I have not had good experiences with dentists. I've had braces, cavities, mouth guards and each time I went to the dentist my anxiety increased. I've not gone to the dentist in years due to the anxiety. A friend recommended Dr. Loubani and I will be forever grateful. The staff are incredibly friendly. The office space is beautiful, on a bus route and has parking. The hygienists I've encountered have been lovely, kind, friendly and informative. Dr. Loubani is so sweet. He checks in during procedures, pauses, is gentle and let's you know what is coming next. He has a TV to help distract you during the procedure. Beastmasters had me laughing during a filling. I actually looked forward to this appointment and the next. Highly recommend!!!!!

I had never had a more pleasant dentist appointment before my visit with Dr. Loubani! The staff were all so friendly and kind, and they took great care of me the entire visit! Dr. Loubani himself is very skilled and made sure I didn't feel any discomfort! I literally did not feel the needle when he was numbing the area around my wisdom tooth, nor did I feel my tooth being pulled out. The entire visit took less than 15 mins and I was actually surprised by how smooth everything went!! It was hands down the best experience I've ever had at a dental clinic!

I have been a client in this location for over 30 years and was seamlessly transferred to the care of Dr. Daher and his associates. In the past year I've had everything from cleanings to crown replacements (including on site 3D printing) and just this past week, an emergency root canal. The team here is always professional, accommodating and compassionate. Dr. Loubani was so helpful with my emergency last week. I’m so happy to give this review! I will warn you, it doesn’t start off super positive but ends well. ???? I have been fearful of the dentist my whole life. Unfortunately, my fear of the dentist made me put off going for two years as I had a very bad freezing job done when getting cavities filled. The dentist didn’t let the numbing work and hit my nerve in my bottom right jaw and it didn’t freeze my mouth. I let the dentist I had at the time know and instead of doing more freezing, they said they would see how it went. Well, it didn’t go well for me and made me anxious to ask for more freezing. It was actually a dentist at Dr Daher and Associates that I had the bad experience with, unfortunately. I won’t go into more detail but I was really fearful of going back. ???? I didn’t go back for two years after that. My husband and I moved back to London, Ontario this past year and I made an appointment because my husband had gone and I knew I definitely needed to go. My teeth looked fine but I found out I have cavities and need to have my wisdom teeth out. I was placed with Dr. Loubani (I was a patient of another dentist there before). I was very grateful to be in the care of another dentist. Dr. Loubani made me feel incredibly comfortable and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. He created a care plan for me and talked through what I needed done and when. Today, I had my fillings done on my upper teeth and when he froze them, I didn’t feel the needle at all. AT ALL! It was amazing. I could have cried from relief just from that! He was very gentle but thorough with the freezing. He continually made sure I was good and feeling ok. He told me to put my left hand up if I needed a break or felt any discomfort/pain. These are things a great dentist does. He completed my fillings within an hour! Overall, I’m relieved and happy to have found a dentist that cares for his patients the way he does. I feel like my fear of the dentist is a thing of the past and I will go continuously now. The dental hygienists are also wonderful and have always been. They make the cleaning experience pleasent and are very good at what they do. They are also a great compliment to the dentist and they work great as a team. I would recommend asking for Dr. Loubani if you can. He’s wonderful. I’ve heard great things about Dr. Daher as well. If you are looking for a dentist, this is a great place to go!

I've been coming to this clinic since I was a little girl so I've had work done by just about every dentist here (mostly Dr. MacArthur and Dr. Daher), and most of the wonderful dental hygienists, and I have never had a bad experience! Everyone has always been professional, kind and caring, and very gentle in their work. While I can't say I 'enjoy' getting work done when it's anything more than a regular cleaning, I do enjoy every visit for every other aspect! It's wonderful to come to a place where staff make a point of actually getting to know me and remembering important things about me and my family :)

Got my fast braces done over a year ago with Dr Heba! It was an amazing experience- instead of having them on for 1.5-2 years with regular braces, my teeth were fixed in 6 months! I definitely recommend them if you’re considering braces at all, as they were the best option for me. The clinic has a super calming atmosphere, everyone is super friendly and welcoming!

I was referred to Dr. Loubani after attending a breastfeeding support clinic at Babies Naturally. Let me lay out my situation for you. I had been breastfeeding for 4.5 weeks and I was in agony. Every time my little one latched, I cried, it hurt terribly. I was up for several hours every night dealing with non stop crying caused by gas. I was at my wit's end and ready to give up breastfeeding. The wonderful ladies at Babies Naturally took one look into my little one's mouth and noted that she had a very significant lip tie and a possible tongue tie. They referred me to Dr. Laubani. Desperate not to give up on breastfeeding, I called his office and the secretary immediately booked us for an appointment and emailed all the paperwork which consent forms, the risks as well as the physio exercises required after a lip and tongue revision. Dr. Loubani and his assist went through all the steps of the procedure. What they would do, what we would hear and what we could expect afterwards. Things proceeded exactly as he described and my little one came back calm and quiet. After nursing her, I already noticed a difference in her latch. Dr. Loubani ran through all the exercises, thoroughly answered all of my questions and gave me his number if I had any more questions and concerns. After a couple days, she no longer was waking up at night, crying from gas pain and after a week, the excuriating pain from my little one latching was a distant memory. My little one is now 4.5 months old and I am still breastfeeding. I highly recommend paying a visit to Dr. Laubani if you are having any issues with latching or a fussy baby. He was very kind, caring and thorough.

