I’m a staunch anti-dentite. I would rather have my organs harvested and sold on the black market (sans profit) than get a checkup or a cleaning. So you can imagine my terror when an old root canal of mine started causing me issues ... I was picturing a full-on “Saw” experience! To my great and enormous surprise Dr. Robson at the entire team at Willoughby are the kindest, best people ever! My tooth is perfect now and Dr. Robson was an absolute joy! Friendly, funny and super professional! Every time I have had to call to confirm an appt. the staff is lovely and they have been incredibly helpful with contacting my insurance, etc. I think this whole going to the dentist thing might even become a regular event for me!! Thank you, Willoughby Dental for crushing all of my fears and giving me a very happy tooth! xo

I would highly recommend this dental office. I was nervous to see a dentist for the first time in quite some time but this was an extremely easy experience. Every staff member from the front desk to the dentist himself was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. They’re upfront about costs and explain procedures so you understand the process. Really appreciate an environment like this especially when most people aren’t excited to be there in the first place. Most visits to the dentist is usually painful, non-memorable and all-business attitude. However Willoughby Dental Centre’s doctors and hygienists are actually friendly, careful, socialable, friendly and respectful. When I told them that I had sensitive gums, they took extra caution to floss my teeth more carefully as to not make it painful. Most other places I’ve been to would continue to floss aggressively and shame me for not flossing more often. They have signs all over asking for reviews but they actually deserve the good reviews.

She was very patient with me as it is hard to keep my mouth open for a long amount of time. Front desk staff were lovely!

Stephanie is an amazing hygienist and Dr Robson has the best "bed side" manner of any dentist I have had. Everyone from the girls at the front and staff at the back are very friendly and helpful. My hygienist, Marilou, is very gentle and checks in often as she is cleaning my teeth to make sure I'm okay. I have no pain after a cleaning. My followup appointment for a filling was equally good. Dr. Kodem is also gentle and kind. He listens carefully to your concerns. He thoroughly explains what the procedure entails and what complications might arise. As he is working he makes sure you are doing okay and when he is finished, he makes sure everything feels okay with your teeth. He explains what to expect in the days that follow the procedure so there are no surprises; what is to be expected and is normal and also when you should call to get looked at again.

I love this place! The front desk is SO warm and welcoming. They set a calm and comforting atmosphere. I saw Dr. Singh for the first time yesterday for a 2 and half hour appointment of removing old fillings and replacing them with new ones. He made me feel comfortable at all times and put my mind at ease every step of the way. I was expecting some pain after the freezing wore off but nothing. My teeth, jaw and mouth overall feel amazing today. I genuinely look forward to going back here!

I saw Dr. Singh on June 24 after a horrific experience at my last dentist. I was crying and probably in the midst of a panic attack. His professionalism calmed me down immediately. He examined me and managed to fit me in for a root canal on June 25 (I had a trip planned for June 27) so it was an emergency. I was terrified of flying with a new root canal but he did a really great job so I experienced no pain (he also repeatedly reassured me that I would be okay). I went from needing 5 extra strength tylenol's to get me through the day (between June 1 and June 24) to none. The front desk staff are awesome and when I walked in on June 22, a Saturday, they were unable to fit me in but they did all they could to squeeze me in on the Monday. Dr. Singh is amazing and the front desk staff are incredibly helpful especially in a time of crisis.

Dr. Kodem is amazing! He explains procedures and always answers my questions. Great hygienists and front desk staff who make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door and actually remember you! They are about healthy teeth and not about the dollars, I never feel pressured to have my teeth worked on. Highly highly recommend this dental center.

Willoughby Dental is the absolute best Dentist office I have ever been to. You can trust this review as I am an old man with bad British teeth that has been to a lot of Dentists. The Admin staff are very nice. The Dental Assistants and Hygenists are great. And the Dentists will drill and stick needles into your face with care and kindness and a gentle touch. ????. I started going to Willoughby Dental because they were the only ones that would take a new patient having a dental emergency on Christmas Eve. Thank you Willoughby Dental.

I met with Mary Lou and Dr Singh they were both very professional but also light hearted and made my dental appointment very welcoming and enjoyable. My biggest thing was I came in for a cleaning and a whitening , cleaning was amazing. I was awaiting the dentist to say something like I have these cavity holes like all dentists state “Require fixing.” But what I got was an honest answer from dr. Singh stating that I have a potential of a cavity growing but it can be fixed with flossing regularly. This is a doctor that is honest and puts clients care ahead of profits, he wants people to have better healthier habits and gives them an opportunity for correction and tells them how to improve rather than saying you need to spend $$$ to fix this and that. He says do this free option or 2$ option and that’ll work. And for the whitening the doctor recommended that my teeth are well taking care of and whitening would be giving him money but the results wouldn’t be as amazing. Honesty for me builds relationships and I appreciate all the support. I’ll come back because of the way the people conduct themselves.

I’m the type that stresses about going to the dentist, and usually require Adavan to calm me down beforehand. But, I’ve gotten to the point where I can go in for cleanings/check-ups without these, as the hygienist and dentist are so gentle, understanding, and genuinely friendly when explaining what’s going on. The offices are clean, and the staff are super friendly and respectful!! My husband and boys are very well taken care of when they go here. I would recommend Willoughby Dental Centre to everyone!
