Excellent experience, from the front desk staff to the hygienist to Dr. Olsen himself. I usually dread cleanings, but Darla was both thorough and extremely conscientious of my comfort throughout the process. Dr. Olsen is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and clearly feels no need to 'up-sell' his patients on work they don't need. My young son also went to see Dr. Olsen last summer for an injury. The team were very sensitive to his fears, put him at ease and earned his trust. Overall, this is an extremely professional dental office with staff that truly care. Our family will definitely be returning.

Our older son went to Dr Steed for his wisdom teeth removal and that was a great experience too. Office staff are always so helpful and kind. They go above and beyond to help. I damaged 3 of my front teeth in an accident and sought out the care of Dr. Olsen after a friend highly recommended him. He was empathetic and walked me through the options, and subsequent results that I could expect. He went above/beyond with temporary caps to cover the broken and chipped teeth (for family/anniversary photos) while I was waiting for my mouth to heal. The final "crowns" are beautiful and they even look a little better than my originals. LOL He and his team are personable, professional and I am very happy with the results.

We started seeing Dr. Olsen 9 years ago when my youngest was 4. I was so worried about some very large cavities he had and was not comfortable with our previous dentist insisting on using general anesthetic just to fill the cavities. I can not say enough positive things regarding how well Dr Olsen has handled many difficult situations with one of my children that does not like needles. Dr Olsen is very patient and has the skills needed to gain trust with children so that they are comfortable with dental procedures, this is a wonderful skill for a dentist to have. The entire office staff is also amazing, I recommend Dr Olsen and Dr Steeds office to everyone I know!
