Dr. Chuck deserves 6 stars in my opinion. He was an answer to a desperate prayer. His office took my 8 year old daughter in immediately as an emergency, after she'd been up all night with a bad tooth (and I'd called five other places who all rejected my last minute plea). We had a negative experience at another dentist office months ago, they kept pushing to have my daughter put to sleep and they scared her half to death with the needle business, so the tooth never got pulled and after that we were dreading ever trying again, hoping the problem would just go away. Last night it couldn't be put off any longer. Dr. Chuck took us in, respected my wishes for a simple extraction, he had a special "pen" instead of a needle for my daughter which made all the difference and he is very good with children. His staff is amazing, all of them. And he was honest with me which I respect. The other dentist told me my daughter needed a spacer but Dr. Chuck said her adult tooth is coming and and no spacer will be needed. I am switching over to this dentistry for myself too. It is such a relief that my daughter's future dentist needs will be a positive experience from now on, no more sleepless nights! Thank you Dr. Chuck, you're a professional and a caring man. My daughter thanks you too.

Today I was met by a very friendly, welcoming young man who led me back to his station to get my teeth cleaned before my check-up. I was very impressed with his warm personality and gentle professional conduct. I start this with a big thank you to Dr.Chuck!! I originally went in with a tooth completely shattered . I was experiencing a large amount of pain all throughout my face. And was reluctant on how I would pay for his services. Not only did i find he was quite friendly , he was also helpful in giving me options to try and solve the problem i was in . After some discussion we found a way for me to be able to do a root canal. Giving me an option to do payment plan. being a young adult i really didn't want to lose a major tooth so early. After my first appointment of cleaning it up and getting ready to start the root canal,i experienced large amount of pain within 24 hours. When I called his office to explain the situation, they were able to accommodate and find me time to get in and look at what was going on, the day i called. We started the process of the root canal, I found that he used a really good freezing agent, never felt a thing. ( He uses a stronger freezing agent, too use less) he was very open and honest about what they were doing in my mouth, to keep me comfortable throughout the procedure. here I am now on my 5th appointment and I've experienced some other issues from other teeth that were not doing well. which he has been very helpful to address and if not find a way to solve. A lot of people seem to be nervous or scared to go to a dentist, even myself going into the dental appointment was a little reluctant on seeing a dentist again. After having an appointment with Dr Chuck, he's reassured me that not all dentists out there are in their own favor. That he cares about his patients and the work that he does on them. I would highly recommend Dr chuck's dental service to anyone looking for teeth repair, invisalign or any other dental procedures you may be looking into. not only is dr.chuck but his staff are really friendly, really open and try their best to give you the best options and possibilities they can find. This location is handicap accessible, open late on Thursdays. Also will get back to you as soon as possible if you're experiencing any problems after the procedure . Don't wait like i did. Call his office before it gets to far. He will change your mind about dentists

I don't have a dentist so I asked my friend Google about dentists in Lethbridge, so I could get my teeth cleaned. A year ago I had a very bad time with a different clinic on an "English named Road". I will never go back there. Dr. Chuck's clinic however was at the extreme opposite end of the scale. It was efficient, with no waiting around. Super knowledgeable and friendly receptionist and assistants. I got a better deal than what I was quoted. I will definitely be going back, it was a pleasure! Speaking of pleasure, did I mention how clean and shiny and white my teeth are now? They feel like new! Thanks to everyone at Dr. Chuck's.

I was nervous going in because of the amount of work that I needed down, but all of the staff were pleasant and supportive. They treated me like I was an old regular who had been going to them for years, remembering my name after my first visit. I had a crown put in this past Friday. Being apprehensive about dental work, I was nervous and worried. Dr. Chuck and the rest of the staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed, both through walking me through the process and doing everything they could to make it a seemingly pain-free experience. The procedure went much better than I expected it would! My temporary crown seemed like it was the permanent one, that's how good of a job the staff did! I highly recommend this place to anyone in and out of town, it's worth the drive for the service you'll get!

Have our daughter getting Invisalign braces at Lethbridge Dental Clinic. The staff is great and she is enjoying much more than our older kids who had old school metal braces. The technology sure is improved, it is so easy it has me even thinking about getting the clear braces for my own teeth as an adult.

Every time I walk through the door at Dr. Chuck's, I am greeted by a kind and thoughtful receptionist that helps me feel comfortable and is totally genuine. Then Dr. Chuck and his staff answer all of my questions I may have regarding any work to be done on my teeth, everyone is very professional yet friendly and I end up leaving the office feeling great, and wondering why I was worried about going to the dentist in the first place.

I've had too see lots of different dentists over years, had done all sorts of treatments in US, Russia and Canada and by far, Dr. Chuck is the best doctor I've met. He is very professional, knowledgeable dentist, but whats also is very important- he cares! Takes time to explain procedure, answers all questions, he follows up with a phone call the same day after invasive treatments to ask patients how they are doing - how nice is that?! I did not like how one of my crowns looked after about a month i had it and it was redone, Dr. Chuck said one thing that tells a lot, he said: If you are not happy, I am not happy! I would highly recommend his services, anything from small filling to implants- i am very happy with it all! His office staff is also very welcoming and professional, i never had to wait for my appt for more that 15 min!

