First I would like to say the dentist and dental hygienist are excellent here. The issue is with reception. They mixed me up with another patient who had a similar name one time causing me to lose a day of work as they double booked me with this other person. I was amazed they would make such a mistake and worries me if our medical files got mixed up too. The second time I had a appointment and the time was confirmed by email. As I'm getting ready to leave I get a call saying I'm late and need to get there quick. When I arrive I double check and they made the mistake, the email showed I was on time. At that point I had lost patience and confidence in the dental clinic and Informed them I was leaving. The receptionist just replies ok that's fine and opens the door. Me and my family will definitely not be coming back which is a shame as I liked the dentist.

Used up $500 worth of dental coverage and made me pay $500+ out of pocket for one cleaning and one filling. Tried to send me to all kinds of specialists that were completely unnecessary, after using up all my coverage for the year. I had six cavities and couldn’t afford to have the others filled for a year thanks to this guy. Had the nerve to send me a bill in the mail for $100 bucks after the fact as well!

I went to my first time appointment at Brookswood dental yesterday. Its not organized. I will never be back. Charged wrong. They called me to come back in; after driving off. Came in for a 1st time appointment/ cleaning. I was there for 1.5 hours. I had the annual xrays done Then I left with ONLY my right side being " cleaned" All she did was scrap at my teeth. No polish nothing. I was told her next appointment is here and that I need to book back in to get the cleaning finished. Excuse me!? I was livid. Its not my fault you dont know how to book clients. I left paying 300$ I do not have benefits. I did not feel like my teeth were cleaned. They except me to re-book this week or next to get the other side picked at and then they would apply polish to all of my teeth. Sorry but I dont think its necessary to take time off of work twice for 1 dental cleaning. They knew I was leaving very unhappy. Horrible customer service. Get your sh** together.

They have a personal touch with their client base, and streamline bill consolidation with one's work health care coverage seamlessly. A special shout out to Michelle, who doggedly goes above and beyond to find options and solutions for the sake of customer service.
