(Translated) We have been clients of Dr. Leblanc for 20 years. We have recently noticed major changes that do not meet our needs. Young dentists really seem to be on top of their business and we doubt their skills. Dr. Leblanc seems completely jaded and lacks the passion and attention he has had in the past. Our 13 year old daughter returned from the new dentist today with 3 carries due to the fact that they did not perform sealant treatment on certain teeth as they had offered us in the past. Unfortunately the next generation is not up to the reputation and their nonchalant attitude is unacceptable (Original) Nous sommes clients de Dr. Leblanc depuis 20 ans. Nous avons remarqué dernièrement des changements majeurs et qui ne répondent pas à nos besoins. Les jeunes dentistes ont vraiment l'air au dessus de leurs affaires et nous doutions de leur compétences. Dr. Leblanc semble complètement blasé et n'a pas la passion et l'attention qu'il a déjà eu dans le passé. Notre fille de 13 ans est revenu du nouveau dentiste aujourd'hui avec 3 carries dû au fait qu'ils ont pas effectué le traitement de scellant sur certaines dents comme ils nous l'avaient proposé dans le passé. Malheureusement la relève n'est pas à la hauteur de la réputation et leur attitude nonchalante est inacceptable

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Koram today. I am someone who has not been to the dentist of many many years because I have a huge fear of the dentist. It was a major step even contemplating going. I had a rather emergent situation. They were able to fit me in last minute. I was able to get one of my wisdom teeth removed during that visit. Dr. Koram and her hygienist were excellent. I did not feel a thing. She was patient and reassured me, she also explained everything she was doing, and she had great ways of distracting me from what she was doing. I have never had such a great experience at the dentist. 10/10 would recommend.

We have been coming the Dentiste Lachine for a few years and while they have changed building their service has not. From their friendly and helpful team up front to their dedicated support staff to the amazing and thoughtful specialists you know you are cared for the whole way through. In particular Dr. Ciobanu has been our dentists since we joined. His ability to simplify any procedure and walk you through it is not only very professional but very reassuring for someone who is not usually comfortable around dentists. His gentle nature and pleasant demeanor is a definite plus. In addition, Geneviève, their receptionist is always helpful and cheerful and always remembers you when you walk in. For those with young children, their team is fantastic with ours. They interact and constantly ask how things are feeling. Their knowledge of dinosaurs is also impressive. Overall, I would highly recommend Dentiste Lachine to anyone looking for a professional, caring dentist.

I hate going to the dentist but my experience here was so pleasant, I wanted to leave a review so others know that, if they have a choice of dentist, this is the choice to make. Im very self conscious of my teeth but they made me feel like I was being taken care of! Especially DR CHRISTINE KORAN and the hygienist CARMELA!! The best part is they don't try to sell you on anything. They have really mastered comfort and efficiency at their new location. Plus its so pretty!

I have tried a number of different dentists over the years and these guys are by far the best! Even more so since they moved out from the office on Notre-Dame. Their new office on Victoria is breathtaking! They will make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. I also had my Invisalign treatment done at this place for a much lower price than everywhere else yet still the same great level of service. Big shout out to Dr. Koran for her professionalism the whole way through. She would always explain every step of the process and was very patient with all the questions I had. I was a bit reluctant to do the treatment at first but I am thankful I did it and would recommend it to anyone without a doubt.

He should understand that being stressed and in a hurry around a child will not help him to trust him. 2 attempts and go send the child to another dentist. Il faudrait qu’il comprenne qu’être stressé et pressé au côté d’un enfant ne l’aidera pas à lui faire confiance. 2 tentatives et allez ont envoie l’enfant chez un autre dentiste.
