Pros: - place is clean - service is fast and wait times are minimal Cons: - x-ray machine was broken on my last visit and they didn't offer any followup - Romanian hygienist spoke to me like I was a child ("Ohh, vous aimez les bonbons!" to indicate I had cavities) rather than inform me as to the problems - he didn't really clean out the tartar buildup - they didn't provide any instruction regarding the fillings (you're supposed to wait like 2 hours before eating) It's only after visiting another dentist nearby whose staff made me feel confident and informed about my health that the contrast was evident. Recommend avoiding this place, especially if you're put with the hygienist who treated me.

Following the great reviews this clinic had, I went for an exam and cleaning. It was an overall catastrophe, starting from the secretary to the hygienist and even the dentist later on. The secretary was very distracted and kept asking me questions I had already given her answers to multiple times (ie. "Is this your first time here?" when I had already told her this and told her I had no file here). The worst part of it all was the male dental hygienist of Romanian origin, who was OVERLY flirtatious with me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He talked for about 40 minutes before he finally got around to cleaning my teeth. The real trouble started there: the machine he was using was overheating and he burned all along my gums even when I told him it was extremely hot. I have pictures to prove the burn and will send a complaint to the Order. Finally, when the dentist (DR. TABET) came in for the exam, she barely spent a minute on my teeth and did not even notice the burns on my gums that the hygienist had made. When she asked me if I had any questions and I asked which tooth had the cavity she was talking about, she did not even answer and just left. You can bet I will be complaining to her Order as well. He allowed me a break when I needed one and completed the procedure with little pain. He also offered to follow up with me if I had any questions or concerns anytime after the surgery. Amazing experience, sure be coming back. Great emergency service. I called early Friday Morning because my tooth was hurting like crazy. The receptionist was calm and patient and she told me I can come right away and that the dentist will see me ASAP. I arrived at the clinic, the staff was really nice, kind and reassuring. They saw I was hurting, they did not make wait. I saw the doctor immediately. The doctor that treated me, Dre Tabet, was really nice and sweet. She had to extract my tooth. She was really gentle and did not hurt me. She explained everything very well and I was reassured. Saturday morning, the receptionist called me to make sure that everything was fine and to know if I was hurt and if I needed to see the dentist. Fortunately, I was feeling great and did not need anything, but it was very nice of them to check after me to make sure I was fine. I booked a last minute emergency consultation today for a very painful wisdom tooth. I called at 8:45am and they were happy to receive me 45 minutes later! At first I was a little worried because I was in a lot of pain, plus funnily enough my dentist kicked off by saying he was super tired, but I can tell you that tired or not the man gave me the Smoothest, most Painless dental procedure I've ever had in my life by a long shot. I'd give half a star if I could. Will never return there. I had my first visit in july after not being covered by insurance for the past 3 and half years. Upon arrival and checking in, I was asked to fill the usual forms. The receptionists personal cell phone kept buzzing incessantly. I wasn't even allowed the time to complete the forms before I was called into the exam room. The hygienist didnt speak a word of English and this made me uncomfortable as even though I am bilingual, I prefer anything legal or health related to be done in English. I know for a fact that the gum line on one of my molars is rapidly receding to the point it causes a lot of sensitivity. Sensodyne toothpaste makes all my teeth worse and I expressed this to the hygienist. After the xray the hygienist cleaned my teeth with... wait for it...SENSODYNE!!! I even told him again that I'm incredibly sensitive to it and he tried to reassure me that it was just the type I was using. He then left the product on my teeth... that's right... zero rinsing, for it to 'work' properly. The dentist came in, looked tired and lazy, took a look in my mouth and said everything looks fine. Luckily I have found another dentist downtown that believes in professionalism and listening to his patients.

First, before doing my filling the dentist checked an x-ray that was 5 years old instead of taking a new one. Second, he didn't freeze me and his filling took 5 minutes to complete for a whopping $ 260. It's expensive not to have an up-to-date radio and not to be frozen while plumbing. La 2ème fois était plutôt parce que j’étais dans une situation d’urgence (une dent cassée) et que je n’avais pas le temps de « niaiser ». Mais j’avais déjà une réticence à retourner dans cette clinique à cause du mauvais service que j’avais eu à la 1ère visite. Je dois avouer que la 2ème visite m’a fait réaliser que même si je me retrouvais une prochaine fois avec une dent cassée et le nerf à vif, je ne retournerais jamais là-bas. Premièrement, avant de faire mon plombage le dentiste a vérifié une radiographie qui datait de 5 ans auparavant au lieu d’en prendre une nouvelle. Deuxièmement, il ne m’a pas gelé et son plombage a pris 5 minutes à faire pour la modique somme de 260$. C’est cher pour ne pas avoir de radio à jour et ne pas être gelé lors du plombage. Et finalement, mon plombage a cassé à peine 1 an plus tard. Bref je déconseille fortement.

