Friendly staff and detailed explanation of what is going with my teeth. I've been due for a cleaning and check up for a very long time now and everyone has made me feel at ease. I get very nervous at the dentists office, so it was very nice of them to take me through everything they were doing. I'm actually new to the Kitchener area and ended up finding this place via online ratings. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing dental work.

I have recently had several old amalgam fillings replaced at Midental. I had a lot of anxiety going in given my history of rather poor dental care. Dr. Manzoor was extremely patient and calm, explaining the whole process in a very reassuring manner. First off, let me begin my sharing I NEVER write reviews but after my experience with Dr Manzoor, I felt to write it. To my favorite dentist Dr Sharib Manzoor. Dr Manzoor is an excellent dentist whose main priority is making sure his patients are comfortable and get the best dentistry he can offer. Being a dentist it was very difficult for me to choose a dentist for myself, but my decision was 100% right to go to Dr Manzoor and I am proud of my decision. Dr Sharib and his team were fantastic! The office was clean and modern. Much newer equipment than my last dental office. Dr Sharib took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all my questions with understandable answers. The X-rays and colour photographs were displayed right in the room on a large flat screen tv. I will be bringing the entire family to this dental practice.

A very old filling (probably from 20 years ago) cracked off of my back molar. I was so worried it was going to result in having to do a more serious procedure like a root canal, as I wasn't quite sure when this damage had occurred. New to this area, I called MiDental, and they gave me an appointment within the hour! By the next morning, after a 2nd appointment, my old filling was removed and a new one in place (no root canal needed - yay!). The MiDental team is excellent. They made me feel welcomed and very comfortable. Dr. Manzoor's calm and friendly demeanour, along with his obvious expertise, definitely helped me get through this ordeal! I will be bringing my whole family here. Thank you!

We moved from Mississauga few months ago, and were looking for a dentist nearby. Our family friend recommended Mi Dental based on their personal experience. So, we signed up recently and I must say it has been amazingly refreshing experience. The staff is polite and nice. The doctor is top class. The service at Mi Dental is always excellent. They make sure to give you breaks during a cleaning if you need them. When I had to get cavities fixed and was nervous they walked me through the whole process. I felt little to no pain even during the freezing needles. Even though we've moved and there are many dentists closer to my house, I still continue to go to Mi Dental. It's worth the extra commute!

Haven't been to the dentist in years. Saw this place had awesome reviews so I decided to try it out and get a cleaning. Cleaning was about 200 bucks which is a good price considering how much they did. Now my teeth are noticeably cleaner and they feel great. The two receptionists were very polite and professional.Tori was very kind and did a great job. No doubt I will be returning in the future. Thanks Mi Dental!

I haven't been to the dentists in 2 years... then, Mi Dental opened and my mother became a patient there, and recommended this dental clinic to me. As nervous as I was, the dentist and his assistant made me feel incredibly comfortable. The dentist never once hesitated to answer any of my questions and concerns, in person, or over th phone. But what's really impressed me is how patient he is in explaining what's going on with my teeth, and the steps of the procedure, and why we should (or could) do some particular thing. Usually I loathe going to the dentist but Mi Dental changed that! I just recently moved to the area and hadn't even had time yet to look for a new dentist. Of course, I go to floss my teeth and as luck would have it a filling came out on a Friday night, which sent me into a panic. I started calling every dental office I could to try and book an emergency appointment for Saturday morning. Mi Dental called me first thing Saturday morning and managed to squeeze me in. Once I arrived, I was impressed with how clean the office is, how friendly the receptionist is and how nice the dentist is!!! They took the time to explain everything, were patient with my questions and willing to answer them, walked me through the whole process so for the first time in my life - I actually felt like I knew what was going on through an appointment. They managed to put a temporary filling in and give me an appointment 2 days later. Again, I was not disappointed. It is easy to tell the staff get along with one another. This whole emergency turned out to be a blessing because I found myself a new dentist! Thank you so much!

He walks you through the whole procedure whether he is just doing a regular cleaning or filling cavities, etc. The service at Mi Dental is exceptional from the time you walk in the front door. They send out very helpful reminder texts for upcoming appointments that make confirming appointments very easy. This is definitely the best dentists office I’ve been to. Highly recommend!
