Dr. Heggie is amazing! He was considerate and fixed a big problem that my last dentist created and he was patient with my extreme anxiety due to the last place I was at. He has restored my faith in dentists, who want what’s best for you. And he’s really smart. He has a really good understanding of what needs to be done (unlike the last place I was at, which messed me up not once but TWICE) If you’ve had dentist trauma in the past, go to Ivory Dental and they will do a good job and be kind to you and consider your fears. The dental assistant lady was amazing too, she was patient and made adjustments to help me with my super high gag reflex problem. She actually listened to me and took me seriously when I explained what I thought was happening with my teeth. She was also very smart and experienced. They had to deal with a very bad situation (a difficult extraction) and did it with grace and kindness and I am very grateful someone recommended Ivory Dental to me

Went in for a cleaning and checkup and I'm impressed by the measures they've taken with Covid-19 and how I was in and out of their in less than an hour with a very well done cleaning. The staff were all extremely polite and professional and addressed my teeth concerns exceptionally well. Very good experience at Ivory Dental. The Hygienist was very competent and kind and treated me like an individual, and listened and took care in regard to my concerns. I have a lot of missing teeth and at other clinics the x-rays are very painful to hold in the mouth, but the Hygienist had cushioned versions of them. I’m happy with the service and care I received.

Dr Rollingson is wicked friendly. Had some issues with fillings and they fixed for free shortly after. The front desk staff is nice and the place is very clean. My only big complaint is that their hours could not be worse for 80% of the population that works regular business hours. More accommodating hours would help everyone.

I have been going to this dental clinic for a few years. My experience has always been great with everyone there. As a visible minority, I have to mention that I often feel like an alien in most places in this city, but not one bit have I felt that way at this clinic, and not to mention a medical reason a staff may be nervous to perform work on me. I went to a dental clinic 8 years ago in another city. I complained about sensitivity on my teeth, and they suggested I get “filings”. I couldn’t afford it at the time, so I never went back. 4 years later when I started going to this clinic, I believed I was overdue for “filings”, but they recommended other things such as as flossing, brushing with softer toothbrush, and getting regular cleaning, which worked; Unlike the other clinic who intended to take advantage of the fact I complained about sensitive teeth. I just had a tooth extraction, and I believe they made a right recommendation of what was to be done in regards to cracked wisdom tooth. Other option would’ve caused 10 times the amount i paid for this. That’s integrity I sense.

I just moved to Lethbridge on the 1st of the month and was feeling some pain in my tooth. I emailed the clinic and was booked in almost immediately (I emailed on Sunday and was booked in for Tuesday morning). During the visit, the receptionists were so friendly, my dental assistant was Sheila and she was honestly so hospitable and kind, I felt as though I was speaking to my mother. I saw Dr. Heggie, who was funny, understanding, and prompt in trying to help me figure out my pain. My previous dentist had dismissed the pain I was feeling, but I truly feel like I'm in good hands here. So happy to have found Ivory and I'm looking forward to getting the care I need. Had a partial denture from a group that claimed they were the best in Lethbridge. Terrible service, partial didn’t fit so they just cut 2 pieces off. Anchored the partial to a crown and damaged that tooth. Went to Ivory, had an extraction, they added a tooth to my existing partial and fits like a glove. Amazing how simple the process was !

Always a pleasure goig here for my regular cleaning and check up. I've had a couple crowns and some other work too and everything has always been great. This last visit, I was having issues with my benefits. Instead of kicking me to the curb or charging me an arm and a leg for me to submit later and get reimbursed, they just had me sign a piece of paper saying that I will call them with tye information as soon as it's sorted. I have had a lifelong dentist in Okotoks, but was unable to make it out there. I am a student and am living away from home but they made me feel like I was back at my hometown dentist. TV on the ceiling so you can zone out and watch while they do their excellent work. The routine cleaning was extremely well done and when I told the hygienist I was a little late for something she increased he pace whilst not sacrificing quality. Also, the dentist who helped me with my tooth chip only had about 3 minutes of work to do on me, but talked to me and got to know me borrow and after he did his work. They do not know how much this means to a student who is away from home. I cannot recommend Ivory Dental enough for students, and everybody else!

Dr. Rollingson has been my families Dentist for 11 years. It will be hard to leave an exceptional Dentist and amazing staff, as we are moving across the country. When you establish long term relationships with the people who play a significant role in your health care, it can be scary to start over, but Dr. Rollingson took care of that too and personally gave me a couple of colleagues in the city we are moving too. The entire practice always goes the extra mile, always friendly, personable and great conversations. Not really happy with the service, I went there to do my first regular checkup, I was asked to lay down on the chair and wait for the dentist to come, I waited for almost 10 mins, finally the dentist came and looked at my teeth. The entire process lasted less then 20 seconds. What I got was only one sentence “ your teeth are healthy” , and then they asked my to pay my bill, which was around 75 dollars.

I have a paralyzing fear of the dentist. I need to take Ativan to even walk in the door. The staff are so good to me, the listen and give me breaks when I need them. They give me the weighted blanket to use, and if there is ever any significant work to be done they use sedation for me. They are always so lovely and kind and they accommodate my petrified state.