I recently switched to Dr. Loubani a year ago and could not believe how professional his office is and him as a Dentist. He makes the entire experience stress free, from start to finish. He thoroughly explains exactly what is going on in your mouth. The biggest different between him and other Dentists is a trait that is hard to find, HONESTY. My old dentist seemed to careless about me and more about getting me to agree to procedures I don't need so he can benefit financially. Dr. Loubani is always straight up with his suggestions and gives advice that I can trust. I am so happy I switched dentists and always refer him to my friends and family.

I was quoted by another dentist (my ex-dentist) double the price + separate appointment for crown. I had a same day crown here and the fit is perfect. Woke up Monday morning needing a dentist for my son.. Don't have a regular, so went to google looking for emergency dental help, and came up a number of places (that had a machine answering the phone). I called here and the phone was answered by Angie...what an amazing lady. She is courteous, personable, helpful and an absolute pleasure to talk to as I explained my situation. It was explained to me that because of the recent pandemic, the office is running on modified hours and Wednesday was next day they were open, but they had a spot open first thing that morning. I graciously accepted, and in the meantime the dentist may call a prescription for an antibiotic into my pharmacy to help relive the incredible pain my son was dealing with. Angie called me back almost immediately, confirming a prescription had been phoned in, at which point I asked about a cancellation list, not a problem, (like I said, amazing). Moments after we hung up, Ms.Angie calls and says they just had a cancellation, can I get in there this afternoon....AMAZING.. Made it to our appointment, was in and out in, problem extracted, pain gone, son said procedure was virtually painless, dentist was awesome, the office was very clean, masks and hand sanitizer at the front door. I would recommend in a heartbeat. Thank you again Ms. Angie, amazing is an understatement. Cheers

I've been going to this dentist office for as long as I can remember so when I was looking at getting braces I was happy to hear about Fastbraces. It was half the price (which is great for those who may not be able to afford traditional braces) and took just over a year before they came off. Dr. Heba was amazing she explained how they worked before they went on, was very friendly and funny during adjustments for my Fastbraces and made sure that I was satisfied with how my teeth looked before they came off. I absolutely love this dental office! Dr. Aly Kohlmeier was the dentist on staff when I had a dental emergency which ultimately lead to me losing a tooth and needing an implant. She was my biggest advocate and ensured that I had the best care throughout the year it took before I had my implant. She has followed up after multiple appointments to make sure that I am healing OK. She continues to show this care, even with routine appointments. Most recently we laughed our way through an appointment where my mouth just wouldn't freeze. I recommend people to this office and Dr. Kohlmeier all the time!

We took our 2 week old baby here for a consult regarding her lip tie. Dr. Loubani diagnosed both a lip tie and a tongue tie. He revised the lip tie via laser and advised me to work with lactation support before deciding if she needed the tongue tie revised. As per my visits... let me tell you what a great experience I've had so far,I'm actually in the dental office right now, my appointment is at 09:45 AM but chose to come in early to enjoy the very positive environment in the place :) I've called the first time to book my initial appointment and the receptionist was very helpful and amazing, in my next visits, the same lady got my mouth guard approved through my insurance in minutes and usually they say a week or more to hear from them. I didn't even have my policy number but she took care of it all, I'm not sure how spell her name but it sounds like Injy or Anjy. The other thing was that I had pain in my upper premolar tooth and for almost 2 years and three different dentists couldn't find the problem, but Dr Jalal spot it and is fixing it and we are now at the last stage. Great place, I love it,I can't wait to bring my wife over here :)

I’ve been visiting this particular dentist since my family moved to Canada in 1990, even through different owners they have always been pleasant and courteous towards me. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and working in the body modification industry I always keep a close watch on sterilization and contamination practices, this office has some of the best sterilization equipment available and the drs and hygienists are always on top of their game when it comes to keeping things clean and safe.

I had a very good experience here. The office itself is really nice and comfortable, all the employees I met seemed extremely friendly and accommodating, and Dr. Loubani was great. My only minor complaint would be that the appointment took a fair bit longer than I expected (over an hour), but it was my first appointment with them and they also took their time to make sure any issues/concerns I had were addressed. They have some very cool technology too, with TVs and Netflix in the rooms and fancy panoramic x-rays. Definitely would recommend coming here!

I was treated with respect I felt heard, my fillings where beautiful and my extractions were next to painless, and I had 8 teeth removed all at once in all differant areas of my mouth. This dentist and his assistant listens to his patients and does not pretend like he knows how you feel. I would send any and all people I know to this well maintained clean establishment. It was a very easy and pretty much no after efforts. Dr Loubani and assistant were awesome during the whole process. Explaining every move. I am so thankful that we found Dr. Loubani at Daher Dental! My 1 month old was having major troubles gaining weight and following along his growth curve. I had consulted both a lactation consultant and my own dentist who both dismissed my concerns about his upper lip. Luckily I was able to schedule an appointment for a second opinion with Dr. Loubani and not only did he diagnose my son's lip tie immediately at the check up - they were able to do the surgery THAT SAME DAY! They gave great instructions for how to go about stretching his lip and helping him heal afterwards and were easy to contact when I had any questions. Included in the price of the surgery are two check-ups to make sure there is no reattachment (the first is 3 months after and the other is 6 months). My son is now almost 6 months old and has been gaining weight steadily since the first day after his surgery!! Thank you so much Dr. Loubani and staff!

Last year I had the Fastbraces done with Dr. Heba and it was a great experience! Dr. Heba provides exceptional service, she cares a lot about her patients and she wants to make sure you’re happy with the results.
