I am very happy to have found this dentist office. I phoned one time due to a very bad infection on one of my molar and my previous dentist told me that that tooth had to come out when it would start to trouble me. Then one day I had a terrible pain and could not handle the pain and I phoned around and found the Willow Dental and they took me in within a hour. The Dentist I had saved my tooth and I was so happy and decided that I will never go back to my previous dentist . I have now been at the Willow Dental Care for many times and they are absolutely awesome and very friendly and experienced.

During a dental procedure Dr Maleki started talking to me about Invisalign and all the benefits it had to offer. After showing interest, he did a few measurements and said I would be an excellent candidate for Invisalign and to book the first appointment to start to process with the receptionist. I paid $650 for this first appointment and was told it would take about a month to come back with my Invisalign treatment plan. I returned to the office excited to see how my smile would improve but I received very discouraging news. Dr Maleki never submitted my file to Invisalign, instead he consulted with a friend of his that is his mentor for Invisalign. He stated that I would not be a candidate for Invisalign and that I would require jaw surgery and braces in order to fix my bite and straighten my teeth. Since he was unable to help me, he said he would refer me to a orthodontist he knows very well, it’s been over 7 months now and I still have not received a phone call from this orthodontist. A month after this terrible news and not hearing from Dr Maleki’s orthodontist referral, I decided to look for my own orthodontist. I paid a $100 consultation fee that would go towards my treatment plan and was told I am in fact a candidate for Invisalign. My orthodontist was shocked to hear that I had been recommended to get jaw surgery as my bite can easily be fixed with elastics. I am now 5 months into my Invisalign journey and already see results! My orthodontist explained that the $650 fee should only be collected if my file has been submitted to Invisalign and a treatment plan has been created. My orthodontist office called Dr Maleki directly to request a refund but they refused to refund me. I highly recommend going elsewhere for Invisalign. I believe this dental office does not have the proper education or experience to treat people with Invisalign. I’m so thankful I got a second opinion.

Staff is delightful. My dentist was very calming, she helped take the edge of the needle away with a numbing gel to help with my anxiety. I was walked through what they would do and why. All my questions were answered and I am always happy with their work. I’ve had many bad experiences with other dentists. I am happy to come here for all my work needed.

The the staff at this dentist's office is amazing. I've been coming here for several years now for myself and for my children. They are very careful with their treatment plan that they provide, and really care about the health of the teeth. I never feel pressured into anything. I have a high-needs daughter who had an extremely hard time coming to the dentist. The dentist here took a lot of care and built up a relationship with her. She's now been coming for several years. I'm so thankful for all the work the dentist has done with her, and the rest of my children. The hygienists are always very nice. And the front desk staff is very professional.

I have mixed reviews about this place. I came in the first time for severe tooth and jaw pain. I saw Dr. Stephens to discuss options (I was a student and did not have dental coverage) and she seemed so frustrated and impatient. I'm sure dentists are annoyed with the insurance portion but unfortunately, it is part of the job. I kept asking her to explain my options and what that would mean for me financially and she really lost her composure with me instead of trying to be understanding and calm. I was literally crying in the chair with severe tooth pain and feeling forced into making decisions that I did not understand. The hygienist was sitting there at the time and took over the conversation. She was amazing. She listened to my concerns and tried to talk me through it in an understanding and calm manner (the hygienists have always been amazing every time I go!). I ended up getting work done by Dr. Tan who was also very kind. Every time I go to pay though, the receptionists don't explain the financial portion and don't give clear answers when I ask questions. They also contacted me way too many times to book appointments and it felt like borderline harassment. I really enjoyed having Dr. Tan as a dentist but he no longer works there, so I won't be back. Dental work is such a sensitive thing for many people, and I just can't be bothered to go here if I don't feel 100% comfortable and supported.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Our two year old fell inside the mall and shattered his two front teeth. We took him to Willow Dental Care where they took him in immediately. Faye, the Dental Hygienist was absolutely amazing!! She clearly knows how to work with young children, is very knowledgeable and experienced. Dr.Darren worked quickly but gently ensuring our son was comfortable. It was a traumatic event for our toddler to shatter his teeth but we’ve now found our new dentists office and highly recommend them to anyone looking to switch from their current place.

I can't say enough about Willow Dental Care. From my initial inquiry which saw me need to be seen and being that I am from out of town. I was able to book a ln appointment for a few days later due to the volume of patients on the day. When I arrived at WDC, I had filled out their patient forms on line Nd was ready to proceed in. I was covid screened upon arrival and then had to wait a meer 5 minutes before being brought to the back. Also I did wear a mask during this stage. Once in the back, the dental hygienist and dentist were exdcelent. I was given treatment options and allowed to make my own decision without feeling pressured for the treatment. All in all this was by far and away my best ever experience with a dental center on short notice. Would definitely recommend to anyone both visiting and living in the area.

