This man is the ONLY dentist I have ever trusted and felt completely comfortable with, and I have missed him since 1999 when I moved to the US. He still takes amazing care of my dad. And I'd rather buy a used car than visit a dentist.

I have been to a lot of dentists in my time but I will now only go to Dr Douglas Caine I am disabled with a brain injury and he and his staff are friendly and accommodating and every visit is as painless as possible as well as professional and yes enjoyable this is made possible by Dr Caine's knowledgeable and friendly bedside manner his work is beyond reproach no better dentist in London,Ontario

Read a negative review and had my concerns, but decided to give his office a shot. He provides discounts for those without insurance so I had a pleasant cleaning and x-ray for a very reasonable price. And I just came back from two fillings: quick, well done, and again, didn't break the bank. Dr. Caine and his staff were all friendly and professional, and they were sure to laugh at all my cheesy jokes. I would certainly recommend his office if you're looking for a new dentist.

Very nice, welcoming and unbeatable price. Went in for a loose front tooth that was outside of the socket by 2mm, which I was able to out back to it's original place without much effort. After an x-ray, glue was put on to remedy the issue.. my front tooth was not put back to it's original place before the glue and actually was out between my front teeth potentially creating a gap in a future that I never had? On the next session, we tried to fix the mistake by grinding the 2mm to align the front tooth. Anyways..

Chipped my tooth my original dentist couldnt get me in for 2 weeks and he squeezed me in the same day even during the pandemic. My tooth looks and feels great. You can tell he's very compassionate. Will be going to Dr. Caine's from now on. Can't express enough how appreciative I am of Dr. Caine and his team. Highly reccommend
