I'm a hugely anxious person when it comes to visits to the dentist. After years of not having coverage, I felt overwhelmed and kept delaying finding a new dentist in KW. For my new patient exam and cleaning, I was with Samantha and she immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. She was kind, personable and extremely knowledgeable. Today I had a procedure appointment with Dr. Masih. I have never had a dentist take such care in ensuring a flawless job. She worked quickly yet meticulously and I felt at ease throughout the entire procedure. She's extremely talented and I will never again hesitate to book an appointment. I would be remiss if I did not mention the lovely office staff. They were very helpful in working with my insurance provider and made me feel safe with their thorough COVID-19 prevention protocols. If you're a person like I was, shopping around nervously for dentists, look no further, this is the place.

Highly Recommended - Mall dentist could not X-ray me without pain, told me I needed $968 crown not covered by benefits. Required at least two more appts. I knew I was in much better hands with Dr. Tinto. Painless X-ray, fixed broken filling without freezing in 30 minute visit. Tooth looks and feels good as new. $300 covered by benefits. Definitely getting all my future business!

I am Very picky and have my doubts, but let me tell you, I was thoroughly impressed after my visit here! Incredibly detailed, caring, careful, honest, very well mannered, explaining everything possible every step, including me in the discussion with my treatment before making any decisions, very open. I explained my situation and they gave me as many options and opinions as they possibly could! They leave you feeling very informed and well cared for, which I have yet to come across.. I even spoke somewhat negatively about my past experiences and they spoke on their defence and tried to see things from all side which I respect. I would recommend to anyone looking for a very professional, detailed, caring dental office. They went above and beyond my expectations, so I can’t thank them enough!

When Dr J and I began exploring the possibility of dental implants for me, I truly felt that there was no hope for my dental dilemma. My teeth were in really bad shape from years of smoking, drinking too much coca cola and inconsistent flossing. Dr J patiently and professionally explained the options I had available to me. He was very thorough in his explanations of how implants work. We looked at all options, pros and cons, and cost. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Gangwani and ALL his staff. They are all very professional and very kind. From the first phone call to the last visit my mom and I can not say enough about how well they treated us. Dr. Masih explained everything she was doing before she did the work. She did this with little pain. Then Dr. Gangwani skillfully continued with the procedure. Both Doctors and their assistance did this very efficiently, professionally and with the utmost consideration for my mom. The office staff are very friendly and proficient. Went to Dr.Ellis all my life so continued going there for a short while. Dr. Gangwani said I had 4 cavities near my front teeth. I had never had a cavity so one of my mother's friends who has been a dental hygienist for many years told me I should get a second opinion. Thankfully I have insurance through my significant other now.. went to Dr. Tsendalis, had a wonderful hygienist look after me alongside him they were extremely thorough.. and showed me the ONE cavity I had on a tooth on the bottom near the back. If your looking for a good dentist do not go to Dr.gangwani he is awful.
