Each and every one of the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. I get very nervous whenever I have to have work done and I'm impressed with how hard everyone works to make my experience the best that it can be. From the moment I steeped in the office I felt like home. Everyone is nice and make you feel very comfortable. Cleaning was excellent and Doctor Roxana has angel hands, you don't feel a thing while she is working to make your smile perfect. I had a root canal and it was great. Thank you Lancaster Dental.

Unfortunately, our experiences at this clinic were never memorable ones. Starting from the receptionist/desk lady to the dentist himself, I never felt at ease when in their company. Common courtesies and especially good customer service such as maintaining a positive attitude and tone when conversing with patients is essential at such a place. In mine and my family's experience, without fail, the receptionist was never courteous instead rude and short-tempered. On top of that, they keep scheduling us for 'routine' procedures that are redundant, as per a plethora of other dentists. I have now switched to another dentist and am very happy I did so. At Lancaster Dental, they are not patient-centred and hence do not care about patient experience. I am glad to have switched!

The office is located on the second floor and very clean and organized. The office practiced proper Covid protocols and made me feel safe during my hygiene and dental appointment. The staff were friendly nice. Of course you couldn't see their smiles behind the mask but the eyes says it all. Alysia Kavanagh is the best Hygienist that's ever cleaned my teeth. She is very thorough and provides the best experience to her patients and always provides little golden nuggets of knowledge in hygiene, dentistry, investment, or in everyday life with no extra charge. Great soul and vibe. Dr. Tamara Marchini-Obregon was descriptive with her work, she explained her procedures and was very gentle with her hands. Great soul. I highly recommend this office for your hygiene and dental work. Drive slower as you approach the building or you might miss the entrance to the parking space.

Great experience here. Aneta did a fantastic job on my cleaning, it is the best my teeth have ever looked! Had a cavity that was on the border of needing a root canal, but they opted to fill it with a medication underneath. It was sensitive for about a week, but much better than the pain and expense of the root canal!

Can't thank this team of professionals enough. I had some tooth pain in my upper right jaw and reception was very considerate and they fit me in and helped me out quickly. Dr Tamara was super kind, reassuring and thoughtful. She helped me to correct some of the issues which were causing my pain and helped develop a prioritized treatment plan for my individual needs. I had my teeth cleaned and the hygienist was so gentle and explained everything she was doing. My first dentist was a man. I was 5 years old. And so was my second, third, fourth and all the many dentists since then until yesterday. When contemplating career choices I did not ever consider dentistry - as it was obviously in the category of men only like truck drivers and airline pilots at the time. So yesterday was a first for me in all of my 80+ years!!! Small delicate hands in my mouth for one hour and at no time did I get the urge to bite down hard. A unique experience and one that will continue if I get my wish. Now I can encourage all girls to consider dentistry as a valid and appreciated career choice. Many thanks lady dentist. The experience of getting fillings at this clinic was very painful. I went back twice to see if they could fix the pain and sensitivity that was created in my teeth after receiving treatment there, only to have it still be an issue to this day (3 weeks after my last appointment). I am still unable to chew on my left side and if what I am drinking runs over the teeth on my left side, I am left with shooting pain and sensitivity for several seconds. I wanted to like this place, but I will not be going back. I will be seeking a different dentist to help fix the problem...hopefully with no pain throughout the process this time.

I have had a crack in my bottom tooth for the past 2.5 years. I had seen 2 other dentists and was told there was no problem with that area and that there wasn't anything displaying on the x-ray. DR. Upma took extra time and did additional tests and found the crack. After further investigation she sent me to a specialist to see if the tooth would be salvagable. He was able to determin that the tooth had been infected for quite awhile and it may be saved with a root canal and a crown. The root canal was completed that day and I immediately felt relief in that area. A big thank you to DR. Upma and the Lancaster Dental team for all the support and lessening my discomfort.

My first visit was for a dental emergency and they were very understanding of the situation, took me in right away and suggested a short term and long term solution to my emergency. 5 years later, I am still going there and they take very good care of my teeth. A bad experience. I had replaced an old crown with a new one. The new crown performed at Lancaster clinic is too short so there is no proper bite on it. It is too short on the outside upper area close to the gum where the tooth under it is exposed. The inside area shows the metal under the porcelain. I rejected this crown from the first day when it was cemented without my approval while I thought it is being tested. The new crown brought pain and infection. I had paid for a functional, good quality crown and none of this was delivered. It is first time when I write a bad review.
