Rude and terrible. My girlfriend had an appointment booked for getting her wisdom teeth removed, which she made 4 months ahead of time to ensure she had time off work and school. They called and left a voicemail ONE WEEK before the appointment to cancel it because the surgeon decided to do a course. She's already in a lot of pain because of her wisdom teeth, and now she has to wait till January to get it done. Unacceptable.

Where do I begin....I have been seeing Dr. Murray for several years now, I first started seeing him because of my TMJ issues over two years ago as my teeth were rotting from my MS medication and my jaw/bite was out of alignment. He made me a custom splint and through roughly 5 months of therapy my jaw was/bite was corrected. It was at that time that I was going to start getting my teeth repaired and my bite rebuilt. Basically everything that could go wrong at that time, did. My neurologist wanted an immediate medication change because my MS was progressing, my teeth were rotting, COVID hit and my husband lost his job. I had to make a life altering decision and ended up having all my teeth removed so I could switch medications and also save money since my husband did not have a return to work date or benefits. This was in March/April of 2020. I thought I could live with having dentures but due to various medical issues I ended up not being a candidate. After living without teeth for 8 months, losing my formerly perfect smile (pre-medication and TMJ issues) was a huge blow to my self esteem. I did some research regarding permanent implant dentures (6 on top and 4 on the bottom). I knew Dr. Murray and his team were top notch professionals, who knew everything and anything you needed to know about this procedure. I made a consultation appointment in November 2020 and sat down with Dr. Murray, Dr. Walburger and Cathy. They were all very thorough explaining the procedure from beginning to end, what to expect post-op through to the final outcome after the implants are fully healed. They explained the costs associated and even though the implants are not covered through insurance, there were some extra fees that were covered (sedation, surgical procedures), even through all my research the implant cost was very competitive and even lower than some of the other places. Dr. Walburger was even able to alter my old temporary dentures that I had not been able to wear, saving me an extra cost. My appointment was on February 23, 2021, Dr. Murray, Dr. Walburger and their team were nothing short of perfection. It was a long day but well worth every second spent there. The team was very attentive, making sure I was comfortable, there was no pain, they consistently asked questions and also gave me instructions. Once Dr. Walburger had attached my altered dentures to the implants, with a perfect bite, I now have my big beautiful smile back, new and improved. The first few days of healing were a little tough but now I am on day 6 and am just taking the odd advil, the swelling has gone down and now the challenge is to get used to having teeth again! If you are having problems or just hate your dentures, this is the way to go. The warranty on the implants is great and you never have to be without teeth ever again! I needed a win and now I have my confidence back. I can't thank you all enough!!!!!

Personally not a fan of dental work from past bad experiences, but was referred to Lethbridge Dental Surgical Suites for couple of teeth extractions. By far the most friendliness staff, very professional and insured I was comfortable. They also allowed my wife and kid to come back with me. Dentist was very polite, lay down what he and his assistant were going to perform, made funny jokes, interacted with my son, and was very professional. Assistant was amazing as well, made myself and family feel very comfortable and was very professional and polite as well. Great personality all around. I traveled from Okotoks AB to Lethbridge, and would do it again no questions asked if my family or I need teeth surgically removed. 2 teeth, one being a wisdom, less than a hour and headed home. My unopposed lower wisdom tooth flared up last week; so I asked the dentist to look at it when I came in for a new splint. Bone loss had left it loose and we agreed it was time to take it out and I was referred to the Surgical side. The tooth became more uncomfortable the next day and needed acetaminophen on top of ibuprofen. The emergency phone lady advised me to call first thing Monday and ask for an emergency slot which I got at 9:15. Lesson: If you are confronted with a doubtful tooth, see the dentist sooner in the week. You may have a much better weekend. Jessica was very thorough in taking me through aftercare and things to watch for. Dr. Murray was quite dexterous and deliberate in teasing out the tooth after ensuring a thorough freezing. Traction still has to be applied. Six hours later I have dropped the acetaminophen. Thirty some years ago extraction and recovery was considerably more difficult. Dr. Murray also found an infection and cleaned the site. Amoxicillin will hopefully look after the rest.

