My experience with the Drummond Dental Group has been both unexpected and fabulous.. and i'll explain. I always "very much disliked" the whole dentist experience, and so when my one and only dentist eventually retired, I (foolishly) retired from going to the dentist. After far too long a time, a good person (and an abscessed molar) finally convinced me to go.. and luckily, convinced me to go to the Drummond Dental Group. Now there was definitely some renovation and clean-up work to do in my mouth, and anti-stress pills were a must to get me in that chair.. at first. Dr. K, Dr. T and Lori (a great hygienist) are the ones getting inside my mouth, and they've been exceptional.. patient, professional, talented and interactive BUT they're not the only reasons for this glowing review. Everyone that I've interacted with at DDG has brought a smile and truly helped to make me comfortable (and yes, I have a couple of very special "faves" but i won't name names.. I'm certain they already know). So it was very unexpected, but amazingly, I now actually look forward to my next dentist appointment. I'm no longer stressed at the thought! That's because I know they're taking great care of my mouth BUT it's also because the entire staff takes really good care of me.. and i think that's fabulous.

I don't think I have ever experienced an examination that was as thoughtful and encompassing as the one Dr. Turcotte gave me. All the staff is extremely friendly. They make the process submitting to insurance for reimbursement effortless. And, they have a drop-off station to recycle old toothbrushes and dental products to TerraCycle which I really appreciate. I will never be able to move far away because I don't think I could go to another dentist after the exceptional experience and service I had here. Highly recommend!

I went for the first time to meet Dr. Taras Konanec about some esthetic dental work I want done. First of all you are greeted in a professional manner by Carole who will ask you questions about Covid-19 as well as take you temperature. After filling out the information questionnaire, I was brought to a very modern examining room. Dr. Konanec took pictures of all my teeth in order to determine exactly what had to be done. He is polite, professional and explains things in a way that made it easy for me to understand all the procedures step by step. What I appreciated the most is that, never did I feel that he was pushing for more procedures. He makes very conservative recommendations and takes your opinion and your satisfaction to heart. I have been to many dental clinics in my life but without a doubt, this is the most professional one. I recommend Dr. Konanec wholeheartedly and my two grown daughters will become patients as well.

An example of how companies should treat their customers. The friendliness of everyone there is just incredible. From your first call, to your arrival to your cleaning it is almost a pleasure to go to the dentist! If you have to go to the dentist (and you should) this is one I highly recommend. Thank you! The only item I would point out is that I wish they were a little more eco friendly. There is a recycling bin for dental items (toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc.) which is great, however I am always surprised that dentists still give out plastic bags and mini disposable items, would like to see some more eco choices. Also they still print every invoice and insurance form (and single sided), would love to receive everything by email. These items do not reduce my five star rating, as it is a pleasure to go there, but a change that would be welcome.

I am normally terrified of dentists, but his warm, friendly and professional service have me now looking forward to having my teeth looked after. This dental office also has the MOST pleasant and caring staff: Alana, Emelie, Maria and everyone working at this office makes every visit enjoyable, and they ALL excel at their jobs. Made an appointment. They canceled giving me less than 24 hours notice, bothering me while I was at work to notify me. Fed me a bs covid scare excuse (live nearby very easy to walk by and verify their shoddy lie the day after) and when I asked for assurances they would properly destroy my private information they took, including my credit card so they could bill me if *I* didn't cancel more than 48 hours in advance, instead of explaing their privacy policy (something every business should have these days) they told me it would be dealt with. Piss poor experience all around.

I can't get enough of this whole crew! Maria and Silva are two of the warmest women I've ever encountered. They are charming, helpful and kind. I've had very bad dentist experiences and as a result am terrified of a simple cleaning. But this team has managed to put those fears to bed with the quality of their service and their skills. I switched over to Drummond after reading all these amazing reviews. However, my experience with my dentist has been disappointing. He's a nice person and professional but I had problem with the bonding and cavity filling he gave me. I called in to get an appointment to fix the filling. When I arrived on the day of my appointment the dentist saw me for about 10 minutes. He told me there was a problem with the filling, I need to redo it and that he didn't have time today. The next availability was a month away. I was then charged for this consult. I felt disrespected as though my time and money wasn't valuable. However, the other staff members, receptionist and dental hygienist are amazing and they deserve 5 stars. Edit: I had already called before writing this review.

The other day one of my co-workers had an accident at the gym and chipped both his front teeth quite badly. When he got to the office he was distressed, in pain and his own dentist was unavailable. So I called and asked if my dentist at Drummond could take him for an emergency repair. They were down to one dentist and two hygienists that day but they shuffled an already packed schedule and made room to take him immediately. That afternoon, my co-worker came back to the office smiling and his teeth looked as if nothing had happened. Went in for pain on the left side of my face. Thought at best I had a cavity that was spreading very quickly & at worst an infection or abscess. Called in the morning & was able to see my dentist in the early afternoon. After a thorough exam by both my hygienist & dentist happy to report it was neither. It looked like I needed to have my night guard adjusted. Just my luck, I didn't think that could had been the cause so of course I didn't have it with me. But I will be going back first thing Monday am. Even it that isn't the root of the problem, at least I ruled out what it could be. Not only is the staff and reception very friendly and personable, Dr.Konanec and Frida (I apologize if I’ve butchered the spelling) are hands down the best medical professionals I’ve come across to date. Not only are they both compassionate, understanding and very patient, they are knowledgeable, precise and thorough. As someone with sever anxiety and OCD (especially dental related) I cannot recommend these wonderful people enough. Trust me, I’ve been to may dental professionals and they are, by far the best I’ve ever come across. My main issues are cosmetic and they have been amazing everytime.