It is in this perspective of confidence that I went to the clinic for a cleaning and repair of a broken tooth. The secretary was very kind. Besides, it is to her that the only star that I gave comes. Ah yes, you should know that I really like going to the dentist. So do not think that I am one of those who are afraid and who will let this guide their comments. It was when I arrived with the hygienist that my bad experience started. First of all, no presentation. I didn't even know if I was with the dentist or with the dental hygienist. When I asked the question, he showed me his diploma on the wall telling me to read his name. Ok, it's started well. Then, the "cleaning". It will have lasted 15 minutes max. Never seen. C'est donc dans cette optique de confiance que je me suis présenter à la clinique pour un nettoyage et une réparation de dent cassée. La secrétaire a été très gentille. D'ailleurs, c'est à elle que revient la seule étoile que j'ai donné. Ah oui, vous devez savoir que j'aime beaucoup aller chez le dentiste. Donc, n'allez pas croire que je suis de ceux qui ont peur et qui vont laisser celle-ci guider leurs commentaires. C'est en arrivant avec l'hygiéniste que ma mauvaise expérience a commencé. Tout d'abord, aucune présentation. Je ne savais même pas si j'étais avec le dentiste ou avec l'hygiéniste dentaire. Quand j'ai posé la question, celui-ci m'a montré son diplôme sur le mur en me disant de lire son nom. Ok, ça commence bien. Ensuite, le "nettoyage". Il aura duré 15 minutes max. Du jamais vu. Mais écoutez, c'est comprenable quand tu ne poli qu'un seul côté de la bouche. Le fameux dentiste est ensuite venu dans la salle. Encore là, aucune présentation. Wow, cette clinique n'est pas forte sur la prise en charge du client. Encore là, je me suis dis que ça ne faisait pas la qualité du dentiste. Dr. Ali (j'ai su son nom à la fin puisque la secrétaire me l'a dit, si non, je n'aurais pu vous le nommer) a regardé mes radios et m'a dit ok on va réparer ta carie. Il n'a même pas regardé dans ma bouche avant! Ensuite, je lui dit, un peu mal, que j'étais venue réparer ma dent (j'étais là pour ça depuis le début!) et il a acquiescé en disant qu'il la réparerait aussi. Bon. Il me gèle et s'en va. Entre temps, l'hygiéniste revient. Je lui demande où est ma carie sur la radio et après 4 minutes d'observation ne pouvant visiblement pas me la pointer dû à sa clair incompétence,me dit : je vous conseille de prendre rendez-vous pour un alignement de dents. PARDON? J'ai 28 ans, je vois des dentistes depuis mon enfance, j'ai pleuré à mes parents (et aux dentistes) pour avoir des broches, j'ai vu un chirurgien maxillo-facial l'an dernier pour mes dents de sagesse, tous uninanimes : J'ai une excellente et très belle dentition, ce serait du gaspillage que de faire faire un alignement de mes dents. Aucun besoin d'aligner mes dents. J'explique donc ceci à l'hygiéniste et il me dit que lui il connait ça. Depuis quand c'est un hygiéniste dentaire qui te conseille de faire aligner tes dents? Après tout ce périple, la confiance perdue, j'ai quitté sans même faire réparer ma dent. Cette clinique est une insulte à la pratique de la dentisterie . Il propose de régler la carie et de mettre un plombage sur le nerf de la dent cassée dont la dentiste disait qu’il n’était pas possible de le faire. Il a réglé les deux dents et maintenant je suis capable de manger sans problème. J’ai aussi eu un très bon prix pour le traitement de canal, et toute la délicatesse de la part du 2e dentiste comme il se doit. De plus, la réceptionniste s’est chicanée avec une assistante ou avec la dentiste, on ne sait pas trop qui est qui chez eux. We all know that a visit to the dentist can sometimes be stressful especially during covid. But when I first visited clinic dentaire aoude it was one of the best experiences. Starting in the reception were the receptionists are really attentive and quickly help the clients, to the dental assistants who are really professional, clean and the dentists who actively Listen, Educates, respects the patient time and Resources and get to Know You. When I first came I was in so much pain they gave me an appointment on the spot and when the dentist checked the tooth it was infected he directly gave me an appointment the same day even though his schedule was booked!!! During the treatment I felt absolutely nothing, the assistant kept my mouth dry while he worked and he explained every step of his work thoroughly and he showed me exactly what it must look like having a good treatment. The instruments were so ,clean and organized. He also did my crown the same day after the treatment so the tooth doesn't break. The clinic is so clean and they have the finest technology. The room in which the treatment took place has an aspirator and the x rays are done on the same chair no need to move. The crown was also done at the same day it took just 15 minutes for the crown to be fabricated by a machine, the crown is full ceramic and extremely aesthetic. After I went home the pain disappeared And it was the first time in week that I could get a good night sleep. Overall it was the most comfortable experience at the dentist and I am so lucky I found this clinic. I have been neglecting my teeth for so long and finally I found a perfect clinic were all the team is amazing. J'ai eu recours à leur service à deux reprises (carie et extraction de dents de sagesse) et je suis ressorti satisfait les deux fois. Peu de douleur et rendez-vous rapide, et ils ont un système informatisé qui réclame directement aux assurances alors moins de tracas pour les patients. Cependant, le personnel vient constamment déranger le dentiste alors qu'il a déjà commencé les procédures sur un patient. Lors de mes deux rendez-vous, une assistante ou une secrétaire est venue parler au dentiste qui est alors sorti de la salle pour plusieurs minutes, laissant le patient la bouche ouverte à attendre son retour, et ceci à plusieurs reprises. Je crois qu'il s'agit simplement de faire quelques ajustements dans leur façon de fonctionner (probablement en ayant du personnel auxiliaire qui agit de façon plus autonome, sans avoir à déranger le dentiste en plein rendez-vous fréquemment). Je recommande cette clinique et je vais y retourner.

