Un grand manque de professionnalisme au docteur Gogollo qui a soudainement réalisé, alors que j'étais déjà sur place, qu'il allait effectuer une chirurgie de greffe sur ma gencive alors qu'il partait en vacance le lendemain. Il n'avait pas prévu que je ne pourrais pas le voir lors de ses vacances en cas d'infection... J'avais pris rdv la veille avec la secrétaire qui ne m'a jamais parlé d'un consentement à signer précisant que j'aurais à payer pour un rdv à mes frais chez un autre dentiste en cas d'infection. Toutefois, je comprenais bien qu'il y avait eu un manque de communication entre les deux employés, et j'étais prête à prendre la chance. Cependant, le comble fut lorsque la secrétaire me dit qu'au fond il serait préférable d'annuler la chirurgie, non car ils s'étaient mal organisés, elle et le docteur, mais parce que 'j'étais maintenant trop stressée pour subir une chirurgie puisque j'étais altérée et que les risques d'infections seraient plus élevés'! C'était donc maintenant de ma faute si on ne pouvait plus procéder à cette chirurgie, car j'étais mécontente de m'être déplacé pour rien et d'avoir perdu un après-midi de travail. J'ai donc fait un total de deux heures et 30 minutes de route dans les bouchons, car le seul rdv que je pouvais avoir avant leurs vacances étaient à 16:00... Pour partir sans mes traitements. Un gros zéro pour le professionnalisme et la communication. Je n'avais jamais vécu une situation semblable. Plus jamais.

A very nice staff, a friendly dentist. However the prices were ridiculous for dental implants. They used a bait and switch tactic on me: on the phone the receptionist gave me a very reasonable starting price (hence the reason for going there) then when I was there I found out the starting price was in fact way much higher, making the grand total incredibly expensive. I didn't really appreciate the dishonesty. I will not go back.
