doing so. If I ask ,they are telling high class Dentistry, I don't understand what is high class, showing useless videos while waiting it CALLED a high Class.

This dentist office is very "high class" as my daughter says. It is very modern and very clean! The staff are all amazing! I was searching for somewhere to take my five year old to get laser fillings (since every other dentist wanted to sedate her or put her to sleep etc.) and they got me in THAT DAY, and did all four of her fillings in approximately 30 minutes! No freezing, no pain, no sedation or medications etc. It was a great experience! I went back a month later with my older daughter, and again we had a great experience! The receptionist is super friendly and very polite and professional! The dentist is friendly and professional as well! Their office is very accommodating for families with children. Little to no wait time, they can usually get you in right away that day, and they usually take care of everything in one visit! We will definitely be going back and will definitely recommend them to everyone we know! :) Thanks for the amazing service guys!

We recently took our son, who is 8 and terrified of the dentist, to Sbenati dentistry. After his cleaning, he required three fillings. We were a bit concerned because last time we had to have him sedated which isn't great for a kid's health. We asked him if he wanted to try Dr. Sbenati's new laser dentistry and he was willing to try which was a step in the right direction. From the start of the procedure to the end of the procedure took 15-20 minutes which was unbelievable. Other than some minor concern from our son being put through a new experience it went really well. Afterward we asked him what he thought and he said it was way better than the last time. We highly recommend Sbenati Dentistry. In London, we are very lucky to have a doctor who has invested his time and effort to bring us this technology and level of service. As soon as I walked in the lovely receptionist greeted me and made me feel welcome. The place was so clean and spotless. I can tell they put a lot of effort in making sure the clinic is safe and sanitary. The Dental Hygienist took care of me after I checked in, and left me feeling very happy. After 9 appointments, they continue to ask you at least one time per visit if you have ranked them on Google with 5 stars…. So here is the rule, it is good to ask once, but do not force people…. By the way, deserve your 5 stars… in my case you get your 5 stars on 2 appointments over 9, so here is your real note 1 star as Google do not authorize 0 …. To share my experience, it took 3 month to have the 1st appointment for my daughter (2 yrs), they cancelled / delayed it 5 times …. One of them the dentist sent me 5 texts on Sunday April 4th up to 9pm (Easter day…), then text me at 7:30 am the day after saying that I denied its offers as I did not reply…. I was on a family day…. Sorry to prefer to spend time with my daughter than answering your concern after reaching out of us mainly 3 times a week for one month to move our appointment (which we refuse as we took a day off for that) and then cancel it the day before arguing an emergency (I don t trust that after so many tries to move our appointment). Next my daughter (still 2 yrs old) got 2 appointments for teeth scaling (for only 4 teeth)…. They charged me 45 min (3 unit scales) for that ($174) saying that they are used to work with my health coverage (Manulife)… My mistake I trusted them and I just said I will fill the claim on my own…. At the end I discover that Health coverage take in charge only half a unit of time (7minutes) for kid up to 7years old… So thank to them I LOST $116. And to conclude, I timed it with my phone… They charged me 45 minutes even when I spent 30 minutes with them; I am waiting for the justification for that. So here I am , I will find another dentist, and I encourage everyone to be careful with them and to be honest with the ranking ( put what they deserve).

This is a new dentist for me after not having a good experience with a specialist. The office is super modern and cool with the latest technology. The staff are amazing , very welcoming and professional. My worse pet peeve was doing impressions and to my surprise its all done digitally and so easy at this office. Dr Sbenati has incredible bedside manner and always willing to address any of your concerns or questions. I actually leave there feeling happier than when I got there! I will say this...my two granddaughters will be following me to Sbenati Dentistry for sure!! Fabulous experience! I went in for a dental checkup and cleaning. Adriana, the hygienist was amazing. She took X-rays and pictures and gave my teeth a great cleaning. While you’re there you will experience state of the art facility and equipment. During my treatment I was watching a show on Netflix while using a wireless beats headset! Everything was clean and sanitized. Met with Dr. Haleem and he explained to me the treatment process and recommendations. Afterwards , I spoke with Vanessa the treatment coordinator and she went over my treatment package and booked my next appointment for me. I could tell right away that this was not a typical dental office. There is water and coffee available in the modern and serene waiting area. My very first visit started with a tour of the facility. The exam rooms have TVs on the ceilings so patients can watch Netflix while having dental work done. Everyone here is wonderful and take the time to answer questions, which helps with anxiety. Maryanne and Dr. Sbenati were highly professional and very friendly during my recent visits. They made me feel comfortable despite my teeth sensitivities and general anxiety. I highly recommend Sbenati Dentistry if you want a modern and clean location (and a giant tv on the ceiling to watch Netflix!) with a dedicated and cordial staff that treats you like a unique person. Everyone on their team is always friendly and willing to answer any questions or concerns. Whether it’s for cleanings, Invisalign, or emergency visits, they have been able to provide excellent service all throughout the pandemic while ensuring their office is safe and sanitized. Recently my feathered family member of 10 years passed away suddenly and Sbenati’s team decided to share their condolences during my hardship afterwards. It meant so much to me and I placed some of the flowers they sent in her casket where she now rests.

Sbenati is running a BUSINESS first and a dentistry second. After the initial checkup which was roughly 20 mins, the rest of my initial consultation was a sales pitch which was then followed by pleas to leave 5 star reviews by every staff member I met afterwards. Similar to another review, I too was suggested to get Invisalign treatment, his reasoning was that my bite didn't align??? The issue here being I only finished Invisalign treatment 6 months earlier, so I responded telling him that I recently finished Invisalign treatment, upon which he then backpedaled and said I might not need it because functionally your teeth are fine and they have an normal arch. Upon hearing this, I was upset that I spent thousands on Invisalign for a dentist to suggest I needed Invisalign again months after, so I asked the Dentistry for some paperwork I could bring to my orthodontist noting Sbenati's concerns about my Invisalign, which they weren't able to. So I decided to go to another dentistry to get a second opinion and ask about my bite not aligning and they said they had no reason to believe I needed Invisalign. It's clear Sbenati's priority is how much money he can squeeze out of his patients. I chose this dentistry because it was the best reviewed dentistry off of google reviews in the north London area, don't make the same mistake I did, ask family and friends to suggest a dental office instead as google reviews can be manufactured.
