Went for my kids dental appointment. The hygienist was very knowledgeable. One of my child had dental anxiety but she made my son relaxed which allowed her to do hygiene work. Amazing hygienist! The receptionist and dentist were great too. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

As someone who is very anxious about visiting the dentist, I strongly recommend switching over to this dental office. Dr. Patel, the hygenists & the CDAs are all very gentle & made me feel at ease in the chair. Even the receptionist made me feel welcome right as I walked in! Reception is good. No stars for the dentist that seemed incompetent of his job. Took my daughter to get a tooth pulled and the dentist seemed more scared to do his job from my daughter crying then anything. We left and said we would try for another day. I tried calling back to rebook and reception told me the dentist said he didn't feel comfortable trying to pull my daughters tooth for fear she would be scared of the dentist. ... she already is scared can't scare her anymore. I'm scared of the dentist my self. I then found out from my daughters mother that after they told me they wouldn't do it and referred me to another dentist specifically for children they took my daughter in after grandma called. Thanks for undermining the father of a child after telling me one thing then doing another.

The staff are all super friendly and relaxed, and they are SO good with kids. I took my 8 year old in to repair a chipped tooth and the dentist did an awesome job. The clinic is very clean and the location is great and easy to find.

I went to NovaCare as a new patient recently it was super convenient as I shop often in that area at the Safeway and Starbucks. The staff were super friendly and detailed. The receptionist gave me a complete breakdown of my dental plan so I knew what I was covered for and the hygienist was very gentle and thorough. Dr. Patel was so kind I would definitely recommend NovaCare dental to anyone looking for a new dentist!

**Edit: I did end up getting a 2nd opinion because I was told I needed a lot of fillings(at least 8). The second dentist only recommended 2 fillings. To be clear this is NOT the dentist being dishonest or trying to make money. Some dentists believe in filling anything that could eventually turn into a cavity & some dentists only fill cavities you currently have. If you are afraid of dental work get a 2nd opinion and save yourself some work that you may not need, especially if your teeth don't bother you.** Really recommend them, I have had so many bad experiences at the dentist that I put it off for years. Hygienists tend to be rude and rough leaving you with a sore mouth. But not this time, she was amazing and gentle. Everyone is very friendly and polite. They are also soft spoken and quiet which helps if you're nervous. Great place to go to get over your fear of Dentists.

I became a new patient at NovaCare a month ago and absolutely love them! The front desk staff are so kind and knowledgeable! The hygienists are gentle and give all the information BEFORE doing something, which I really appreciate. The dentist was also great! I had a cavity forming and he gave me all my options with all the information for me to make an informed decision! Happy I made the switch to this dental office!

SO happy to have this amazing staff take care of my entire family! As a self proclaimed CHICKEN of dentists I am happy to have the support of everyone there at the office. My oldest (17) had to call in to make an appointment for a follow up because a filling didn't feel just right, and without hesitation they were able to get him in and work around his schedule.