WOW! Dr. Stephens new hygienist Amanda is unbelievable! impeccable interpersonal skills and very professional; made me feel very welcome and at ease. If my teeth were a 3/10 when I got there they are now a 10, that is the difference she made today! We WERE customers here upto the point my 7 year old child needed to use the washroom who was just seen by the denstist and the heavy set receptionists denied him to use their washroom and directed us to Starbucks and laughed.. NO COMMON SENSE... Take your business somewhere else. A lack of compassion and understanding by pathetic receptionists and possible foreign student job placements.

I called in the morning for a possible molar cavity and got an appointment almost right away. When I arrived at the dental clinic, the front desk ladies were very helpful, so my waiting time was minimal. The staff were very kind, they were also very professional and took hygiene seriously, especially considering we are still in the COVID pandemic, knowing your health providers really care about patient safety is a huge plus, and not to mention Dr. Shainboom and his team took quick action to treat my problem. The procedure was quick and efficient, they have made dental treatment a very positive experience. I walked away with comfort knowing my teeth are in good shape. Since I was a child I have been horrified of the dentist. Today I had to get 2 teeth extracted and they were broken at the gum line and started growing over. I voiced my concerns of me being a big baby and I have to say that Dr. Maleki was amazing. He calmed me down and I didn't feel a thing. Not so scared anymore. I highly reccomend Dr. Maleki . The other staff there is amazing as well. I have now become so comfortable with Dr. Maleki that I literally fell asleep while getting 3 cavities done the other day. Not even exaggerating either. ~Edit - My last appointment went even better. When my insurance wasn't covering parts of the procedures the staff went above and beyond and even called me to come back for a partial refund because they were able to make things happen. Doesn't get better than that.

The first place I went to told me I just have to get most of my teeth yanked out. I'd have to get dentures and everything, and I'm only 34 For heaven sake. But this office has done an amazing job, one filling at a time, restoring teeth that I thought were beyond restoring. At a completely reasonable price. Absolutely recommend.

Went in about a month and a half ago, for a root canal, wasn’t a patient so had to make a file for me etc, (800$ later) there was no available openings for a root kanel in the next week or 2 so she recommend putting me on the “on call” so if someone cancels I can get in sooner, a month and a half later I get a call and book my appointment... today was my appointment, not only was it not for my root canel it was for a check up and cleaning. Which I had to pay for again. I told them still in tons of pain, taking Advil and Tylenol to get through the day. I Do not recommend this dentist. I went in for a root canel, and still a month and a half later still not done, this is unacceptable, and a money grab. If you value your money or insurance don’t go here

I would not recommend this dentist. I have gone here a handful of times as I am newish to the area. My last 2 experiences have not been good. 1st bad experience was having to wait nearly 40 minutes past my original appointment, time management clearly is an issue. The same day I was expecting a full cleaning and polish, I wanted the works because I was getting braces put on the following week. I never got the service I want due to a technicality with my extended medical 100% coverage which only allows polish twice a year, had I been made aware of this I would of simply paid for the polish....no problem. My experience today was to go in for another cleaning (3 months later). Again, they were late around 15 minutes. Had my cleaning. They didn't floss, and again they didn't polish. I very clearly requested this when I booked the appointment. They don't listen to the client and I will not go back.

I am a current client and on my very first appointment I called receptionist that I will be late by 10 she reminded me in a very rude tone I can’t and when I reached there she and the doc assistant kept telling me be on time.. but for my next appointment I took a day off made sure I am on time ….. they let me wait for 50 minutes and then receptionist/dentist did not even say sorry and rescheduled it .. I agrees as I did not want to go through the process of changing the dentist I took a day off for the next appointment but they call me the same day saying oh our doctor is not coming we forgot so I cancelled all my rest of the appointments with them …. Some receptionist her name starts with S… . I made a complaint but she did not even note that on my account.. to cover her own a**. And I receive a call from them next week u have an appointment and the other receptionist kept on insisting u do though I told her I talked to someone with name starts with S… to cancel everything I have with you guys … Never seen such unprofessional behaviour from dentist and receptionists. They are pain and they never say sorry but they will start argue. Last on my very first appointment their dental assistant name Ritu made a racist remark saying Punjabi people come to Canada and start doing this dental stuff because it’s free. I don’t know what kind of staff they are keeping. U guys are getting paid for the services u do nothing is for free to anyone . Such a disappointment

Excellent experience with both Dr. Shainbom and Dr. Leung for mine as well as my dad's treatment. Both are compassionate, meticulate and give you all the necessary information as well as advice with empathy and patience. Honestly my best dental appointment ever, my hygienist was so kind and made me feel so comfortable, she was thorough and explained everything she was doing while doing it and gave really good recommendations to upkeep my oral health, very knowledgable. They also took the time to track my gum measurements which no dentists has ever done before but after the explanation of why they do that it made sense and is an important thing to keep track of. They were super clean and had implemented a very good routine in regards to our safety due to the virus. This place has great dental care - the front desk staff, the hygienists and the doctors have all been very friendly and caring each time I've been, and they've all provided a great experience. Their scheduling system is not so great though. I made an appointment for May way back in November. They called me two weeks before my appointment to confirm, and left a voicemail. Admittedly, I never called back, thinking it was just a friendly reminder message, as I've received before for other appointments. It turns out they gave my appointment time to someone else, and now cannot fit me in (with my busy schedule, to be fair) until the end of June. I understand that they may need to confirm appointments, but they should have said they would give my appointment away if they didn't hear back in the message. Had I known, I would have understood it wasn't just a reminder and I definitely would have called back.

