I have been visiting Oracare since I have moved to Montreal, 3 years ago, and the Coussa doctors and the Oracare team have been the most welcoming and the most professional to work with. I used to have a very strong dental phobia but I have felt the most comfortable at this clinic, this is how caring and expert the team is. The clinic is very clean and the equipment is very modern and high standards. Typically I am super picky but my expectations were always met with Oracare. Another great benefit is its downtown location. It's ideal for anyone who lives or works downtown or simply visiting downtown for a little shopping or dining/5 à 7 trip ????. Easiest recommendation ever, they never failed me and always took the time to explain and educate me about the dental jobs I had done. with them. A+ indeed.

Absolutely beyond satisfied with my treatment from Dr.Joseph and his very kind and super professional staff. The environment feels like home, everybody is very welcoming and nice. I had my wisdom teeth removed along with dental hygiene and regular check ups, everything went super smooth with minimum to no pain at all which amazed me, I love how the doctors make sure you are comfortable with your treatment and that it goes perfectly as planned. Now I am working on my new smile with Dr.Joseph and I can already tell it will turn out amazing from the fast progress. I cannot wait to see the results. I love this place and the experience it comes with it, it forever will be my favorite! If you are aiming for a new smile and need help with your dental health this is the place to go to, you wont be disappointed. I totally recommend it

Highly recommend and i have been with Oracare for over two years. Excellent treatment both personally and physically. Cousa doctors are a blessing to this world. They also have a great staff that truly care. Heba is amazing as she always gives top notch care with sincere instructions on how to preserver our jewels. I had a horrible experience with a fake doctor at another place and Oracare fixed everything for me. This place is spotless, health guidelines followed by the whole staff who are easy going and caring which shows while there or on the phone, not one in any of my pandemic visits had their mask on their chin or looked complacent. The only thing i wish they changed is a different gift than the free mug. Finally this is not just my experience, i referred a friend and she too praised the treatment she got, she even travels from Ottawa specially for Dr. Cousa's gifted hands and easy going demeaner.

I'm terrified of dentists and have always had an immense fear of my visits with them. This place is by far the most amazing place I've ever visited. I got fillings and a wisdom tooth removal today and felt no pain, the entire time Dr coussa and his assistant were working on my teeth they made me feel safe and helped me calm my nerves. They're very sweet people, and I recommend this place for any one who has fear of pain from dentist visits. On top of it all, the place is extremely clean ???? I'm very impressed and will keep all my follow up appointments with them !! :)

I recently moved to Montreal and was looking for a dentist nearby. I'm glad to discover this place. Oracare is a super clean facility. This was my 2nd visit and I was very pleased with the experience. Hiba did a fantastic cleaning. She was super meticulous and attentive. Dr. Coussa is also a gem. He is kind and listens to what you have to say. My only feedback to the facility (and front-desk) is regarding precision and transparency around the session time. If driving there, this is just to ensure the patient (myself in this case) is aware of how long to park the car for. Besides that, I have nothing but good things to say about Oracare. I'll be back here for my dental needs moving forward.

I was flattered from the service was provided from the dentist Joseph and the hygienist, she was such sweet heat and carrying, I had an emergency of wisdom teeth that was followed with frightening pain for couple of days . Wasn’t able to make it with my own dentist that I followed with for years ! Extracting wisdom teeth sound horror for me since it’s first time, however Joseph didn’t took him few minutes, everything went well without complication . I went for an emergency (broken tooth) and all I can say is what a professional & accommodating team! Located in downtown Montréal, by far it's the cleanest dental clinic I've visited. I went through a lot of dentists to find a good one and it finally happened. Dr. Nathalie Coussa is an amazing dentist. Everyone at the clinic is professional, they take time to explain everything properly and you can see that they really care about their patients. I went there for a general cleaning and exam which was very in dept. They found cavities that were caused by my wisdom teeth. They suggested we repair those cavities and then proceed to removing my wisdom teeth which I was hesitant mainly because it was scary for me. The extraction was done by Dr. Joseph Coussa who did an amazing job and was very reassuring. I was lucky to have almost to no pain and no swelling at all after the treatment. I will definitely go back to Oracare and will recommend it to family and friends.

