Wonderful staff! I highly recommend this dentist office for anyone that’s had bad experiences with the dentist in the past. I hadn’t been to the dentist in around two years and had a lot of cavities to be filled, and the staff at Westgage made me feel very comfortable and calm. They are also very accommodating of different work/school schedules and are open on Saturdays. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I am thankful for a positive experience with an awesome team at WestGate. The dentist in particular and the support staff were very nice and made me go through the entire process without any hiccup. One think I wish what could have been better is if the hygenist explained me about better way to brush at the end of cleaning. (This is something my previous hygenist demonstrated for me on a teeth skull.) I am however thankful that she explained me about flossing.

I loved my visit to the dentist. The Hygienist Linda was wonderful! I have had bad experiences before and she had me completely at ease. She has a gentle touch and my cleaning and assessment was a breeze. Dr. Shetty was fast and efficient. He took the time to explain the work i needed done and why, which helped with my anxiety. I have had a great deal of work done on my teeth and he was able to explain everything so that it made sense. The technology used in the office is also top notch! They take photos of your teeth and show you where the problems are. This was great. Will definitely recommend this office to others.

I enjoyed my visit to this office. It was the first time here for a consult on continuing implant work started at another office. I have to go to Toronto for the CT scan which is not ideal but I was impressed with the friendly caring staff here. If I don't need a sinus lift, I will be very happy. Dr. Shetty proposed an implant that would be wider and shorter to avoid this surgery if the CT scan is positive. I will place another review once some work is done.

I highly recommend Dr. Shetty and his team!! I was extremely fearful going in to the office. I have had bad experiences in the past and had put off dental visits as long as I possibly could. I needed major work done (including cosmetic) that was going to take multiple visits. From the moment I walked into the office I was immediately put at ease. The front desk ladies are warm, caring, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Amala was so gentle during my new patient exam and my cleaning. The dental assistant was so kind and friendly and always making sure I was okay and comfortable. Dr. Shetty is one of the kindest people I have ever come across and it made my whole experience not just tolerable but truly comfortable. Dr. Shetty and his staff are not only great at what they do but genuinely good people who listen to your concerns and care about your well being. My wisdom tooth extraction was done at this clinic three days back. The X-rays and initial assessment was done three weeks earlier by Dr Shetty. At the beckoning of my relatives, I consulted another dentist in Brampton who told me that my jaw bone being strong, he would have to engage the services of an expert for extraction, and which would,of course, entail additional charges. Having met Dr Shetty once I was quite impressed by his professional acumen and conduct. I unhesitatingly requested for an appointment for extraction and the procedure was completed with the greatest degree of finesse and professionalism. Dr Shetty did it in an unhurried, calm and reassuring manner. His frequent interjections during the procedure " Are you o.k. Perminder?" soothed my nerves and his confident handling of my tooth assured me that I was in the hands of an accomplished expert. This is the third day after the extraction and there is no pain, bleeding or any complication of my 'complicated' extraction. And I have also saved some money since Dr Shetty was the dentist and the expert extractor rolled into one. You have to deal with the office staff of this clinic to believe that people can be so nice, sweet-natured and cooperative.

Dr Shetty has an excellent team, everyone is so pleasant and calming. They explained my treatment to me very well along with how’s and why’s of every step. They made sure that I was comfortable and got frequent breaks throughout the sitting since my jaws don’t hold the best. I had a bit of a problem after one of the procedures and they jumped right in the next day without delaying :) . Dr Shetty was very patient with me and made sure I had no problems after my procedure. This place is hands down the best. Over the last 2 and half years, Dr Shetty has done 1 root canal, and 6 fillings for me. Each one of these procedures was done in the best way possible. He is caring, and highly skilled. I take my 5 year old to him as well. The staff over there is the best. Gladis who did all my billings; is the most competent administrator I have come across. The billings, insurance claims etc are handled without any complications. She does a through job understanding your insurance and advising you accordingly. The dental assistants are all extremely skilled and caring. They make sure you are comfortable and relaxed. Nothing is ever rushed. You never feel pressured. The scaling the cleaning work that I got done from them was also done in a professional manner. It's a perfect little place for all your dental needs. They are well equipped to handle every kind of treatment or procedure you need done.

Great dentist and friendly office. They are very inconvenient to deal with as they don't directly bill to insurance making it a huge hassle. I've gotten 2 types of dental services done here, on both occasions I had my insurance not cover some of the treatment which I did not find out until after treatment was completed. Office also charged more than the customary amount that insurance would cover. In my prior experience, most dental offices will only charge what they know insurance will cover but since this office doesn't directly bill, patients don't exactly know what will be covered by insurance. Unfortunately will be transferring to another office as I like to know what/how much my insurance will cover prior to getting work done.

From the moment I was escorted to the chair by the hygienist, I immediately began to relax from her calm and caring manner. Dr. Shetty walked in and put me at ease right away.
