Just got back from here after making an appointment for the same day. They were quick, very helpful and very nice, the office was clean and everything looked new. I was in and out quickly and they explained the pain I was feeling and where it was coming from very well as well as outlining possible future complications and what to (maybe) expect. Great staff!

I have a huge amount of dental anxiety and I have avoided dentists off-and-on for years. I came to Fairway Dental because I had broken 2 teeth and was full of panic - I cried on my way to the office and through the first bit of the appointment. BUT - everyone was so kind, gentle, and repeatedly checked-in on my comfort throughout the appointment. I felt in control of what was happening. They explained everything they were doing and why and how it would feel. There was absolutely no pain whatsoever. I surprised myself by booking an exam and cleaning afterwards and that appointment went so well, too. Dr. Upma and Olfat might be actual angels. The receptionist whose name I wish I had gotten (and will update once I do) was welcoming, friendly, and processed everything quickly for me. I won't lie: it's going to take me a while to feel comfortable with dental appointments, but I am absolutely on my way. I am so grateful for the friend who recommended Fairway Dental.

For a dental clinic that calls themselves 'Urgent Care' they aren't very urgent. I had a broken filling with serious tooth pain and they couldn't fit me in. They certainly don't live up to their name.

Clinic bright, very clean, very professional, well equipped, modern. Highly recommend for any urgent dental care needed. Follow up medications at pharmacy in same building, thorough care instructions provided. Really glad I found this clinic !

Fairway Dental Clinic has the best staff who are always putting a smile on my face and they are all super friendly. They have been my most favourite dental office that I have a been to. The receptionist is always super funny and sweet, and the dental hygienists are always making sure you are comfortable when they are working on your teeth. 10/10 recommend to visit Fairway Dental if you are looking for a dentist.

Went in on a Saturday just before noon because of a swelling and pain due to a broken molar. I was told that since they also took appointments I couldn't be seen right away but they did fit me in for an appointment at 2:45pm, so 3 hrs later. I don't know if i had just gotten lucky and had they not had that spot open I wouldn't have been seen the same day, so for that reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. Within mins of sitting in the chair I had an x-ray done and the results presented to me. The Dr explained the risks involved with this specific extraction, was professional and straight to the point. It wasn't an easy extraction, not difficult either but the Dentist (Dr. Abusultan) and her hygienist made sure I was comfortable and gave me a break when I needed it. I was very, very pleased with the way they handled me and my situation. I was very embarrassed to go to the dentist in the first place because of the condition of the tooth (I let it go too long) but the ladies at the front desk, the dentist (Dr Abusultan), and the hygienist made me feel very comfortable. If they were closer to me I think I would switch dentists. So in short, I'd just like to say the office is very clean, spacious, and all the staff there were wonderful! I would recommend!

Just don't go here ... only about money not about actual healthcare ,they up charge your visits ,the staff is rude and will simply brush off any negative facts about them as ""opinion" dentist is more concerned on vacation then the clients.god forbid you don't have ample cash to pay in surprise when billed or no coverage they say payment plan is an option but it is not truly .one of the worst dentists in Waterloo region .

I just walked out of this office. I was in for a root canal and one the first visit explained my fear of dentists, and may I add I've had a root canal before. Which at first they seemed understanding, however I was very mistaken. The dentists assistant was short from yelling at me to relax when the dentist came in I don't know if he had been at the gym or running around all day. Unfortunately he smelled like body odor. Then I went there today and again explained by fear to which the response was, "so is everyone". He then proceeded to put numbing gel on, and didn't even wait for it to kick in before sticking me with a needle all the while pulling my face forward instead of out to make room. I stopped him after that was done and said, "I'm done". He has no bedside manner for a dentist. I've been to plenty and have never experienced that. I wanted the tooth pulled, but was told a root canal was better, but that should have came with understanding someone's fear. He proceeded to tell me I need sedation. I've never needed it before. What I needed was someone with manners someone to make me feel comfortable. He did not. He seems to only be interested in how much money he can get. I should have known to be honest. My mother had went their last year and she needed some minor things done. Her insurance was about to end for the year and he tried to book several procedures in in a week, because HE, was going on vacation. I do not recommend this place, unless they have a different dentist. Receptionists were great!

I highly recommend this dentist!!!! He is the only dentist I have ever had that managed to freeze my mouth without me even feeling the needle and no pain with extracting my tooth. Him and the staff are kind and make going to the dentist a pleasant experience. Thank you!!!

The place looks always clean and despite their busy schedule they always manage to provide you with lots of options for your appointments. They follow guidelines to prevent covid spread which I appreciate really. They always greet you cheerfully, something really important since you are freaking out because lets face it, every dental procedure hurts hahaha so you need as much good vibe as possible hahahaha It's a nice place with friendly staff. Super recommended.

Came here for my son to have some work done and the staff were so kind! The woman at the front desk was very helpful and professional. The dental assistant was so kind to my son who was very anxious, she kept reassuring him which made his visit much easier. The dentist is amazing, he explained what he was doing step by step and patiently answered the million questions my son had for him. Definitely would recommend this office.

