I had a very complicated root canal that was done today by Dr. Aubre. I highly recommend him. He is ponctual, very professional, patient, confident, and mostly, I felt at ease with him and his assistant. The procedure, although a difficult one went very well, like a synchonized ballet. I appreciate the care they gave, in fact his assistant even held my hand. Thanking the whole team.

I was 15 minutes late and I was almost 5 minutes from the clinic, Dr. Normand Aubre flatly refused to receive me and the next patient was only 45 minutes later. When I got home I asked a manager to call me back and it was Dr. Aubre himself who contacted me and started yelling at me on the phone and insulting me. Honestly I do not recommend this clinic at any time and the secretary was insulting on the phone. In the end, it's almost a chance for me to have been turned over. (Original) Suite à un rendez-vous pris pour une urgence, j'ai réussi à obtenir un rendez-vous 1 mois plus tard. La journée de ce rendez-vous tant attendu et à 7:30 am, j'étais coincée sur l'autoroute suite à un accident. J'étais en retard de 15 minutes et j'étais à près de 5 minutes de la clinique, le Dr Normand Aubre à catégoriquement refusé de me recevoir et le prochain patient n'était que 45 minutes plus tard. rendu chez moi j'ai demandé à un responsable de me rappeler et c'est le Dr Aubre lui même qui m'a contacté et c'est mis à me crier après au téléphone et m'insulter. Sincèrement je ne recommande en aucun temps cette clinique et la secrétaire était insultante au téléphone. Finalement c'est pratiquement une chance pour moi de m'être fait retourné.

Cette expérience pénible et coûteuse explique la note d'une étoile.
