Sonia is the most amazing hygenist! Although I only see her twice a year she remembers every detail of our conversations! Shes always so warm, bubbly and caring. I will never leave Northwest Dental Centre as long as Sonia is around! :)

After my meet and greet with the dentist I felt confident that I would go to his centre should I need dental work in the future. I had a tooth break in half and was in terrible pain. The dentist took me right away and after sharing the options available to me we agreed on a course of action. Despite my fear and nervousness his confidence supported me through an extraction. His assistant was wonderful, calm and reassuring as well.

Best wisdom tooth extraction I've experienced. Before the procedure Dr. Todd and Anita gave me all the options. Since my past wisdom tooth extraction experience with my previous dentist wasn't good I opted to just do a single tooth. I was impressed how he handled the procedure, my tooth extraction was done in less than 5 minutes after my gums were numb. I highly recommend Northwest Dental.

During my recent dental hygiene/checkup at Northwest Dental Clinic I learned that I needed to make a decision to have a tooth extracted or undergo a root canal. An earlier experience with a root canal was long, and painful, but I wanted to save my tooth, so opted for the root canal. Newer methods and technology have improved the procedure - making it quicker and practically painless. Doctor Donnelly and his excellent staff worked kindly and efficiently to save a tooth so that I can continue to enjoy good dental health. I am happy with my decision and the results. Thank you Doctor Donnelly and the staff at Northwest Dental Clinic.

Great dental office. My teeth were a mess from an accident and neglect. I was at a few different dental offices and didn't feel comfortable. Northwest Dental Centre made me feel comfortable and reassured me they would do what they can to get my smile back. Got staight to the point about what I needed to get done and what could wait. Always made me feel comfortable when I was getting work done. Hygienist are super friendly and helpful at keeping your teeth clean and reminding you what areas you need to work on. I moved further away from their office but I will consider anywhere else, worth the drive.

First, let me say the work done on my daughter’s teeth is phenomenal! She’s so unbelievably happy with her new look, and everyone took such good care of her, as always ???? I went to this clinic on the recommendation of a friend. I had a gap between my teeth that I had previously filled 25 year ago. I initially went in for a new patient exam and cleaning. After xrays I was told I had to have a 6 hour deep cleaning. The dentist Dr. Yip informed me of having my two front teeth along with a small tooth be extracted. Apparently I have a lot of bone loss in my front teeth. I opted to have my front teeth have the gap filled. After one week I saw silver appearing on my two front teeth and I went back and Dr. Yip just polished it. 3 weeks later I see the silver showing again but worse. This dentist clearly does not know what he is doing and I strongly urge anyone to not visit this dentist and seek a more professional experienced dentist that knows what he is doing. The staff are also a bunch of chatty girls that enjoy their Starbucks joking and talking about staring at the patients that are in the clinic. The clinic should be embarrassed with their staff including Kathrin the receptionist. I spoke with the Dental Association and they had told me my front teeth should not be staining and should be white on white. Great way to use Blue Cross money. The clinic is a joke.

Lyn and the reception team are amazing. Lyn is always warm, and available for support. I have never experienced that level of customer service anywhere else. Also, on top of his professionalism and impressive knowledge, I really appreciate how Dr. Donnelly always takes the time to chat with my twin daughters during his work with them, offering them meaningful advices about school, life and many other scientific topics. I definitely recommend this fantastic dental team to anyone looking for real quality dental work.

In fact when I first started with them, they had to freeze my teeth to clean them but now it’s a breeze. And I seldom need dental work other than cleaning anymore. I've been taking my children to Dr.donnely since they were 3 and 4 . With alberta works benefits it's hard to find a dentist office that takes that type of coverage. That being said we are treated no different than other patients. In fact, they take the greatest care and have even educated me on the new procedures to keep my children's teeth strong and healthy. Ontop of helping me navigate insurance and what I can get done in a timely fashion so my kids teeth are in great shape. They offer services from cleaning to corrective dental for all ages. I moved to the south and still go to this dentist because of the unbelievable service and kind people working there, from the front desk - to the hygienists. If you are looking for a office that is more like a family then this is the office you are looking for! Thank you north west dental clinic, for all that you do!

As a child, I had tremendous fear at the thought of visiting a dentist. This continued into adulthood. However, over the past few years, the thought about visiting the dentist causing me most angst was whether or not the traffic would make me late. The reason? I have been going to Dr. Donnelly ever since he took over the Northwest Dental Centre. He has been so honest, friendly and down to earth while gently examining and treating me, putting me at ease. Sonia, the dental hygienist, is diligent when cleaning teeth, and explains everything she is doing - all the while being so utterly pleasant. The office staff provide a warm welcome to all who enter. I would highly recommend Northwest Dental Centre.

