Looking for a new dentist, but the receptionist Chrys was so unknowledgeable I never got to see Dr. Lippitt. She knew nothing about the fees or procedures. Didn't offer to book a consult, find out the fees or anything at all. Just said 'gosh I wish I could help'. Sad for the dentist. Hi owner. I never asked for the cost of fixing the tooth. I asked for the cost to have a single tooth looked at and x-rayed. Looking for the best rate yours was the fourth office I contacted and the only one that could not tell me what a new patient exam would cost. All the other receptionists I spoke with were able to give me a rate. It is quite standard for front desk staff to know the rate of a consultation. Please feel free to contact your competitors and you will find receptionists know initial exam fees. It was NEVER indicated to me to see Dr. Lippett. That is my complaint. I called to book and appointment and Chrys did not know how much it cost to have a tooth looked at nor did she offer to book me an appointment.

They recently replaced a worn out, 25 year old crown and it didn't even need a bite adjustment. Use of new technology is excellent. Highly recommend with no hesitation.

Very thorough care, Charlotte gave me excellent hygienic treatment. I hadn't been to her before, wasn't informed that I would be scheduled with someone other than my regular hygienist, so didn't know what to expect, which makes me a bit apprehensive when at the dentist. But I had a very positive experience, so will happily return.

UNPROFESSIONAL Doctor! Her dental assistant are more competent than her. During one of my visits, I pointed about the pain in a tooth and after looking at the area and x-rays, she insisted there is nothing wrong. Then her assistant pointed out the cavity and only then she realized there was indeed something wrong. A doctor that needs her assistant to point her in the right direction, not sure how much can you really trust their competence.

I am really satisfied with Luna Dental's service. I appreciate Dr. Parekh's willingness to accommodate appointments on a very short notice. I had a dental emergency a few weeks ago where I lost part of my front tooth the night before an important client meeting. I was freaking out. I sent her an email and she agreed to open up Luna Dental 30 minutes before their regular schedule just to see me. This is what I think sets her apart from other practices. They value their client time and are able to provide timely service.

I would recommend Dr. Parekh to anyone looking for great dental care. I have been going to see her for about a year now with my family, ever since we moved into the area. In the time we’ve gotten to know her, we have found her to be extremely kind, helpful and highly skilled. All her staff, from the front desk to the Dental Hygienists, have been professional and respectful of my family’s needs and time. We feel that they truly care about us. (My 3 year old son absolutely adores her and her staff!) Because of the high amount of cavities and fillings I have had in the past, Dr. Parekh gently encouraged me to consider using a high fluoride treatment, which I admitted would probably be a good idea. Yesterday, after about 6 months of following her sage advice, I had the first checkup since I can remember where I had NO cavities! Coincidence? I don't think so. So don’t be surprised if you notice major improvements in your dental health after going to see her! Thank you to Dr. Parekh and all the staff at Luna Dental!

I went to see the Dr Chandni few weeks ago for a cavity. The filling she did was very high and uncomfortable. When I went back to see her to fix the uncomfortable filling, she charged me for the follow up visit when it is should have been a courteous one since she did not do her job properly in the first visit. Dr Parekh and her team are amazing, very professional, caring, and thorough. I have been coming her for the last 2 years and I have never had any problems. I had a large filling replaced as well as a crown and the entire process went smoothly and was painless. Dr Parekh explains everything in in detail before proceeding. Megan is also very caring and does a wonderful job with dental hygiene as well explaining what she will be doing. Zoey also does a fantastic job when assisting Dr Parekh and ensures that I am comfortable and pain free. Tracey is always very calm and professional when scheduling my appointments. It is a pleasure to be taken care of in such a calm and soothing environment and I would highly reccomend Dr Parekh and her team to anyone who is looking for a caring, professional and ethical dentist.

I've been seeing Dr. Lippitt for over 25 years and I ALWAYS recommend him to family and friends. It's my pleasure to give 5 stars, I'd give more if I could! All my family in Calgary goes to him and all have great things to say. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating, they're like a part of your family. Nobody can look after my jaw issues like Reg and Laurel. The front end ladies are amazing and always make you feel welcome, even when you're late! Everyone goes out of their way to make your visit as comfortable as possible, Linda always has warm water for my cleaning because she knows my teeth are sensitive. There are too many little, personal touches to list that make any trip to the dentist a positive one. My sister-in-law moved out of province and when she got set up with a new family dentist he asked who had done the work on her teeth because it was excellent. That's Dr. Lippitt, everything is done right, professional to a T. I would encourage anyone who's shopping for a dentist to make Dr. Lippitt and his staff their first choice. It'll make it a very short shopping experience because they would be in great hands. They're just THAT GOOD!

First, I love the name change! I am an original patient of Dr. Lippitt's from when I was little, and I love that this dental centre has since transitioned into a female-owned and operated facility. They are the most friendly staff and have maintained incredible standards of care, especially during these COVID times. I have never had to wait for an appointment. Over the years I think our family has accessed every service that Reg had to offer and every one was performed with the utmost skill and care. He doesn't hesitate to refer you to a specialist if that is the appropriate action and his work is nothing less than perfect. If you're looking for a dental office who cares about your well-being, and treats you with respect and kindness, then you want to come here! I have come here for a few different procedures including cleaning, fillings, extractions and even a bone grafting. I will be coming back soon to complete the rest of my long process for molar implants. The crew here is awesome and super friendly, and they always make me feel comfortable with every visit. I used to feel a bit uneasy with a new dentist, but I've always felt I was in good hands with the ladies here. The office is clean and inviting, and has a pretty nice view out the window when sitting in the chair. I really appreciate the relaxed setting here which helps when I am about to get poked with freezing! All in all, I felt like sharing with the world my appreciation for this dental office and the people inside. They have gone far above and beyond to help a guy like me out, and I will always keep supporting those who deserve it! I highly recommend Luna Dental in Calgary!

I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had with Dr. Parekh. She is nice enough but she did a terrible job on my fillings. I've since had almost all of them replaced as they were causing pain and discomfort. I haven't been able to chew in months. I now have one of her fillings left and was sad it did not get redone, as it's still uncomfortable and will most certainly have to get fixed too. All they do is stare at the X rays and say it looks fine, but you have pain and swelling and weird awkward lumps and chunks on what should feel more like a normal tooth after you're done, obviously it's not. I wish I had not gone to her at all. Also she's the only dentist there so if she happens to be on vacation and you need to get in, you're on your own.

This clinic is a JOKE! I was asked to book a separate hygienist appointment just to tell me how much is the recession on one tooth which I specifically booked an appointment with the dentist. What is the doctor (Chandni) charged me $75 for if she can't even tell me how much recession I have on the tooth and if its normal or not. That's something can be measured with a $.50 cent ruler and a professional dentist can tell just by looking at the tooth. Avoid this clinic and take your business somewhere else!!
