I had a very good experience. So kind staff and quite proficient doctor. My problem that was due to the previous dentist job is now solved via the professional approach of Dr. Shahidi. I really recommend this clinic.

Dre Shahidi and the team are professional, friendly and service oriented. I needed 2 root canal treatments for severe tooth aches. They were able to see me quickly and safely (during these times of COVID), taking all the safety precautions and only allowing one patient in the clinic at a time. One of my treatments was complex yet both were handed gently and painlessly. After each visit there was a follow up phone call a few days later to check how I was feeling. On top of it all the clinic is well located with their own parking lot which saves any hassle for parking. These kinds of little extras made all the difference! Will certainly return for any future endodontics.

En arrivant, on me fait signer une entente pour le prix maximum que coutera mon traitement de canal. Après le traitement, je présente ma carte de crédit pour acquitter les frais et en regardant mon reçu, je réalise qu'ils m'ont facturé 205$ de plus que convenu. Ils me disent alors simplement qu'ils avaient mal estimé le nombre de canaux à traiter, mais personne ne m'a avisé de ce fait, ni pendant, ni après le traitement. Je les avais pourtant bien avisé que j'étais étudiant à temps plein et que mon budget ne me permettait pas de débourser d'avantage sinon je devrais plutôt faire extraire (arracher) ma dents. Ce qu'ils ont fait est clairement interdit par le code de déontologie des dentistes et je dois maintenant me tourner vers les tribunaux pour récupérer la somme payée en trop. De plus, l'attitude de Mme Shaidi fut très désagréable durant le traitement: mouvements rapides, secs, refus de répondre à mes question etc... 0/5

I just had root canal Aug 26 2021 my first ever, from injecting the anaesthesia up until now, no pain at all not even swelling, Dre Shahidi was very gentle all throughout the procedure. Highly recommended.

Dr Shahidi and her team are very proffesional and nice. I have seen her twice and would recommend her services. I received a call from her secretary the day after my treatment, she was simply calling to see how I was feeling.. not very often you see that these days!

Frankly, I couldn't have asked for more. If I could give negative star ratings, I would. Worst place to go. First, they wait till patient is in the chair before consulting the fees with parent. They don't submit an estimate to the insurance before hand. It's a toss up on price, it's not clear how much it will cost in the end Then, they cancel last minute at end of year without a back up plan. My son is half way through a root canal and now they can only see him in January. Stay away!!!

Elle est impolie, impatiente, agressive, désagréable et irritable. De plus, la réceptionniste a refusé de me fournir une copie de mon dossier en prétextant toutes sortes d'excuses alors qu' un article du code de déontologie des dentistes du Québec stipule clairement qu'un dentiste est obligé de fournir une copie du dossier à un patient qui en fait la demande. Très mauvaise et désagréable expérience à cette clinique. Première et dernière fois à cette place.
