Absolutley thrilled with this place. My boyfriend hadn't been to a dentist in years due to a past rude and painful experience with one in Vancouver. When he started having issues with his molar he hid it until the molar actually cracked and was caused extreme pain. After researching dentists I came across Banyan and I am so happy to hear they treated him well. He came home with an entire plan laid out with no pressure just facts. I am not a fan of dentists. My last appointment in 2005 did not go well, suffered weeks of pain after replacing the metal fillings with ceramic, that then resulted in two root canals. So when I write a 5-star review for Dr Verma and his Team, this is an exceptional dental surgeon. I had to go in for another root canal, and I hardly felt a thing except for a couple "pinches". Post recovery took a day and only 2 Advil to take care of the inflammation. I've since had a crown pop off, and the entire process was handled quite remarkably without incident. I was expecting pain, puffiness, soreness, inconvenience, the usual drill that I have experienced with my past dentists. I am pleased to report that if you are seeking a professional team who takes exceptional care with a patient-first value system, come check out Dr Verma and his Team.

He put in back lumbar brace after removal of my braces, which held my teeth together even with me not putting on my retainer, which I am suspose to do each night before going to bed. I fall for the good comments in the reviews but our experience was awful.First they give a price over the phone and at the time they charge us more saying it was another X-ray that need to done when It was the same we got priced for over the phone. Then the technicians treated us poorly during the X-ray and after. Overall very annoying and dishonest experience won't ever visit again.

This dental establishment is amazing! Staff are wonderful! All staff know both my name and my husband's every time we come in. Karen is so helpful all the time with the paperwork. And if something goes wrong with the insurance paperwork, she calls me right away to resolve it. Dr. Verma is so nice and is always open to questions. Every time I see the hygienist, he never lectures me or makes me feel small or ashamed in anyway for not flossing regularly. They really do make you feel comfortable. It had taken me 10 years and 2 provinces to find a dentistry team that gave me an adequate long-term plan for the work that needed to be done (to my liking, at least). My experience at the clinic had been positive overall. Dr. Verma appeared to be a knowledgeable person. The staff conducted their tasks on time and the clinic was clean. The hygienist was bubbly and you could easily tell she had very good soft skills. The only thing that made me not give the 5 stars was that I felt Dr. Verma made a deal of my decision not to get a panoramic x-ray done by mentioning repeatedly throughout the examination. I had the x-ray done a couple of years ago and the dentist back then did not point out any issues with bones or soft tissues. I did not feel any sores or pain in my mouth, teeth or jaw. These x-rays were not needed frequently. My decision to not proceed was to not expose myself to radiation when it was not necessary.

Recently relocated to the Langley area, I was looking for a new Dentist. Dr. Banyan's office had such good reviews (plus it's close to home) that I decided to book my first consult appointment. Can't say enough good things about our experience at Banyan Dental. Our son needed his wisdom teeth taken out on very short notice before heading to university. Dr. Verma was very accommodating. He squeezed us in for a consultation the next day and scheduled the procedure on a date that still gave my son a few days to heal before leaving. I was very dissatisfied with my previous dentist after losing a filling for the 3rd time from the same tooth. Dr Verma is very caring and knowledgable at his profession! I never give a 5 star review because no one is perfect, but the staff at Banyan dental are as close as it gets! Honestly, they are wonderful and even my children love to go in and see them! They are knowledgeable, professional, caring, kind and GENTLE!