Our visit to Able Dental was AH-mazing! We were brought there for an emergency tooth extraction for our 2 year daughter who fell and had an accident, damaging her front teeth. Dr Scott Walburger is a gentle and compassionate dentist whom I would recommend to anyone who is searching for a knowledgeable and gifted professional. After a medical procedure, I developed intense, stabbing pains in my lower jaw and face that would immobilize me when I would attempt to chew solid food. The pain was caused by a nerve located near the surface of my gum tissue and no amount of adjustment to my existing implant-supported denture by Dr Walburger brought any relief. I thought that there was no hope but within a few days of my appointment, Dr Walburger created a completely new appliance for me which doesn't place any pressure on my lower gum. After Dr Walburger attached my new permanent denture to my existing implants, he asked me to bite down firmly several times. I discovered that the severe, stabbing, nerve pain was completely gone! I also realized that for the first time in many years I could bite down like I could when I still had my own natural teeth. I began to cry tears of gratitude and happiness. Dr Walburger's understanding of implants, nerve pain and dentures has been life-changing and a direct gift from God. Dr Walburger also has an excellent team of Frontline workers from staff like Marianne and Caroline at the front desk to medical assistants like Lynn in the examination and surgical area. From my experience, I believe that you would benefit greatly by choosing Dr Walburger and his team to care for your dental needs.

I went in for my wisdom teeth removal on January 26th 2021, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Up until I was IV sedated, I was absolutely overcome by anxiety, but every step along the way the nurses and staff did everything they could to reassure me and keep me comfortable. Dr. Murray did a great job, and 1 day later I have no bruising, swelling and no more discomfort than is to be expected after a procedure like this. I am glad I chose to go along with IV sedation as I dont remember a thing about the procedure, and didn't personally experience any negative side affects from it. I will absolutely be recommending this clinic for anyone I know who needs a procedure as I am disappointed I cant rate them more than 5 stars.

I was really nervous and scared to have the procedure done in my 30's and Michelle was so patient with me and my booking/rescheduling/cancelling and booking again until I finally had the courage to go ahead with it. When the procedure was finished I didn't even know they had started and finished they were that good! Also the x-ray tech lady was so sweet. My experience with Lethbridge Dental Surgical Suites was amazing. The staff there are the friendliest people you'd ever meet. The Dr. I had there was the best. He operated on me, pulling 11 teeth on my bottom gum. and giving me 4 implants. I now have a bar and a fantastic set of teeth. I am so happy now , I have no more problems with bad teeth. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks. They are the best in my books.

I was booked in for surgery on May 7th. I had wisdom teeth affecting my mouth for around 7 years. I was starting to become aware of how painful, and how much it was affecting my everyday life. I am never comfortable getting surgeries done, so I really put this off for some time. When I finally went. I was in awe of the staff supporting Dr. Murray. They are clear with you as a patient about the procedures they will be carrying out, they treat you like you've become apart of a family which alots quite an amount of trust and comfort, creating an environment for you to feel safe and calm. The work Dr. Murray and his team of professionals did in my mouth removing the 4 wisdom teeth was absolutely the best surgery I've ever had. My mouth felt better immediately after waking. I followed strictly to the guidelines for the medication and healing care through the past 10 days, none of the swelling was painful, I actually didn't need to ice my jaw or cheeks at all. It felt having those teeth removed also pulled all the pressure out of my sinus' ears and face. In all my life I have never felt better from anything. And I recommend lethbridge dental suites, and particularily Dr. Murray and his awesome team of professionals, you guys made me feel like a brand new person. I can't believe how lucky I am the other Dentist I originally was booked with had to reschedule and I got Dr. Murray. THANK YOU GUYS, IT WAS AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE IN THE BEST WAY.

The overall experience was a good one. I was put to sleep to have nine teeth pulled, everything went well teeth are out and I don't remember a thing. All of the employees were extremely nice and professional, they got me in fast and did a great job explaining the procedure.

Overall I had a wonderful experience. Starting with the phone call/consult and how fast I was able to get an appointment. The care package was really great and the instructions from the assistant before the appointment and the paper were all very clear. Dr Murray, his assistant, the nurse and everyone I interacted with were all great and helped walk me through what they were doing which helped a lot because I have never been through an invasive like this before. I did have to wait around 20-25 mins after my appointment time for them to call me back when they were ready for me, which did not really help with my nerves but being an assistant myself I know this happens sometimes. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend this office to anyone that needs their wisdom teeth removed.
