I am previous patient with DR Lidia Pagiani who get retired and transfer all her patients to that clinic. My first and the last visit was horrible! They charge 40$ for check up for nothing. I came with broken fillings of my tooth. The Doctor was professional and she fixed very fast. The thing is she doesn’t do any check up and I didn’t request so. At the front desk I tried to explain that, but they said is obligation!!! Incredible scam!!! The same when you go change oil and you getting for tires check in charge! Highly not recommended! 40$ is money big or small especially when you staying at the front desk and trying to explain! Worst experience ever!!

La 2e fois que j'y suis retourné, 1 an plus tard, on m'a à nouveau trouvé une carie. Cette fois, j'en doutais pas mal, donc je suis allé consulter un autre dentiste quelques mois plus tard et lui n'a rien trouvé. Un an plus tard, je retourne chez ce même dentiste et je n'ai toujours pas de carie. Il faut croire que chez dentiste Tabi, on vous fait des faux diagnostics dans le but de vous charger un max de $. J'ai toujours eu de très bonnes dents et tout d'un coup j'ai plein de caries chez Tabi. Aussi, ils essaient de vous faire venir pour le nettoyage à tous les 6 mois... on dirait qu'ils recoivent une formation de vente à pression, mais ils ont l'air si gentils; une belle façade. Brought my son to do his yearly checkup and cleaning a couple of months ago. 3 months later I find out my son has a terrible abscess. Brought him to a new clinic since SMILE did not have a spot to take in my son on that day. At the new clinic, I found out my son had a terrible cavity where the root was damaged which resulted in his abscess. I even went for a second opinion since I was told his tooth needed to be pulled out and his adult tooth wouldn’t grow for another 4-5 years. Needless to say, both doctors were shocked at how bad his cavity was and were surprised that no one at Smile had even noticed a couple of months back. I even requested to see my son’s x rays from SMILE, and they had only taken an x ray of his front, none from the sides. Due to Covid I was also not allowed to go in during the cleaning back then. So I don’t even know what kind of cleaning they did. They basically did a half done job just to say they cleaned and checked my son’s teeth. And now my son has to suffer with a hole between his teeth due to their negligence.

Dre.Caroline Tabi. She pressured me to have a molar repaired saying it was urgent. The repair took 5 min no anaesthesia, very surperficial, not urgent, not necessary. $198.00. I had asked an estimate and it was supposed to be $135.00. She is not truthful and is only looking at making the quickest buck. Not honest and not competent. No stars for this crook. My wife had a front tooth fixed for 150.00 again it took 3 min, no anaesthesia and the repair only lasted 2 weeks. She does not care to be honest with her patients.

Very disapointed with the service they offered. They would not let me book an appointment and kept calling me the day before to see if I could come in the following day. When I would try to make an official appointment they would tell me that they only had the following day available and they would have to call me back if something else came up. When doing a 6,500$ service, I would expect I could make appointments at my own convenience but that was not the case. It is a huge office with many different workers and the personal touch and care is surely lost on the way. The receptionist which was assigned to me was only in from 9-11 and thus, I would never be able to reach her. I would not recommend this place to anyone I ended up cancelling even though I could not get my 200$ back because I hated the place so much.
