In spite of an orthodontic treatment that lasted two years during my teenage years to correct crooked teeth and which cost my parents a small fortune, several years later, some of my bottom teeth had slightly moved. I consulted with an orthodontist to see if this could be fixed. To my grand surprise, he proceeded to tell me that my teeth moved because I don’t swallow correctly. Although I attempted to explain that I never had any complaints, and asked for explanations on how to properly swallow, he dismissed my requisition as though he was baffled. Needless to say, I started searching for another clinic with professionnals that would not unjustly presume of my swallowing skills all while failing to provide me with proper advice on corrective techniques. Luckily, following a recommendation from a dear friend, I found «Centre Santé Sourire». Without a fraction of a doubt, I can say that they have a team of highly competent professionals for all of your dental needs. They will efficiently deal with your insurance for you, do the proper follows up, and their office is beautiful. Appointments are pleasant & my teeth have never been so clean and polished. I even changed dentists. Highly recommend.

Il s’est tirer dans le pied en me donnant l’information que son propre travail n’avait pas été fait. C’est vraiment horrible de frauder des pauvres gens comme ca. Dire que plusieurs dentistes commettent des fraudes quotidiennement. La course à l’argent est grave dans leur cas quand il faut bâclé son travail pour passer le plus de clients dans son horaire. En plus, la date n’était pas la bonne sur mon feuillet et il m’avait renommé Vanessa donc j’ai vraiment eu l’impression qu’il se moque de ses clients. Ne vous fiez jamais aux mentions et diplômes affichés. 1 ans plus tard, je donne une autre chance au centre santé sourire (Dr.Laforte et associés) puisque j’avais Dr.Larochelle quand j’étais jeune et elle était excellente. Donc, On me cédule un rdv avec Dr. Vallée pour un examen complet. Je précise bien que je souhaite recevoir un examen complet. Le rdv n’a durer que 15-20 minutes et la dentiste m’a tout de suite renvoyer à la reception. Je n’aurais jamais dû payer la somme de 85$ puisqu’on ne m’a jamais remis de plan de traitement. Les réceptionnistes me répondent qu’il me sera envoyé par courriel. Je ne reçois rien donc je contacte la dentiste qui me dit qu’elle n’a pas fait de plan de traitement détaillé. En bref, une autre dentiste qui essaie de frauder les gens. Ils nous chargent des sommes ridicules pour un service de ****. Du vol, tout simplement.

And imagine that this day you have to cancel… well, ANOTHER 6 MONTHS! In plys when you call be prepared to wait in line as well. It’s a shame that the administration is not more concerned with this problem and I am forced to find another practice after years of treatment with Dr Hbeika. Avoid because no one takes r-vs 6 months in advance. For the sake of transparency: a month after taking my r-vs, the smile health center contacted me to inform me that there was a last minute cancellation and that they could advance my r-vs. I accepted and all went well. Dr Hbeika and the dental hygienist were faultless so I change my quote from 2 to 4. (Original) Le Centres Santé Sourire ÉTAIT très bien mais depuis la crise du COVID ils sont devenue terrible. Dr Hbeika est un dentiste TRÈS attentionné à ces patients. Il est d'une compétence irrépréhensible j'ai toujour fait la promotion pour ce dentiste. Le problème est que pour avoir un simple r-vs de nettoyage on parle de 6 mois d’attente! Ce n’est pas excusable 6 mois d’attente!! Et imaginer que ce jour vous devez annuler… eh bien, UN AUTRE 6 MOIS! En plys quand vous appeler préparez-vous à attendre en ligne en plus. C’est dommage que l’administration n’est pas plus préoccuper de ce problème me voilà obligé à trouver un autre cabinet et ce après des années de traitement avec Dr Hbeika. À éviter car personne ne prend des r-vs 6 mois à l’avance. Par souci de transparence: une mois après avoir pris mon r-vs, le centre santé sourire m'a contacté pour m'informer qu'il y avait un annulation de dernière minute et qu'ils pouvaient devancer mon r-vs. J'ai accepté et tous c'est bien passé. Dr Hbeika et l'hygiéniste dentaire étaient sans reproche donc je change ma quote de 2 à 4.
