I have gone to the Northland Dental Centre for almost 20 years and have been very happy with the services provided by everyone here. Doctors Burton and Santi are the best Dentists (friendliness, explanation, painless and excellent work) so their dental assistants Andrea and Melissa. Dental Hygienists Kristine and Amy have kept my teeth/gums clean and healthy. Front office staff are friendly, professional and helpful like Charlotte, Laura, etc. The office is up to date in terms of safety protocols during the pandemic. I strongly recommend the Northland Dental Centre to everyone. Thank you!

Been going there since I was young, had a root canal done and they had to re-do the root canal because they missed some of the nerves. Than I had a very extremely painful tooth ache they decide to clean my teeth and just give me some Amoxicillin.

Ive gone exclusively to this office for all of my dental care. Cleanings as a kid always were easy peasy and i never had any trouble. I hadn't gone for close to 12 years and just recently have been making dental health more of a priority in my life.I needed to have teeth pulled which is a new experience for me and honestly I was pretty nervous. The dental surgeon who did the extraction was so so good, I had great aftercare instructions and i'm excited to move forward with Northland dental for any future procedures I may need! Not only that but I don't have any insurance and they lowered the cost a little bit to help me out. I think 130$ is a very fair price for the examination and next steps. I am so so grateful people like this are in the field and I can't wait to see how my teeth look in the next few years! thank you so so much

I have been going to Northland Dental for around 20 years. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a great dental team. The COVID protocols are top notch! Dr. Pinto is great to work with. I met Natasha one of the dental hygienists today for the first time. She was amazing! The front desk crew are quick and efficient, my favourite being Charlotte! She been there for as long as I can remember. All in all a 10 out of 10

Many years ago I was a patient with them and I done many treatments and two bridges and one crown,couple of years ago my current dentist found out with check up and x ray that one side where I had the bridge done with this clinic that the root canal that done by them not done correctly and I have infection going under the bridge and I started having pain and discomfort,these two bridges I had done back cost me so much money,so now I have to lose this bridge and got the tooth to extracted and remove and I will have big space open and I have to have implant which will cost me over 6000$,I am not working now I have no coverage and I have no idea what I will be doing and how I'm going to pay for it ? I have no family to help me .it's not right and fair for me to suffer because of a dentist mistake.its davastating

Wow! From the moment I entered as a new patient I felt taken care of at this lovely office. I feel they went above and beyond with sanitizing protocols and felt very safe throughout my visit. Dr. Murphy took time to explain my treatment plan in a way that I could easily understand. We then sat with Christina the treatment coordinator to ensure my benefits plan would cover everything I need. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend this office to family and friends!

I was in an emergency situation. Panic mode, could get no comfort, no matter what i did, was talking to the office got me an appointment next day. We dont live in london, so on our trip there our car broke down. This is bad as i am in a gruesomely gross amount of pain, we broke down about 10 min from the office. Not knowing what to do and the panic of pain we called the office they sent out a staff member, Stephanie, i believe her name was, god bless her, she picked us up, and took us the rest of the way where everyone was amazingly professional, and friemdly, the office is gorgeous, the assistants amazing and i could not find 1 bad thing to say about either of the 2 dentists i dealt with, the one was very comforting, quick to get the freezing in to stop the pain, and the other one was funny, and very professional as he yanked out my teeth. I need alot of dental work and this is where ill be getting it. Northland dental is incredible. Highly recommend. Or maybe i dont...... i want appointments there when i need them.

The staff at Northland Dental are beyond amazing. From their personal approach to their plethora of knowledge anyone can feel comfortable in trusting all their dental needs to the team at Northland. I was involved in a motorcycle accident that required some extensive dental work. Ranging from constructing the treatment plan to submit to insurance to any and all financial aspects, Stephanie was absolutely amazing and answered all my questions I had regarding payments, coverage. As mentioned some extensive work was required ranging from extractions, root canals, cavity fillings, crowns and even night and day guards. I had the pleasure of working closest with Dr. Pinto and Dr. Palleck both who were just a blast to have as my medical professionals. Its been 3+ years and all the work performed has been flawless and I cannot count the number of compliments I receive on my smile which is thanks to the amazing team at Northland!!!

i instantly felt comfortable even tho it had been years since my last visit . Everyone was smiling and laughing and honstly looked like they enjoy their jobs , all the staff was professional and even had a joke or two, the office is very clean and felt relaxing. I had the pleasure of being worked on by Dr Pinto herself and i couldnt have been happier .she was gental and kind and explained everything in detail including my x-ray pictures . She brought back my confidence with little to no effort at all and im so greatful ! My 6 yr old also seemed to have a good experience he played in the waiting room (which had ipads btw) and then went in the room like a champ with Amanda and got his teeth cleaned he was so happy and proud ! Thank u Amanda for being so gental with my baby hes excited to come back !who would have thought . That red head receptionist wasnt bad either , all bright eyed and cheery its like she already knew me ????! Id say 10 out of 10 but they only gave me 5 stars !!!

We are brand new clients and had Dr. David Nguyen as our Dentist and he is absolutely amazing to work with. Didn't have a dentist in London and needed an appointment for an emergency issue ASAP. Called the office and they accommodated me immediately - with an appointment 2 hours later. I do not recommend this practice to anyone. A friend suggested it to me initially. When they examined my teeth, they said I had four cavities and needed a crown, and they tried to pressure me into sleep dentistry. They charged me $150 for a two-minute examination. Since I'm a medical radiography technician, I questioned them about the X-rays. Unaware of this, they were extremely condescending in defending their opinion. I showed the x-rays to my peers, who agreed with me. I subsequently went to another dentist, who told me I had two cavities, and who only charged $33 for an examination. Overall impression: Either they're professionally inept, or they're focused on turning work into cash, not on actually helping their patients.

OK so these people are the mechanics of the dental world. They said my daughter had 7 cavities and without my permission started filling these cavities. When I went to see what was taking so long, I was furious to see that they were drilling holes in my child's teeth without my permission. I told them to stop and show me the xrays. I'm no dentist but I'm also not stupid, the xrays showed no spots or different shading. I decided to get a second opinion and low and behold, my new dentist saw no cavities in my daughter's teeth. I walked in there with dental insurance and all they saw were dollar signs and they were going to drill holes in my children's teeth for no reason. Is this even legal?. They charged my insurance company over $100 so the dentist could count my 5yr olds teeth. It took him 30 seconds and they billed it as a complete exam. Totally unscrupulous!

The kindest and most compassionate dental office I have ever experienced in 70 years. I suffer from PTSD and other forms of anxiety, but not here, and if there is any issue, it is dealt with immediately and with an understanding and acceptance that I have never experienced in any other dental office. I used to hate going to the dentist. Now I love it . I first met the staff when I came in to help with my 2 grand kids. Everyone was kind & smiling. The little ones were well taken care of, and left with a smile. Dr. Santi is always soft spoken & smiling & listens well. He is well versed in many things dental & is willing to spend time with you till you're comfortable. I was surprised that he wanted to bring in a specialist to do a complicated extraction. But when Dr. Jason Palleck zoomed into the room, brimming with confidence, I knew Dr. Santi was right. He was not at all worried about my history with extractions. That tooth was frozen, cut into 3 parts & pulled while he kept me laughing. I was out the door in 30 min with no complications ! I appreciate all the capable, patient staff. (specially the ones shorter than I am : ) Thanks so much Northland Dental Centre.
