Deux traitements antibiotiques plus tard, j'ai enfin pu me faire réopérer par un autre dentiste, compétent et deux fois moins cher. Suite à mon appel pour faire un suivi, le docteur Harvey m'a raccroché au nez. Il m'a facturé tout cela plein prix (787$), sans un geste commercial ni même un dédommagement des frais dont il est responsable. Voilà, factuellement, mon expérience avec le "docteur" Mario Harvey des centres dentaires Lapointe.

C'Est loins d'être incorrect... mais en santé privé j'apprécie un décor plus minimaliste, aseptisé, moderne, et voir aucune trace du temps (calorifère laissant voir l'age du building. Fauteuil de la salle d'attente beaucoup trop confortable et moelleux. Quoi qu'il en soit, on se choisi pas son dentiste en fonction des causeuses et absence de fenêtres dans les salles de traitements.

(Original) J'écris rarement des rewiews; mais après avoir lu les autres commentaires je me rends compte que je suis la seule apparemment à avoir ce problème : L'équipe du centre dentaire Lapointe sur René-Levesque est gentille mais manque grandement de professionnalisme. Je m'explique : Au début de mon traitement tout allais bien, j'ai commencé à avoir des problèmes lorsque jai décidé de faire un traitement de blanchiment des dents. Pour faire un blanchiment des dents à la maison il faut d'abord faire des empreintes dentaires avec lesquelles les gouttières sont ensuite faites. Après avoir fait ces dites empreintes j'ai payé et je suis partie, satisfaite du service. J'ai attendu qu'on m'appelle pour venir chercher les gouttières, le kit de peroxyde et pour payer ce qu'il me restait à payer du blanchiment(la balance). On ne m'a jamais rappelée. Après 3 semaines environ je me suis inquiétée. On m'a dit " tout est normal ça s'en vient, on vous rappelle." Encore une fois on a oublié de me rappeler. Après une semaine j'ai rappelé de nouveau. Et là surprise on m'a dit " Mais madame, vos empreintes ne sont plus bonnes après un mois, il faut venir les refaire." ... donc, bien que ce n'était pas mon erreur jai dû me représenter au centre dentaire et manquer ma matinée de travail pour refaire les empreintes de mes dents. Après avoir attendu 20 minutes dans la salle d'attente et encore 20 minutes dans la salle avec l'hygieniste dentaire, la dentiste vient me voir pour me dire " non c'est bon, on va utiliser les anciennes empreintes elles sont encore bonnes " ... D'accord. Donc je passe à l'accueil pour payer le restant de mon blanchiment dentaire à la maison (Cest important de spécifier que j'ai choisi le traitement à la maison et non à la chaise) et là donc la réceptionniste me dit " il vous reste les empreintes à payer et le blanchiment donc ça fait 500$ " ... " Euh non, madame je suis désolée mais j'ai déjà payé mes empreintes de mes dents... et je croyais que le prix du traitement à la maison était de 350$ ?" elle : " Ah vous faites le traitement à la maison ! " moi : " oui, c'est pas écrit à mon dossier ? " elle : " apparemment non ! Donc votre solde est donc de 350$ ! " moi : " Mais j'ai déjà payé mes empreintes qui sont 150$... il me reste la balance à payer " ... elle " je ne vois pas ça dans mon dossier; je n'ai même pas le reçu, ça m'étonnerait qu'il y ait une erreur vous êtes sûre ? " Donc, jai dû lui montrer le email de mon reçu de paiement de mes empreintes. Après tout était ok, donc je suis allée travailler, plutôt insatisfaite de m'être présentée pour rien et qu'on ait " oublié que j'avais payé et que rien ne figurait à mon dossier ". Tout s'est bien passé par la suite; j'ai complété mon blanchiment il y a une semaine à la maison avec succès. Je suis plutôt contente. Par contre, la raison de ce long message : Aujourd'hui, on m'a rappelée et on m'a laissé un message pour me dire ceci :" Vous n'avez pas payé votre solde pour votre blanchiment de dents, veuillez nous rappeler !" Est-ce que c'est une blague ? Vos logiciels marchent comment ? Vos réceptionnistes font-elles bien leur travail ? Je suis désolée mais après avoir oublié de me rappeler à 2 reprises, après avoir oublié le traitement que j'avais choisi, après m'avoir faite manquer du travail pour me présenter pour rien, ... maintenant on m'appelle pour me dire que je vous dois de l'argent ? Euh non, jai payé il y a des mois de ça. À quel point êtes vous perdus dans le champ? Après avoir dépensé chez vous autant cette année je m'attends à un meilleur suivi de mon dossier et de la rigueur concernant mes frais à payer. Je ne suis vraiment pas impressionnée de vos méthodes et du suivi de votre clientèle. Je ne reviendrai donc plus. Et j'espère sincèrement pouvoir avoir accès à mon dossier pour l'emmener ailleurs.
