Best dentist in town, and probably the Lower Mainland. Worth the drive if you're out of town ;) Everyone is so nice, thoughtful, and clearly above average at their craft. I never thought going to the dentist could EVER be a 'great' experience. Saidi Dental Group breaks the mold.

Not acceptable attitude at the front Desk! My Dentist died of covid last year ;( so I was looking for other Dentist and got good recommendations from my friend about Dr. Saidi. I wanted Dr. Saidi to become my new Family Dentist for my big family and scheduled the appointment for 01 Dec(10:20 - 13:20) to do many things: cleaning, x-rays, initial exam, etc.. I scheduled all of this in one day because driving to their clinic is far distance for me. But on 30 Nov(in less than 24 hours before the apt.) the front Desk is calling me and in the form of an ultimatum declaring that apt. is changing to 10:50 - 12:20. When I asked if they can call me back in 5 mins so I can check my schedule and initial apt. details, they were so surprised and didn't want to agree to call me back, only when I asked again they agreed. I checked all details that I wrote at the time we were scheduling the initial apt.(for 10:20 - 13:20). When they called me back, they said that I didn't want the Cleaning initially when I was scheduling - (as far as I remember we did agree on Cleaning) In this case why did we schedule apt. for 3 hours? And why they are cutting half this time now? They were talking to me in aggressive form, saying that their office probably does suit my needs and I just thought to myself: "why do I have to experience such a horrible attitude on myself for my own money??!", and I just said to them, that I don't want to work with them. :( It is so sad, that probably a good Doctor(didn't have chance to work with him) is not reachable because of its front Desk driven by aggression and emotions - and have no idea of what the "Customer Service" is. :( I am totally ok when appointments change, or course it's better to have earlier notice, but even if it's short like that, it could have been brought up in a gentle manner explaining why, that there was probably an error, but not like this, pushing and then blaming me..

Dr Saidi is simply put THE BEST DENTIST in Lower Mainland!!! He is very knowledgeable, but nevertheless keeps learning. Plus, he is an extremely nice person with a very gentle touch. Sometimes I feel so relaxed during a procedure that I almost fall asleep. Seriously! The rest of the staff are very nice too. It feels more like visiting friends than going to a dentist. That is why I keep driving for 45 km each way (from Downtown Vancouver to Langley) for over 10 years to see Dr Saidi and his crew!

The absolute BEST dental office! As someone who works in the medical field, I am quite picky about a lot of things and this office meets and even exceeds my expectations every single visit. Everyone is friendly and helpful and everything is done so efficiently. Dr. Saidi is so talented and knowledgable and is the BEST at injecting local (I have yet to feel a needle with him!!) His assistant Kelsey always makes me feel so comfortable and is always attentive to my needs. Kelly is who I see for my cleanings and she is friendly, caring and extremely efficient. Sandi, Brenda and Shelley are always so organized and answer any and all of my questions. Cannot say enough good things about this office!

I have to say that after years of not going to the dentist and getting back into it- this office has gone above and beyond to help me. They work with your benefits and work with you to create a treatment plan. I am very happy with the progress so far. I am extremely happy with the work that Kelly (hygentist) did for me. I had plaque and tartar build up pretty badly and I was beyond happy with how well she improved the look of my teeth. I finished up a cleaning with her today and she went above and beyond to work within my benefits plan. It was very appreciated. The receptionist staff are very friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile as well to work with the patients. I will continue to use this office and recommend it to my friends and family.

From the friendly HELLO when you enter to the pleasant staff once you enter the back you always are made to feel at ease at Saidi Dental. The staff always ask if you are comfortable, make adjustments if necessary, talk you through the procedure, and when the Dr, and assistant converse while you can't reply, the conversation is something you feel you are a part of and not an outsider. If you've ever had hesitation or anxiety going to a dentist, PLEASE give the team at Saidi a try and you'll have a whole new experience!

When my previous dentist, Dr. Garry Guy, retired a few years ago, Dr. Saidi took over his clients in the same office space that Garry had occupied. Of course, after trusting my dental work to Garry for almost 40 years, I was a little apprehensive, as Dr. Saidi's skills with the dreaded needle were unknown to me, when it finally came time to get some repairs done. So I was most happy to have had a top notch experience in that regard when I needed some crowns replaced by Dr. Saidi. The office staff, notably Brenda and Shirley, were most kind and understanding of my long held fear of the needle and Dr. Saidi also took great care to make the numbing experience totally pain free, for which I am most grateful. The rest of the procedures were a breeze and a crown done all in one visit was a bonus not enjoyed before. I have complete confidence that Dr. Saidi will continue be be my 'go to guy' for all my dental needs. I should also give a shout out to my long time hygienist Gail, who carried on with Dr. Saidi after many years of working with Dr. Guy as well. She is very gentle with those procedures, but does a great job as well. Thank you to everyone who assisted Dr. Saidi during my most recent visit.

Having had four crowns replaced and numerous dental procedures completed by Dr. Janet Jin , I would like to thank her and her staff for making all my appointments calm, pain free professionally handled experiences! Dr Jin and her staff kept me well informed as to what was needed to be done and why ! I was impressed by the technology and clarity of the X-rays shown on the computer screens and know I’ll be returning to this office and to Dr Jin for all my Dental needs! Dr Saidi is a great dentist there is no question about it . we had a problem with his management at front desk . They send quotes to insurance and tell you this much will cost you more out of your pocket and when i shopped for same at other dentist we ended up saving $700. i even called them few times and asked to reduce the bill but no luck . so i left with no choice & ended up taking my family to different dentist . I would highly recommend to shop around before you agree to high bill.