The team at Northwest Dental Centre are amazing! I switched from my old dentist (of 20 years) over a year ago and I’m very pleased with how professional, friendly and helpful everyone is. I visit every 4 months for a cleaning and I’m always looking forward to it (I used to dread going to the dentist) I’ve also had a few cavities filled, and a crown put on my back molar. Dr. Donnelly is extremely thorough with every exam and always makes sure I’m comfortable and at ease. I recently booked a Botox consultation with Dr. Donnelly, and I can’t believe how easy it was! He explained everything in great detail and made sure I understood the procedure before I made any decisions. – no pressure to go through with it at all! Since he knows I have a slight fear of needles he made the entire procedure a breeze. Under 2 minutes, and I didn’t feel a thing! Kaitlyn at the front desk is one of a kind! She always has a smile on her face and is SO helpful. She also follows up with me after every visit to see if everything is okay, and answers any questions I might have. They're super flexible with my busy work schedule and I can always get the appointment time that works for me. I would HIGHLY recommend Northwest Dental Centre to all my friends and family! We have been for two appointments now. My 10 year old is scared of the dentist but they have been great with her and us. Explaining everything and taking lots of time to make her comfortable. We keep coming back. They are still great working to make my kids comfortable. They spend lots of time and never make you feel rushed. Ashley is the best dental assistant. Very patient with kids!

I have a crown and three fillings done by Dr. Zeggil. He is very friendly, professional and fast. He is a numbing wizard: it was truly painless experience and no discomfort with temporary crown at all. Minimal wait time, helpful receptionists and great doctors: highly recommend this place!

I would not recommend because a couple of years ago I had a root canal done by Dr. Donnelly and it resulted in tragedy. Two years after the initial root canal on my molar, I experienced weird sensations in that tooth. One morning I woke up to a swollen face, in pain, and rushed to emergency. I had a severe infection and had to be directed to an endodontist to fix this mess. According to him, apparently my roots weren't fully cleaned out in my canal, therefore eventually leading to a massive infection in my gums/cheeks. After being retreated by my endodontist and a new crown placed by another dentist I will NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone. Its been 3 years since my endodontist has retreated me and my molar feels good as new. I should have never gone to this clinic for my root canal to begin with.

I had a semi emergency dental issue that was dealt with promptly and in a very efficient manner, right from when I made the phone call and spoke to the receptionist, Kaitlyn. Everyone took the time to explain everything, show pictures and analyze the e-ray. Dr. Carl Yip was first class and very pleasant (Dr. No Pain) as was his assistant Purple. AMAZING! Dr Todd Donnelly and his dental assistant Ashley were great! I have never had such a thorough dental exam. The equipment at NWDC far surpassed any I had seen before with their digital and 3D imaging, which helped me understand the dental plan Dr Donnelly provided to me. I have a fear of needles and Dr Donnelly was so good I did not even feel them. You never know how good your old dentist was until you experience the professional and proactive approach like the one at North West Dental Centre. Top notch in every aspect, from reception, hygienist, dental assistants, to Dr. Donnelly. An added bonus is he is also an orthodontist so this is definitely a one stop shop. Everyone is highly skilled in every aspect. I just had a totally pain free root canal under a crown on a rear molar. I have had many dentists in my lifetime, but only Todd and one other rank at the top. A totally professional organization in every aspect. Particularly like that he sits down and gives a thorough consult with pictures and xrays.

I have been going to see Dr.Donnelly for about 2 years now. His staff are amazing and so is he. They make you feel incredibly comfortable and they are open and honest when it comes to cost and payments. They try there very best to accommodate what works best for you. I very recently got a root canal done with them and was absolutely terrified because of my last experience with my old dentist. They made it quick and virtually painless for the whole procedure. I am very scared of the dentist and I am someone who is very hard to get frozen, they made me feel very comfortable and made sure I was completely numb before we started. I highly recommend them, if you have had a bad root canal experience or even bad dental experience, go see Dr.Donnelly, he will absolutely change your whole outlook on the the dentist.

I have been going to Northwest Dental since they open. I have always been extremely happy with the staff and the work they have done for me. They are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. If I have a problem they have always attended to it quickly for me. Dr. Donnelly has also been a great help in dealing with my insurance company. When they have rejected my claim he gets right on it and insures I get the money back I am untitled to.
