Like most people I would assume, I don't particularly enjoy going to the dentist. I have to say however that I found the team at "Dents Mon Quartier" to be really professional and clear about my treatment plan and the associated costs. I also appreciate that Dr. Charouk works at lightning speed. She changed 3 fillings in my mouth in literally 15 minutes. It wasn't any more pleasant than you'd expect, but the fact that she did it so fast made it seem less painful. I like going there as much as you possibly can enjoy going to the dentist. It helps that Alain (the manager) is a nice guy too.

I have been going to this dentist for 12 years (next to the Jean Coutu on Dollard), and in the last couple of years it recently changed owner/management to Dr. Joumana Charouk and her team, and it has been a huge improvement. Everyone seems to dread going to the dentist, but at this clinic everyone is so welcoming and professional that you feel comfortable and at ease. The hygienists are gentle and are very good at what they do. Honestly, Dr. Charouk is the best dentist I’ve ever had (I’m 38 yrs old), because of her soft touch, and attention to detail. She is very knowledgeable and really knows dentistry. I’ve had root canals, crowns, cavities filled and all procedures were done flawlessly. The one thing you will notice is the business side of things, they are very honest and upfront with how much everything will cost, and they make you aware of what you need done in advance so you can budget. You never have to worry about hidden costs, because you know how much your bill will be before you make your appointment. The receptionists are very polite and welcoming as well. Everyone is bilingual, which is a great asset. I always have good conversations with everyone when I’m there, which makes it a pleasurable experience. Elle me réponds: "Ptête que non". J'avoue que je n'ai pas eu le temps d'évaluer leur compétence techniques....... mais pour les compétences humaines. Un 0/10 me semble une note bien représentative. Le clou du spectacle, c'est que lorsque finalement le dentiste polis ma dent (de reculon) l'intervention a pris moins d'une minute. Donc, 12 jours d'attente et 300$ pour une intervention d'une minute qui aurait pu se faire n'importe quand, quel beau fiasco. Le délais entre ma prise de RV initiale et le polissage était de

It starts at the front desk with Rosemary and her smile ,and continues all the way through from the hygienist (Delia) to Manon that everyone asks for . Of course the dentist herself Dr Charouk is very caring , kind and will answer all your questions. It makes going for a visit from cleaning to procedures much better than you anticipate. What a great team!!

Recently I accompanied my husband to DENTS MON QUARTIER for his dental appointments. Because of an unpleasant experience with another dentist in Montreal, I had not visited a dentist office in very long time. I found them to be very professional and saw the excellent work they did on my husband’s teeth. Based on that, I decided to have my teeth checked and cleaned. Start with my first appointment Soli, the hygienist, made me feel at easy. She did a thorough examination with X-rays, photograph and measurement of my teeth and gums. On the second visit she did the cleaning and gave me the results of her examination. Soli was so gentle and patient with me during my treatment that I didn’t feel pain and nervous at all. Later we sat down and she explained clearly the exam result, treatment needed and payment plans the clinic offers. She is such a nice lady. I have to say everyone at DENTS MON QUARTIER made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Thank you all!