It's a funny thing when I visit the dentist to relax. The weight of the world slides away whenever I sit in that dentist's chair. I've been going to Dr. Chuck for more than a decade now. I trust him implicitly. He's honest, he listens, and he does exceptional work. I am also completely confident in his staff. I've come to know Aaron, and just met Holly. I've nothing but good to say about everyone I've met in this office. I don't want to go fishing for a bad experience, but I've yet to have one! Wait -- I have one complaint! I used to borrow books from Dr. Chuck's eclectic and interesting library. Bring back the bookshelf! ;0)

I had a great experience at Dr. Chucks office. The reception was so friendly, the office was very nice and Aaron who cleaned my teeth did and amazing job. I cannot recommend this place enough. The best part was the price! The cost was less than half of what I was charged at another dentist here in Lethbridge, and as I have no insurance it was all the more appreciated. I am using my wife's account to write this. I went to Dr. Chuck today for a bad tooth. Had a really positive experience. A very professional assistant took care of my x ray and set up. Another friendly fellow took me through the freezing process, I believe his name was Aaron. Dr. Chuck than saved my bad tooth, which I thought was a goner. I will be going back to get my teeth cleaned and inspected with confidence I am in good hands. This guy is great and will be my dentist from now on. He also took me on short notice and was affordable. What more can I say? Not only did he save my tooth, he saved my summer holiday with my kids! Two thumbs up for Dr. Chuck and staff!

I called a couple other lethbridge dentists inquiring about making an appointment before I attended Dr chuck Gallegos. One of the clinics I called was very rude on the phone, one of them was just an automated phone system, and another was only interested in seeing me if I had a high level of coverage. Went to Dr. Chuck's new office in Plaza 1, wow! Very welcoming, and brilliant new office! His staff is always very friendly, helpful, and always looks out for your best dental needs. I had my teeth cleaned by Aaron, and I have to say that I have never (not at any dentist) had my teeth cleaned as good as he did it! I was very impressed, didn't even know my teeth could be cleaned that well, he is very thorough. Dr. Chuck is by far my favorite dentist I have met in all my years of visiting dental clinics. He always is very thorough when reviewing your mouth x-rays, and takes the additional time to make sure you leave feeling very happy about your experience. He takes the time to make sure your teeth are all taken care of and that he can give you the best options (including financially) to make sure you are happy with your teeth and your smile! I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Chuck and all of his staff to become your new dental crew! Give them a chance, you'll be glad you did! Dr. Chuck is the best!!

Dr. Chuck and the staff at Lethbridge Dental Clinic were exceptional. I was in pursuit of a dentist in Lethbridge and despite the fact that I had never been there prevsiouly, they promptly made room for me in their schedule. Dr. Chuck ended up extracting my two top wisdom teeth flawlessy in under 25 minutes and I had no following repercussions. The professionalism and service were both top-notch, I'd highly recommend Dr. Chuck and the Lethbridge Dental Clinic.

I would have normally rated them a 5 star, as I've been going here for years with no issues. 3 weeks ago I had an appt booked, I called 10:30am to cancel due to a family emergency that was unexpected. I called back a week later to reschedual my appt and was informed I had a cancellation fee (which I was not told about when I canceled) I asked for it to be lifted as the emergency required me to be there. They will not allow me to rebook without the payment. I have found a new dentist and will not be back here.

I needed a decent amount of work done and I couldn't get a straight quote out of the dentist I was going to so I went to Dr. Chuck. He told me he was a "common sense dentist" and he said that I didn't need everything done that I was told (which was a bonus) and he gave me a complete and honest quote of the work I did need. It was just nice being in an open atmosphere where I felt like I had an honest picture of the work to be done and the price I would pay! I'm definitely happy I found this dentist and will be going back from now on! Also Aaron cleaned my teeth like nobodies business. It was awesome.

My 3 year old son fell and broke his front tooth so I called around to several places to see what we should do, out of all the places Dr.Chuck's office was the most helpful and immediately booked us an appointment for the next morning. When we got there the staff was very welcoming and comforting towards our son and us, they explained in detail what had to be done which was pulling the remainder of his tooth. Through the entire process they were incredibly gentle and understanding of our son and they made it a very quick and as painless as possible for our son, Dr.Chuck was also very comforting to my fiance and reassuring that everything will be ok. Immediately after the procedure our son was pain free and back to his normal self, I am very very pleased with the experience and highly recommend Lethbridge Dental to anyone, myself along with my fiance and children will definitely be calling them our new family Dental clinic.

I had a tooth problem that bothered me for 15 years on and off. It throbbed when I exercised. Two previous dentists couldn't find the cause. Dr. Chuck didn't quit looking until the cause was identified. Once he discovered the cause, Dr. Chuck did the required dental surgery quickly and comfortably in his office under local anesthesia for a very fair price. I didn't have to go to a specialist. Now, it sure feels good to exercise without the throbbing tooth. Thanks Dr. Chuck and staff.

Awesome place to go, I had pretty severe pain from a broken wisdom tooth and they got me booked in that day and in the chair within 15 mins of my appointment time which was awesome.
