These guys are always amazing! They are willing to work around my crazy hours and the office is always so pleasant, clean, and comfortable. The hygienists are diligent and exceptionally careful. The dentist I have been seeing is amazing! She is considerate, super positive and always a pleasure to talk to when my mouth isn’t full lol! She gives me realistic hygiene goals and is willing to find a solution that works for the patient. You guys are amazing! My oral health and mental well being thank you guys. :)

I was a patient of Dr. Wong's and he was great - went there for the past 10 years and then I had over 3 different dentists in the past 3 years.. I went in for a routine checkup and they told me I had 5 CAVITIES - YES 5! I felt really weird about this because I had just been there 6 months prior and how can someone get 5 in 6 months.. I got a second opinion and I had 2!!! The dentist I am now with was shocked and disbelieved as the 3 other teeth ivory dental claimed needed to be filled were in perfect condition. I DO NOT trust this dentist - I brought it to their attention and they treated me terribly.. I became a number not an actual patient - the girls at the front were rude. This was 2 years ago and I still feel sick to my stomach that I was so taken advantage of with such little care. Also not to mention the girls at the front ALWAYS messed up appointments and would call and ask you to come in sooner or say later and one day they said they couldn't do my time (even though it was booked 6 months in advance) and I couldn't do their other times that day and they tried sending me a bill in the mail....... Also I got a quote for a crown at $2500 - yup CRAZY I know.. the new dentist I have now said it would be $1200 and with my coverage I would only pay $400 - that's an insane difference - they do not work with your plans or care about you - you are nothing more than a walking bank coming in and out that door! DO NOT GO HERE!

I see alot of similar stories on here so I thought I would share mine. I went to Ivory Dental for about 2 years (I haven't gone back for about 5 years), prior to that I hadn't been to a dentist for about 5 years because mine had retired and I hadn't found a new one. The first appointment I was told I had 5 - 6 cavities. I thought that was odd because my teeth weren't bothering me but I went with it because I hadn't been in a while. So I had them filled. Going forward, I would go in for a cleaning every 6 months and every 6 months I'd have another 4 - 5 cavities. Unfortunately I never questioned it until the 3rd time it happened. By then my teeth had been so drilled and I still have a gouge out of the front of my tooth because the face ground down accidentally. The worst part was she never told me, I discovered it later. Fast forward to now and I have so many unnecessary fillings, a few that I have had to have redone. I found another dentist and have not had any further issues and they were appalled at how many times my teeth have been drilled.

One of the hardest things about moving is finding a new dentist. Well not for this gal. I really lucked out when I found Ivory Dental Center. I had good dentists in Vancouver and now I do again in Langley. Very friendly, professional and just plain awesome

During a dental procedure Dr Maleki started talking to me about Invisalign and all the benefits it had to offer. After showing interest, he did a few measurements and said I would be an excellent candidate for Invisalign and to book the first appointment to start the process with the receptionist. I paid $650 for this first appointment and was told it would take about a month to come back with my Invisalign treatment plan. I returned to the office excited to see how my smile would improve but I received very discouraging news. Dr Maleki never submitted my file to Invisalign, instead he consulted with a friend of his that is his mentor for Invisalign. He stated that I would not be a candidate for Invisalign and that I would require jaw surgery and braces in order to fix my bite and straighten my teeth. Since he was unable to help me, he said he would refer me to a orthodontist he knows very well, it's been over 7 months now and I still have not received a phone call from this orthodontist. A month after this terrible news and not hearing from Dr Maleki's orthodontist referral, I decided to look for my own orthodontist. I paid a $100 consultation fee that would go towards my treatment plan and was told I am in fact a candidate for Invisalign. My orthodontist was shocked to hear that I had been recommended to get jaw surgery as my bite can easily be fixed with elastics. I am now 5 months into my Invisalign journey and already see results! My orthodontist explained that the $650 fee should only be collected if my file has been submitted to Invisalign and a treatment plan has been created. My orthodontist office called Dr Maleki directly to request a refund but they refused to refund me. I highly recommend going elsewhere for Invisalign. I believe Dr Maleki does not have the proper education or experience to treat people with Invisalign. I'm so thankful I got a second opinion.

I found the staff to be very caring. The dentist and hygienist have been nothing short of awesome. I have been dealing with a painful toothache.and they have gone out of there way to make it the best possible experience for me . The freezing I received today was absolutely painless. I switched to Ivory Dental because I had heard good things about it. As it turns out they were right. The front office staff were friendly and greeted me when I arrived. On my first appointment for cleaning, the dental hygienist was friendly and did an excellent job scaling my teeth along with polishing and fluoride treatment. My second visit involved having a loose crown repaired. The dentist and his certified dental assistant were very professional. The implant area was examined and thoroughly cleaned prior to re-attaching the crown. The work was performed very efficiently and I left the office in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely return to Ivory Dental for future dental work and highly recommend it to others.

Had a great experience here. Got my teeth cleaned for the first time and the hygienist Aman was amazing. She was gentle and asked if was okay multiple times. I was given a break when needed it, and she did not rush it. The manager Jen at the end was very helpful when explaining payment plan options.