Hygienists who do not tie their hair well (a nice wick directly in my mouth obviously). 3 teeth with old broken fillings to be repaired during the examination which oddly turned into 4 cavities close to root canal treatment during the procedure (1 week later). A dentist in a great hurry to get it over with: 1min for the examination, less than 15min to repair 4 teeth! Obviously, at this speed, he didn't take the time to protect my tongue when he removed the old fillings: ouch! Considering the prices well above average, one would expect better. (Original) J'avais choisi ce cabinet à cause des bons commentaires, mais je n'ai pas dû avoir de chance parce que mon expérience n'a pas été des plus agréable. Des hygiénistes qui n'attachent pas bien leurs cheveux (une belle mèche directement dans ma bouche évidemment). 3 dents avec des vieux plombages cassés à réparer lors de l'examen qui se sont bizarrement transformées en 4 caries proches du traitement de canal lors de la procédure (1 semaine plus tard). Un dentiste extrêmement pressé d’en finir : 1min pour l'examen, moins de 15min pour réparer 4 dents! Évidemment, à cette vitesse-là, il n’a pas pris le temps de protéger ma langue quand il a enlevé les vieux plombages : ouch! Vu les prix bien au dessus de la moyenne, on pourrait s'attendre à mieux.

Simply the best dentist ever. I tried few dentists in Montreal and all were very commercial with bad work and unprofessional treatment. This dentist is very reliable, reasonable and never recommends things you never need. Blindly trustable and the service is just perfect with great job done. I have had my implant with doctor Ali and it was done just perfectly with no any inflammations or side effects that normally a patient would encounter. I was prescribed antibiotics just in case and i was using it while i didn’t really need it. That precise and excellent the treatment was. Very much recommended. Doctor Ali is very dedicated to deliver excellent treatment to his patients. Different treatments I have had with him including implant, root canals and more and every treatment I received at a time was done just perfectly! I also did cleaning and whitening few times and I always get a complete clean and white teeth. Why this clinic is so much recommended among others ? because doctor Ali is very transparent towards his job that he would not tell you to do something you don’t really need at all. I tried in the past few other clinics and all failed to deliver excellent service. Furthermore, not to mention that they were not honest in assessing my case and propose the treatment that exactly needed to be done towards my teeth as they exaggerate to end up being more commercial to make profit out of it.
