Called when I had an emergency, was told to make an appointment. Didn't know you could make emergencies such as a broken in half molar, as an appointment. Told to look around as the hospital won't help. Wow, good to know.. maybe take the emergency part out of your sign... -_- No stars because you're sign lies. If you are open and can't accept that as an emergency... I don't know what more I needed.

Very kind always great me with a smile, very informative and have a flexible schedule, I have anxiety about going to the dentist but they work to help ease my anxiety and always answer all my questions, I recommend them to everyone, they are also very affordable.

This was the most embarrassing moment for my wife. She called me so upset on how she was treated in front of other patients. It's a long story however it is the most unprofessional dental clinic I have ever seen. Staff at front desk is extremely rude and condescending. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Thanks

Dr Macgregor and her assistant are possibly the most patient and compassionate duo I have ever come across in dentistry. My 2 boys do not do well at the dentist and Dr Macgregor was wonderful. Front staff are very helpful and polite.

I find the staff are very friendly and professional. Kelly, one of the hygienists, is very warm and makes you feel comfortable. She does a great job and has a good sense of humor which is always good :) I was able to get a quick follow up appointment after my cleaning to get a filling replaced. The booking staff were friendly as well. Thank you Delta Dental!!

I starting taking my son to this dentist when my friend recommended them. My son has a fear of needles and hates going to the dentist. They have restored his confidence and trust. The doctor and staff have been so patient with him. He no longer has any issues going. Very impressed with the effort they put into making patients comfortable! Highly recommended!

Veterans beware!!!! The older receptionists have no care for the veterans in the community. We came to this facility because my husband (veteran) has a extreme fear of the dentist. After a year of no problems, he received a call right before a root canal asking for money. We have 100% coverage between our insurance companies (why would we pay them they send it off directly) He was so worked up he could not attend the appointment. We contacted them today (because one of the fillings they did last night fell out)and they informed us that they would no longer be able to help him. I am appalled by the two of the front staff. If you are a VETERAN that suffers with any type of anxiety DO NOT go to this office

I had to have a tooth pulled today, I was really nervous but both the Dr. And the hygienist were incredible. Patient, friendly made me comfortable and it couldn't have been more than 15 minutes. Really a great appointment couldn't be happier.
