I’d be lying if I say I enjoy my dental visits. Having been to many, I liked this visit particularly. Ricardo was very proficient and pleasant to talk to. Dr. Marini and Ricardo were very thorough and let me have an informed choice. The rest of the staff at this clinic are very quick, informative and friendly too.

My family and I are patients at Kitchener Dental Clinic since 1995. We’ve been loyal patients because we are happy with their service. We received and continue to receive the best dental care here. At Kitchener Dental Clinic, from the initial inquiry (Reception Desk) through the examination (Hygienists Team) and treatment (Dr Joe and Dr Annie) including the explanation of the treatment plan plus the procedures (never felt any pain or discomfort – and I had extensive dental work done and I struggle with acute sensitivity) we only experienced kindness (treated like family – a real sense of belonging) and professionalism of the highest degree. In short, fabulous – wonderful – friendly team! I highly recommend this clinic !

I have to state that I have HATED going to the Dentist my whole life. I actually avoided it for about 10 years until coming here. I had Ricardo as my hygienist and he was fantastic. He was honest, friendly and efficient with the cleaning. It was a great experience for me and for someone who hates the dentist that is big! I highly recommend the clinic.

Well, my crown came off again, new outgoing message assumes everyone has access to a computer. I am suggesting a short hours of operation in the phone message. As to quality of service, this is my dentist for over 35 years, cavities only get attended if absolutely needed, some cavities remain unchanged for years. Joe is semi retired, Ann is learning. I read reviews all the time, negative reviews grab my attention, however without following up or explaining what went wrong, reflects to me that this person borders on a spammer. Yes that is my real name.