I woke up suddenly with a horrible pain in my jaw, it seemed like it lasted for hours. When I called the Dental office, they told me they were booked but that they would give me a call if any cancellations came up.The front end staff were quick to call after a cancellation only minutes after I had contacted them. They were efficient, polite and really understood it was urgent. I was brought in to see Dr. Junho Kim who had a very calming and gentle presence about him, although I am a very nervous person I felt comfortable letting him inspect my mouth. We found that I needed a root canal on my back molar and booked it right away. I came for my scheduled appointment and all seemed to be going well (I am very terrified of Dentists and needles as I've had extremely bad experiences previously at different dental locations) we got the freezing done and were ready for the procedure and that's when things got challenging. I had been in a very serious car accident months prior to this appointment and be it the bright light, the sounds of the tools around me or the past anxiety about dentists I couldn't go through with it. I fought off a panic attack in the chair which reduced me to tears of embarrassment, and frustration. Dr. Kim was extremely kind and gentle and stopped immediately when I asked. He told me everything was going to be okay and that I didn't have to go through with it that day. He said that we could try again with my prescribed medication for panic attacks (Which I struggle with often since the accident) or he could refer me to another dentist who specialized in more intense cases. Embarrassed, I asked to come back and try again with Dr. Kim because I felt he was the right person for the job. Needless to say the second visit with the proper medication was a complete success, I did not feel scared, nor did I cry best of all...No panic attack and I am pain free. Dr. Kim was patient, kind, understanding and extremely honest. He really took his time, answered all my questions and met all my needs. Going above and beyond any Dentist I had ever seen previously. I would 110% recommend him!!!!! Thank you so much to everyone at Ivory Dental for making me feel at home and comfortable despite my personal situation.

I have been going to Ivory Dental for a few months and had multiple treatments done and had nothing but amazing service. Whether it be from reception, assistants, hygienists or doctors themselves I have never been disappointed or felt like I wasn’t a priority. They make you feel safe and without judgement. I highly recommend going here, especially if you have a fear of dentists or are unsure of what will happen. They walk you through everything and always answer all of your questions. I have come here more consistently then any other dentist because of how kind, genuine and amazing they all are. 5 stars for sure!! And that’s hard to say about a Dentist.

I have been going to Ivory Dental for years now. The new owners are like family. I enjoy coming here now more than I did before as I have been seeing the same people each time. The Asian receptionist always welcomes my family and I with a smile. I have seen the same male dentist each time for exam and treatment. The past year I have seen the same hygienist and she is very good. She gives me breaks and takes an interest in how my day is. I really love this office and would recommend it to everyone.

I’ve been going to Ivory for many years and I’ve always had a good experience. The last year or so I’ve seen the same hygienist, Aman, each time and she’s great! Gentle and efficient. Always ensures that I’m comfortable but gets the job done quickly which is awesome. She also takes extra care to ensure that if anything is irregular, I am scheduled for extra visits to check progress.

This establishment is a complete joke! Ever since this place was under new management, the customer service has vastly deteriorated! Like the other review, the receptionist Carolyn knows how to make a patient feel incompetent. As I was waiting to get checked in to pay after my cleaning, she clearly didn't get to me till the I was the last one waiting. She made a lady who, I was clearly ahead of go first. I was already on a tight schedule, and she kept making small talk until my daughter and I had to step in. She apologized, but that was not enough. Also, I don't know if they start writing their own reviews to make themselves look good, but my daughter Corinne who has had a recent crown procedure done did not write down the review below, that is completely fake. I have decided to move my family to a different dentist, and it was the best decision I have ever made. Definitely not looking back!

I have tried many different dentists all over the island and mainland, this one is the best hands down! I Suffer from severe anxiety disorder, I'm on disability for my chronic pain and anxiety. The staff here are sooo accommodating to my anxious ways, and not to mention them accepting me on disability in itself is amazing, i don't have to be ashamed of my financial situation here they genuinely are trying to help and can offer payment plans if need be, the dentists will go above and beyond for you to get what you need they always will put the patient first . I come all the way from the island every few weeks to get my dental work done. I had the worst teeth when I came in and they are helping me get back to life. My goal is to continue fixing myself up here so I can love myself one day, my teeth are a huge damper to my confidence and affect me big time so it always surprises me at how much they always make me feel better when i go in, they give me hope and comfort that it will be okay. I used to think highly of this dentist until my most recent appt where I was charged 45 min for scaling when my total time in the office was 45 min. I called when i noticed on my receipt and informed of the mistake and the receptionist said they would call back and I have heard nothing for 3 days. Also I think some staff there need a recap on proper hand wasging and how long its supposed to be done for.

I just had my first visit at Ivory Dental Centre and I was very pleased with my experience. I found all of the staff that I met, Christine, Emily, and Dr. Karen Gill to be very friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. I am a person with disabilities, and I have a guide dog who goes everywhere with me. My dog was welcomed and treated properly as a guide dog. They even offered to take him out of the room while x rays were taken, before I even had a chance to ask! The fees that are charged are also very fair. I am glad I have found such a great dentist and team so close to home. Thank you!

I wish I could give 5 stars to just one person there and the rest zero!!! Aman was so welcoming and explained how she just returned to work after an accident she had. The manager there kept coming back and back saying “ your next patient is here” I felt like I was being rushed by the manager there! While I was leaving she made a comment to another patient paying at the time saying “ are you crazy” because he said his sister will pay! I will never return to this office unless it’s with Aman!

I normally don't write reviews but being that I am in the customer service field it's natural to recognize when good customer service is being displayed. Modern, clean office. I had an appointment with Dr.Maleki he was very gentle and honest with me about my procedure. The main front desk admin I forget her name I think Jenny but she had glasses, was exceptionally patient with and made me feel very welcome. I had a lot of questions but she answered them all thoroughly and didn't make me feel like I was being too bothersome. Seems like a great team here. Would recommend!
