Dr. Connelly told me those silvery amalgam fillings in my mouth are "inert". They are in fact composed of 50% mercury! He drilled them out and didn't take any safety precautions giving me and probably himself mercury poisoning.

I really dislike going to the dentist as I have very bad anxiety. I went here for an emergency on a weekend and I can't say enough good things about the treatment I got here. The office itself is nice clean and bright. Dr Renke who treated me went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. She even did a couple of other things for free. It was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist I would recommend her in a second. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Every experience I've had here has been amazing! Every staff member I encountered was exceptionally kind, especially with my three children, ranging in ages from 3 to 10. We've seen a few dentists, assistants, and hygienists, and every single one made my children feel safe by explaining what was going on, in terms they could actually understand. My children are NOT afraid of the dentist and actually look forward to future visits. My eldest felt a bit shakey after having a cavity filled, the dentist and assistant both checked on him in the waiting room. Even going so far as to offering a place for him to lay down. They stayed until he was feeling well again. This kind of compassion will always win a mom over! Thank you! Direct billing is also a HUGE plus. Can not recommend enough!!

Had an extraction that went well. Dr. Leger and his assistant were very good throughout the process. My options, along with costs, were all presented to me in a neutral transparent way when we looked over the xrays and I felt no pressure.

5 out of 5 for Carlingwood Dental! They seriously have a fantastic staff! They are the warmest, friendliest people you will ever meet. Dr. Connelly has pulled my wisdom teeth, filled my cavities, whitened my teeth, given me a bridge and a vaneer, and i could not be any happier with the results! I'm a bit of a perfectionist so trust me when I say they do amazing work! :) I have been going there for years and every single experience has been positive! They staff are very genuine individuals who will go above and beyond for you! I trust them 100%. I should also mention that I do not have dental insurance, and have to pay out of pocket for everything- that being said I have never had an outrageous bill. Their prices are extremely fair, and no surprise charges or anything.

Dr. Erin Sisson,as well as her assistant,who's name unfortunatley escapes me right now,have been very kind and wonderful to me as an entirety. They've been fully transparent on all things in relation to my dental health,including all costs and risks with any procedure. I've never been a fan of going to the dentist as a whole,but they've made me feel more than comfortable and welcome with them and I'm genuinely impressed. Couldn't ask for better people or better service. Would reccomend highly to anybody.

Went in to rebook my NP exam, receptionist was talking with someone else and told me it would be a wait to talk to her to rebook. She then continues her conversation with the lady that was first talking about her vacation. I wont be a paying customer should you put me on the backboard to talk social. Don’t Like this dental clinic. They only care about your money. And never ask about insurance coz they won’t set you up for an appointment if you ask. Put your time and money somewhere else where you can actually build your trust and doesn’t see your value as Just $$$$z I’m sure there’s way better doctors out there.

The receptionist is unwilling to help and just reject you without doing her best to investigate. My husband has an appointment today saturday at 2:10 and we were told that he doesnt have an appointment. I told her that they actually called us to confirm about the appointment and she said No he was not in the system and said that maybe we are in the wrong place so I told her the number who called us back and the caller ID i have on my phone and she even said NO that is not our number so I called in front of her and the phone on her back rung! And she said that must be their new number. She's the only one and only receptionist working at that time and there was not other client to assist with. She incorrectly put policy number, certificate number, and unique ID number making claims for the insurance being rejected 5x its because she keeps putting incorrect info i even pinpoint it but resist to try i was told that she has alot of things to do and i have to remind her that i am their customer and so she said she will try 1 more time and thats the last time she will do it and she did. And guess what? I again saw a mistake she did. I dont want to argue w/ her anymore but i wish i can speak to her manager about this. She's just simply rude and unpleasant doesnt have a customer service quality and for that I dont want to make anymore bookings and business in this office. However, Dr Jessica Gubernat was very pleasant with us during the service. Its not good for the business to have such a front line who is unpleasant,rude customer service.