I went to Oracare while with the Flu and a swollen face for an emergency visit 2 weeks ago. Not only did they get me in the same day, they were extremely professional and helped me figure out what was going on with one of my molars. They were upfront about the cost with no dental insurance and it was very fair. I have an appointment with my home dentist for a root canal in the states now. The doctors, assistants, and front receptionist were all caring and understanding during my whole visit. I strongly recommend them if you are slightly fearful of dentist like I am. Very happy!

The best experience I've had at a dentist in my life. Everyone there is very professional and kind. Since we're in this strange new covid era I was worried, but the place is impeccable, and everyone has masks. During my initial consult and procedures, everyone in the room had full PPE. Dr. Nathalie Coussa was wonderful, she explained everything and made me feel safe and comfortable. The dental assistant was amazing, helped me get comfortable was very kind. I had a root canal, during the procedure they both made sure I was doing fine and had no pain. The procedure went well with no issues. I went back today for a temporary crown and I got through that quickly. No complaints or issues only praises :) I have a lot of anxiety because of past experiences with dentists and was very reluctant to find another dentist. I'm so happy I found this place. I needed to do a bunch of filling, removing a wisdom tooth and finally a root canal. So I have received many different treatments there, first of all this place has a cleanness that you don’t see even in 5-star hotels! I love that! The personnels are very polite and friendly and finally the most important aspect is that my dentist was really good!! She was professional, calm and kind. The first session I told her that I don’t like surprises during the treatment, and honestly during all session, every single time she would let me know what she was going to do, things like: you will feel some vibration now and it is normal or ... this injection will hurt for 3 seconds and then you won’t feel it. So all in all, it made the uncomfortable experience of going to dentist a lot less frightening and more comfortable. The last but not the least their prices are exactly according to the Québec ‘s recommendation. Thank you for all those sessions, you are the best!

I made my first appointment with Dr. Joseph Coussa, when the clinic opened its doors. My first intervention was to have my four wisdom teeth removed. The intervention was supposed to last 1h30, but it barely lasted 30 minutes. I came out without any bruising, and very little pain, it went perfectly. Then, I decided to go with a full Invisalign treatment and a professional teeth whitening treatment (in chair). This process ended-up being a lot longer than I expected and required several appointments, but it was worth it. My smile is now perfectly straight, and Dr. Coussa (and the entire team) always put me at ease. After two years of continuous treatment, I feel I can rate Oracare honestly. Positives: * Dr. Coussa and its ENTIRE team (Very Professional) * Clinic is impeccable (Clean and Modern) * Honest (Price, treatments and recommendations) Negative: Like many other dentist, Oracare uses traditional imprint with putty to make molds for retainers. My only recommendation to Oracare would be to offer the 3D Digital Scanning solution for this purpose. It would make Invisalign or other treatments less tedious. I recommend Dr. Joseph Coussa and its team, and I thank them for the time and services they have provided me.

With a long list of dental concerns, this was the third dentist I visited. Oracare is open on Saturdays and has great hours during the week for people with challenging schedules. I am easily intimidated by dentists and surgery but at Oracare, the people were warm and kind and lent an empathetic ear without judgement. Got all 4 of my wisdom teeth extraction with Dr Joseph. It was a pleasant experience and the team was very helpful and kind to help me go through all the steps. The office is brand new and clean. The price range was alright (I think each one of mine costed like $320 and that was with X-Ray, however I have my insurance which covered 80% so I didn't have to pay the full cost). They also offer other services such as cleaning, filling and teeth whitening. I'm having my appointment this week for cleaning and filling in about few weeks later. Definitely a must to go and check out this Dentist office!

