I came here expecting that a Dentist will extract my teeth., But something wrong with their system, A person will come to you., shake hands and then he/she will say sit down lie down, open your mouth check up the teeth., and then they will say to you We are sorry We don't have available person right now., What!! If they don't have available Dentist to do the extraction then why still do you have to charge me? they can Inform the customer/s right away? So I ended up PAYING for the Service that I did not ask for IN JUST 5 MINUTES I WASTE MY MONEY FOR NOTHING. I went out then FIND ANOTHER CLINIC. Be careful ASK first before you go inside their clinic. VERY SAD & DISAPPOINTED.

Our visit to Cabinet Dentaire was a great experience. Dr. Cristinziano immediately put my 3 year old daughter at ease with her calm and sweet demeanor. The most impressive part of my visit was that she took the time to show my daughter how to floss & brush properly and get the hard to reach areas. This helped my daughter to understand why it's important and how to care for her teeth. We never felt rushed, she took the time to answer all of our questions. She and her staff have a special way of making your visit personalized, comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend!

We had made it into a clinic for the whole family, but unfortunately this inhuman and rigid side in one direction is neither commercial nor attractive. Strongly that another dentist for children is added to this clinic ... as for me, I am shopping for another clinic for my whole family. The adult dentists are much more courteous at this clinic and with them the flexibility is two-way. (Original) Dentiste pour enfant très intransigeante: les patients peuvent supporter ses retards, elle peut réduire leur rendez-vous à 30 min au lieu de 45 min mais elle ne supporte les retards de personne surtout ceux du matin même en temps de neige. Pourtant on a souvent eu à entendre parfois longtemps avant d'être pris. Si au moins elle était toujours parfaitement à l'heure on comprendrait mieux. Il ne faut pas exiger des autres la ponctualité quand on n'est pas ponctuel soi-même: 2 retards (10 et 15 min) en 5 ans est-ce si énorme? On en avait fait une clinique pour toute la famille mais hélas ce côté inhumain et rigide dans un seul sens n'est pas commercial ni attrayant. Vivement qu'un autre dentiste pour enfant soit rajouté à cette clinique... quant à moi je magasine une autre clinique pour ma toute famille. Les dentistes pour adultes sont beaucoup plus courtois dans cette clinique et avec eux la flexibilité est dans les 2 sens.

Dr.Lapointe (qui m'avait été recommandé par une amie) prend le temps de bien expliquer les choses, il est empathique, délicat et respectueux. Et efficace en plus. Je ne vous dis pas que de se faire enlever les dents de sagesse fut agréable, ça, non. Mais je n'ai pas eu de douleur en tant que tel, la fois où j'en ai senti il a immédiatement respecté mes dires et m'a gelé un peu plus. À aucun moment il ne m'a fait sentir que son travail était plus important que mon bien-être, à moi, la patiente. J'ai eu tous les médicaments nécessaires, dont des anti-inflammatoires à prendre une heure avant l'opération, ce qui fait qu'aujourd'hui, au lendemain de ma chirurgie, je n'ai pas de douleur et je ne suis pas enflée. Je rajouterais que la secrétaire (Chantale, il me semble) à l'entrée a un sourire à illuminer la pièce, qui est très rassurant et chaleureux. C'est rare, et très apprécié.