From the moment I called, they where quick to make an appointment(that fit my schedule) and they dealt with the insurance company. The dental hygienist was amazing. So was the Dr. He was quick, to the point, and they where both very meticulous. It was a great experience(nothing like the 90s) and will never let so much time pass between appointments.

I haven’t been to the dentist in three years because of a bad experience I had a previous office. I had to have fillings redone that were 10 years plus old. I’m really nervous about needles and just having any work on my mouth done whatsoever. Both a dental assistant and the dentist were really sensitive and understanding of my fear and decided to just take their time and really go slow when working on my teeth. They said my tooth would probably be sore for the next week because they actually refilled 3 cavities. After getting home and the freezing wore off I felt nothing on my tooth no pain the bite was perfect and they did an excellent job. The last dental office that did a cavity I had to go back four times because the bite was off and the pain that was causing me when I eat food was unbearable. I dealt with his pain for three years. Finally that side of my mouth when I eat isn’t sore.

I booked an emergency appointment at the other dentist in the mall for a broken crown, and when I arrived that dentist told me they didn’t have the cement, and to come back next week. As a working mom, I can’t just “come back next week.” I walked over to Willow Dental and they could tell I was panicked and upset over not having a front tooth, and as a walk in, new client, they squeezed me in when they were already super busy! Ritu, the Dental Hygienist continues to do a consistently awesome job on my teeth. Today in her characteristic soft spoken but effective manner, she explained what I need to continue to do, to prevent decay and maintain good teeth. Over the past several years now with her, my teeth have stayed in very good condition which I attribute much to her encouragement. (The dentists have been good too, for example in replacing the amalgam.) Her dental cleaning today was again completely thorough. Again, I totally appreciate her technical skills but equally the low-key encouraging and interactive manner in which she does her profession.

She told me the options I had to solve my problem and did not try to convince me of other work that needed to be done, even though there is lots left to do. The reception group are great, dental hygienists are patient and totally understanding and my dentist.. well what can I say.. she is also patient and understanding besides being a magician when it comes to needles. I walked in there 1st visit a paranoid patient.. but today if they were to call me to come in I'd have no worries. Building trust is how you make a nervous patient relax, I was a dentists worst nightmare, now.. I'm probably just a pain in the butt.. GREAT GROUP!! 10 out of 10 stars from me :-)

I highly recommend this dental office! My daughter needed a root canal as well as a few smaller cavities. They were patient with her because she was very nervous. The office was exceptionally clean, modern and well run. The staff was friendly. The dentist really took the time to explain what was happening. All in all an excellent experience.

The worst dentist. They didn't make my flipper properly after I sent it back twice. Then they wouldn't send in the proper bill to my insurance I had to pay out of pocket 200+$. I talked to my insurance company and they had no problem paying it in full. The lady at the office just argued with me the whole time and they even sent my bill to the wrong person i told her that and she basically called me a liar. I didn't receive the bill because it was billed to the wrong person and now it's past due and I owe another $200.

I had a dental cleaning with Reetu.( hopefully the spelling is right, ????) She is very professional and the way she cleans my teeth was so comfortable to the point I am about to sleep. Honestly. I don't feel any pain at all while she is cleaning the teeth at the back. Usually my gum is pretty sensitive since I have a gum problem. She really did a good job. I found 2 good dental hygienist at this clinic. I was seen by the dentist as well (forgot his name. Sorry Doc) same day and he was really nice too. He will recommend what is best but will give you an option which I prefer rather than being pushy. I was seen by 2 hygienist already at this clinic and both of them did a really good job. For the life of me, I can't remember the other girls name. Kudos to both of them. Really recommend this clinic.

An amazing team! Great experience during a horrible time after chipping 2 teeth. This place was not only open on Sunday, but the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend! Carolyn was working up front and the first person I met and was incredibly friendly and hilarious. From there on, each person I met was extremely kind and competent. They went out of their way to help in a very respectful and caring manner, and Carolyn even drove some items to my house! Unbelievable. Who does that? Seriously. Dr. Molavi was so very gentle and patient and did a great job. I met 8 different employees during my multiple visits and each one was a genuine and nice person. These people completely changed how I feel about Dentist and believe me, I had a horrible past. I haven't even written down all the different things they went out of their way to do for me.
