Don't listen to the review by Nasir Khan below he is full of condensed male bovine feces! If you choose this office you will never regret. This place was the absolute best when Dr. Hallam was there/involved. Since he left they have completely gone down hill and I do not recommend them. the one bright spot is Paul, he's still the absolute best hygenist they have but I will be moving on. the place is dirty (dead fish floating in the aquarium). The people are rude, they constantly make mistakes and charge an arm and a leg. They change appointment times constantly. I had one girl that had to print my receipt 3 times because she couldn't multiply $250 times 3? Terrible.

Excellent, quick, and precise service. I was nervous about going in since I haven't been to the dentist in an estimate of 10+ years, but their staff are really friendly and ensured quality service, doing a simple checkup on my teeth and then being flexible with their hours, allowing me to head in the very next day for a clean up. I didn't get the names of the dentist and the lady at the counter during my checkup, but it was a very busy day and they still provided immediate and efficient service. As for my cleanup, Natalia (forgive me if I spelled that wrong) at the front desk was generous and explained instructions for my company benefits, basically doing the work for me! Heather was my cleaning hygienist that day - she seemed passionate with her work and she's super easy & fun to engage with too. She did a spectacular job on my teeth, leaving me with no problems and smiling out the door! Very keen staff they all are! They explain everything thoroughly without leaving you wondering what the professionals are doing to you, which is very reassuring because you deserve to know what your poor teeth are going through, and their own commentary probably helps them make little to no mistakes either, leaving you with the best dental performance. Additionally, I have gapped teeth I was always bullied for, so I was pretty insecure about them, but they made me feel comfortable with them because I was thinking of getting braces, and they told me I did a great job maintaining my teeth and that they weren't too bad, so they didn't need to refer me to a specialist for that. Instead, they were able to book one in the place for my next appointment! How great is that??? I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

My four year old son saw Dr. Sun who was fantastic and made the experience super positive for him. My son is generally pretty anxious about absolutely everything, but he actually had fun and told me as soon as we got home that he wants to be a dentist when he grows up! I called last week because I had a severe toothache and they got me in for an emergency appointment that day which was amazing. I had a root canal today which obviously sucked but the whole process was luckily nice and fast. The staff are amazing. The dental assistants are super nice and caring and the ladies at the front desk are honestly the nicest women I've ever met. Great experience overall!

All I would say that if you have been diagnosed with a cavity or worse a root canal treatment here, please get a second opinion. I was made to go through a Root canal treatment which is still painful after almost 2 years and my other dentist even said - "perhaps you did not need this in the first place" Why I left them is because my wife was diagnosed with a cavity and was promptly slotted for a filling. Not convinced she went to see another dentist and he said - "What cavity, I don't see any?" - (she was undergoing a treatment with an orthodontist at that time) Then she went back to Laurentian and asked for a senior dentist and he too said that there is a cavity!! So finally she went to the highest rated dentist in KW area and he said - "No you do not have any cavity and do not need any filling". That was it, we moved elsewhere. Two years later my wife has no problems with any of her teeth. While I still regret not taking a second opinion before I let Laurentian do a root canal on me.

Laurentian Dental Centre is great! The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I have had the opportunity to meet all the dentists and hygienists in the office and they are all very well trained and offer great service. Because they are so good at their jobs, it is difficult to get an evening appointment. To me that just means that everyone loves coming to this office and books their appointments ahead of time. Great work everyone. Keep it up!!

Having your teeth cleaned is never a fun experience, but Paul at Laurentian Dental is so thorough and such an expert that it was over before I knew it and my teeth feel so clean and fresh! Paul and Marilyn were very attentive and caring, always making sure I was comfortable. Entire family went there when we where younger our mother didn’t believe us when we said that anytime the dentist needed to do work left us in extreme pain, couple years later mom needed work she finally felt the pain we did and that was the last time we went to this dentist. We now have a new dentist and are pain-free plus the work that happened at this location had to be re-done by her new dentist due to improper work

If I could I would give them ZERO stars! My mother in law was there last week Dec 13, 2017, they took multiple X-rays (and lots of money) told her she had no cavities and other than decreased bone density, she was ok. Fast forward to less than a week later, she’s visiting us in Dallas, TX, she woke up in the middle of the night with severe toothache and swelling. Come today, Dec 19 the whole lower right jaw was swollen! I took her to our family dentist who took X-rays and showed us a HUGE abscess! She needs a root canal and crown! I asked specifically if a dentist could’ve missed it a week ago & was told due to the size and location, it was unlikely! In my opinion, this was nothing short of malpractice and I’d hate for anyone else to receive such sub-standard care! They owe my mother in law an apology and a refund at the very least. Anyone considering going here please think twice!

I have been attending Dr.Sun since I was little (well over 20 years now, originally when they were located at Fairview Park Mall) and do not have one complaint. He is friendly, gentle, and is very thorough when doing work - he also always ensures I understand what is being explained to me. The atmosphere of this dentist office is extremely welcoming. Our whole family has gone here over the years. The service is usually ok, but we have found that they seem to miss issues and then bring them up later when it feels like a big deal and urgent attention is needed. Receptionists have generally not been pleasant when speaking to them over the phone. I would not recommend them.

I had a toothache and needed a dentist for a dental emergency, i knew what tooth i needed fixed, and instead of one xray they charged me for 16 xrays, while only actually taking 8. after overcharging me on the xrays they continued with a consultation, charging me another 85$. Informing me on something i already knew, the dr told me i need work done in the thousands, $3000 for one tooth and a couple of thousand for another, they then said i needed to go to a specialist someone they worked with and would have to pay for another consultation. i refused and was so amazed how they conducted their business, very unprofessional. they refused to refund the overcharged amount. i went to erbsville dental and got everything i needed done from an honest doctor who told me what needed to be done, i got my whole mouth fixed for what Laurentian Dental was going to charge me for one tooth. For a dentist to charge you for work that doesnt need to be done is extremely immoral, dental work is expensive enough you dont need to be ripped off for more. just a heads up. beware!!

Went in for a scheduled cleaning and the front staff were friendly and approachable. The COVID 19 protocol was clearly explained and the waiting room felt clean and safe. My hygienist Paul was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why it is was important. Paul reviewed the importance of routine dental hygiene and highlighted hygiene practices I could do at home to help keep my teeth at their best. highly recommend this clinic.

The staff here are so welcoming, and I have been coming here for years to see my hygienist, Paul, and my dentist, Dr. Sun, who have always been friendly and informative. During university I had full coverage for dental cleaning if I visited a different office included in my plan so I decided to try it (tuition and textbooks are expensive!) but I was so disappointed and came right back to Laurentian even though I had to pay for the cleaning. It's worth it!