Today was my first appointment. I was super happy and will stick with them for good.They were so nice and sweet. Their equipment is amazing, facilities clean and great. The technician that did my teeth cleaning was very detailed and thorough. Super sweet and did a great job. 1h40min for a teeth cleaning session and X-rays and check up with the Dentist. They took their time to really explain everything and come up with a treatment plan. They are very straightforward with the costs and give u the breakdown for follow-up treatments. Also while I was being treated, the receptionist submitted my expenses to my insurance already. No other doctor I have been to has done that. So I didn’t have to pay and claim it later from my insurance. General check up/X-rays was 138$. Teeth cleaning +polishing was 171$ . Super reasonable pricing. Seriously amazing experience! After worrying experiences elsewhere, I was so relieved to find this place in a semi-emergency. I had all of my wisdom teeth extracted here by Dr. Coussa. During the consultation he reassured me that it would be a simple procedure and his assistant Samantha sat with me to explain the prescribed medication and the post-op care I should expect. The day of the surgery Dr. Coussa took the time to ease any worries I had and explained everything he was doing clearly during the whole process. I had no swelling and a relatively painless recovery. Good luck! ———————————— If you’re looking for somewhere to do orthodontics treatment, I suggest you keep shy away from this clinic… I have a bit crowding of my teeth and was interested in getting know more about Invisalign. Their website clearly states “Free initial consultation for Invisalign” and the 4.9 ratings on google made me believe it’s a trustworthy place I can rely on. The Q&A consultation went smoothly and took around 15 mins. Once I was about to leave, I was told to pay $44 for this consultation. What?! Their explanation was also funny, “the free consultation is only applicable when we cannot handle your case and refer you to another clinic, but it won’t be free if you consult here”, the reception said. What a brilliant excuse, I thought I’m good at word game but obviously they’re way better than me. In fact, I don’t mind to pay if they could be honest to me in advance, since my insurance can cover the majority and would only took $8 from my own pocket. However, I’m plainly annoyed by their dishonest advertising and non-transparent fee!!! Please do NOT trick any of your patients anymore, I wish you could remove “free consultation for Invisalign” from your website. Their ads is a scam.

Just thought I'd share my positive experience at Centre Oracare. I recently underwent a wisdom teeth extraction surgery with Dr. J Coussa and it went unbelievably well. I was initially very nervous because it was all 4 teeth and I believed I waited too long to get this procedure done. Throughout the process, all members of the office were attentive and there to answer my questions regarding pre / post op steps. The surgery itself was very gentle and painless despite me being conscious during it. What I appreciated most was the straightforwardness of the treatment I was getting. My fear with dentists that I don't have a history with is that they try to sell you costly procedures that are unnecessary. I verified the treatment plan they offered me with my old family dentist back in the US and they agreed with everything put forward. You can tell that the staff have the utmost respect for their medical craft and the patients they work with.

Best dental centre I've ever been to. I went there with a serious dental emergency last year when I was living in griffintown and they took such good care of me. I went to Oracare upon the recommendation from my boyfriend. Their very good rating is definitely true, I am more than satisfied with my two visits and the general experience so far. - It is conveniently located in Downtown, close to the Metro - The overall appointment process, website, phone reminder is great - The clinic itself is very clean and minimalistic - Everyone from staff to doctors are absolutely nice, welcoming and knowledgeable - The treatment (cleaning, x-ray, fillings) are done very pleasantly as well, with explaining the next steps - Payment process with insurance is transparent and well explained All in all, I'm very satisfied with Oracare.

I am new to Montreal, away from family and I was suffering with a bad cavity and severe wisdom toothache for almost 2 weeks. Based on the google reviews, I decide to go to Oracare. It’s a very clean and hygienic dental clinic with all modern equipments. Everyone in the hospital from the receptionist to Dr Youssef Coussa and his secretary were very kind and patient with me. They answered all my questions, made me comfortable and today I had a painless two teeth extraction surgery. It’s highly important to built a trust in your doctor and have faith that it’s going to be fine. Dr Youssef is indeed one such person and hence I highly recommend this dental clinic. My total cost came up to $944 (visit and X-ray $117, medicines $87, 2 teeth extraction $740) of which around 80% is covered by my insurance. I will see you guys again for my follow up checkups.
