I thought this was odd so i called corporate and was told that they could of canceled the order but because i took it there was nothing that could be done. worst customer service i have received from any Canadian Tire...

Actually no star for this store at this location ( deep river Ontario Canadian tire ) Our car stock there and they didn't do anything to help at all ! They didn't even lend stuff we needed to fix the car ! They were supposed to be open by 5 pm on Saturday but they said they booked for the whole day and they can't help us and our case was emergency ! I don't like the store specially the garage ! As a human being they should be there to help not just ignore us and tell us don't make a mess stuff like that ! The customer service is below the zero there ! No star for Canadian tire at this location ! Watch out guys don't expect any help from this special store !

Stopped in on June 27/18 to check their Mark's clothing section. Good to see that clothing department integrated into the traditional Canadian Tire store. Was looking for "no-fly-zone" pants, but supply was limited to 1 pair of pants and several shirts. Sadly, did not have what I wanted, but the supply will increase for this new product. Good to see the expansion of the items for sale.

I love this store, great people in the car department. Huge selection of items but man...their online order pickup can do slightly better. Ordered a tent online the pickup ended up being a hassle even though I had received a call telling me that the order was ready. Other than slight inconveniences here and there the attendant was nice.

This is my favourite Canadian Tire in the Valley by far because it carries everything that you cannot get at the other locations, from niche items to daily fix-it stuff. Well organized and great staff. I have used their Pickup service and it went well!

I have been to several canadian tires dozens of times in my life and have never encountered someone as hostile as the manager Sarah at this location. She was very aggressive even when I tried to be extremely kind and give her excuses she was snappy, rude, shut me up and only escalated the situation as opposed to de-escalate. I truly pray for her and think this location should strongly consider some additional training or a new manager. It pains me to write this but something should be done. All of the other staff were kind and we had very pleasant interactions.

I stopped on a long drive to get fuel because i was almost empty. Did a pre authorized transaction at the pump and then tried to pump fuel. Absolutely nothing came out so I stopped trying to pump and saw the pump slowly increment as if it were giving me fuel. I went inside and told the millennial attendant what happened to which she responded ‘Ive never seen that before... thats a transaction you did outside. What do you want me to do about it’ She didn’t find it believable my receipt for 0.17 cents was maybe the result of a problem. I guess she thought maybe i was trying to scam .17 cents of fuel.... she asked what i wanted her to do so i asked if she could leave a note for someone who cares about the business like a manager. She said no, because ‘she has never seen that before ‘ I asked if she could explain why its not pumping any fuel at all. She said no, try it again - it will work. And repeats that she ‘has never seen that before’ I ask if she wants to come outside and see it right now. She says no. Im at the closest pump to the front door. So like a fool i go do the same thing. No fuel, and after i stop pumping it keeps charging me a few cents every few seconds. This time i video tape it. I want to walk back in and show her at first but it occurs to me, she doesn’t care in any way. She refused to walk ten feet to see it, or even look at the camera. So i leave and make a dangerous drive on fumes to a real gas station. Also i called my bank and reversed the charges, wrote this review and will share this story on facebook.

We stopped in at this Canadian tire on route from North Bay to Ottawa. Needed newly installed snow tires retorqued. The guys in the auto service not only took care of us immediately, but "no charge". What a lovely surprise that we would receive such lovely and complimentary service, ensuring a safer ride the rest of our day at. The owner Adam and manager Christine discriminate against those with medical exemptions for wearing a mask! My veteran daughter was made to leave the store when trying to pay for service done on our vehicles! We had never been denied entry into the store over this past year and a half until now! Whenever anyone asked us about wearing a mask, once we said we have a medical exemption, we were left alone as it should be! Yesterday, a cashier and the manager verbally attacked my daughter, ignored her medical exemption, angrily telling her to leave, offering her no way to pay for the work done on our vehicles leaving us with them trapped at the store! My daughter was berated in front of several customers! When another employee tried to help my daughter pay, Christine yelled at him in front of customers, yelling that my daughter was not allowed in there! I spoke with Adam on the phone while I was still in the parking lot who claimed he was following Renfrew County Medical Health Unit’s recommendation to not allow people who don’t wear masks into his store except that the other part of their recommendation is that medical exemptions are allowed and we cannot be denied entry! I pointed that out to him but then he claimed because it was a private business, he could decide who he let in the store! I explained the inaccuracies to that statement because he is licensed by the government to sell to the public and we are the public and that he was discriminating against us for out medical conditions! He disagreed and ended the call!

The owner Adam Turnball has zero respect for anyone of disability who cannot wear a mask. On one occasion he laughed at a disabled individuals medical letter that they were under no obligation to show him but did out of respect. Adam Turnball was called by Lucky from Pembroke Health Unit advicing him that discrimination against someone with disabilities can hold him him liable. Today Adam Turnball is still refusing to accomodate the disabled. Do not spend money at this Canadian Tire.

My name is Piper and I know that Adam TURNBULL and another customer degraded and discriminated against my parents who had medical letters. My brother and I had letters to but my mom thought it best for our safety we did not go in and boy was she right. Adam told my parents they were never going to be served again and told my mom if she asked for names she would be removed from the store. My mom just spend thousands of dollars at Adam’s garden centre this year. What my parents spent at Canadian Tire was a lot and no problems till running into this horrible owner. I guess Will is not store owner anymore to bad? At my age I am tired of seeing how my mom is being treated by these people. June 21,2021 Adam Turnball was recorded by telephone conversation again refusing and discriminating against those with disabilities in Deep River. He states he does not have to follow and respect all regulations put in place.

Just when you thought the customer service couldn't get any worse. We call in to see how to order. The man told us to ignore the time on the website and that it would be about an hour. We drove over an hour to get here. We have now been waiting an hour. We have been the only one sitting in the parking lot for over 20 minutes at a time. No person will give us our pump. They use coronavirus as an excuse to offer even worse customer service.

I called to hold something online and called ahead to make sure it was there and ready. I was told it will be ready. I drove there from petawawa. Long story short I basically stood around for 20 minutes while more or less being ignored by all the staff. I left without the item and have not and will not return to that store location. Too bad I generally have good experiences at Canadian tire stores.

Good Canadian Tire. Everyone in the store was super helpful and friendly. Almost everyone had a smile on their faces while they were going about their jobs. Mechanics were quick to work in my car, and the cashiers were fast as checking me out. If I'm ever in the area again and needed supplies or a car fix, I'd definitely go back.