I was looking for some good Dentist in Kitchener, my friend recommended Dr Upma from Fairway Dental Clinic. I am thankful to my friend. Dr Upma is expert in her work. I have got my RCT done from there. My experience was wonderful. Dr Upma did it very nicely. Staff is also very nice. Very clean and hygienic environment. When we arrived, everyone at Fairway Dental was so caring towards my father. My father received exceptional service. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

On four or five visits for two root canals and fillings in 2018 I experienced adequate work by the dentist at Fairway and am thankful to have had painful dental issues resolved. However, after a January 2019 visit for a perfectly split molar which caused almost no pain to me and the Dentist's eagerness to extract the tooth without even asking me, I got up and left immediately. I mentioned to him the suitability of a proper dental glue to fix the problem, a dental product which does exist, but Mr. Dentist said none exists as he would have heard about it. I made a next day appointment with a dentist office that has heard about the product. Be careful in your visit not to have unnecessary extractions that cost/charge more. Second opinions for patients are allowed.

For me personally, going to the dentist can be an anxious time. I had multiple issues to deal with, I was nervous about possibly being judged for the condition of my teeth. But I am so relieved to say that the urgent care dental team is some of the best dental professionals I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I can’t express how warm of an environment this office is. The receptionists will go above and beyond, they make you feel like your family, and they’re incredibly supportive along side your progress. The dentist himself is polite and friendly man, he does not rush you or make you feel rushed, he keeps you updated with what he’s doing as he is working on your teeth, just very communicative and again I can’t stress how much I love this dental office. Thank you urgent care clinic for everything :)

I brought a friend in with a dental emergency, which was pretty serious as it took several subsequent visits to resolve. We had to go on Friday afternoons due to my work schedule.. The dentist we had was on a hurry to leave on a vacation the first day and the following appointments were equally focused on his issues. The assistant mentioned twice that she thought the work was incomplete, to which he replied" i feel it's satisfactory". It wasn't satisfactory and broke off. My friend was unable to floss between the teeth. The area was rough and not finished to the patient's comfort level when eating. We just had 2 more appointments with another dentist to fix the work.

Absolute worst dentist. Not even sure the dentist who works here is actually a real dentist. I came in to have my wisdom teeth looked at because they do not have room to grow in my mouth and the dentist asked me why I was there if my teeth didn’t hurt. He looked at my teeth for less than a minute and said he was going to refer me to an oral surgeon to have them removed. This was in April and I still have not received any sort of call from an oral surgeon, meanwhile my teeth are starting to crowd. Today I called the office to complain and the woman I spoke to was smug and told me I should have called the oral surgeon myself if I hadn’t heard back in a week. How was I supposed to do that when I wasn’t even provided a name or number? I would give zero stars if I could.

Overall it was an awesome experience and very happy with the dentist. The clinic that I originally go to, I was not satisfied with their efforts for following and maintaining covid protocols. For a period of time I tried few clinic and was not really satisfied. One of my friend recommended fairway dental clinic and I recently went there for the first time and had an amazing experience. I was really amazed by the fact how well organized the Clinic was. All the covid protocols were very well followed, starting from prescreening questionnaire, temperature checks, sanitization, usage of proper PPE's and signages. Even minor protocols which are usually overlooked, were followed by their staff members. The whole clinic including bathrooms was very clean and well sanitized. From the few clinics I tried during covid time, this is definitely the best clinic. The staff members were super friendly and extremely supportive. I didn't really had to wait around for approvals or billing. The whole process was very streamlined and was completed smoothly without any issues. I highly recommend this clinic for great dental service and especially from covid safety perspective.

I received executive service , from the front dest staff considering COVID, computer malfunction , and being a first time patient with pain !! The Doc was amazing , as well as his assistant who walked me through the process and told me what to expect before and post surgery , that was done immediately on my first visit ( this other dentists would not do for me ) , yes I will recommend Doc Salimi very highly , as one of the best and gentle Doctors I have ever had work on me , again the front staff was very efficient considering all the obstacles, thank you all for your fast and reasonable priced service ! I FEEL GREAT NOW !

I’ve been postponing going to a dentist for years but I had to go do cleaning and when I met Dr. Shaker I told him that I have a fear of dentists and anything related to my teeth & he was so understanding, even when I went again for my 2 fillings, he explained everything to me, kept asking me if I’m comfortable with each step, he did such an amazing job! The clinic itself is super clean, the staff is so friendly & Dr. Shaker did a superb job, the whole experience exceeded my expectations !

I chipped my tooth and since I just moved to the city I didnt have a regular dentist. I googled emergency dental clinic and Fairway Dental popped up. I called the office and explained my situation and they got me in the same day. Dr Jodery and his assistant helped me and fixed my tooth on the spot. They were very kind and professional. If you have an emergency I highly recommend this office. Everyone is so nice and the place is well maintained.

If I could give no stars I would. This is supposed to be an emergency dental place however I called to get myself in as I have a broken molar and am in extreme pain and she turned me away basically telling me I need to wait the entire weekend to see anyone for a consult and then another week to have the procedure done. Don’t say your an emergency dental location if you do not deal with emergencies. I will never recommend this place to anyone and will definitely make sure everyone I know does not either.

I can honestly say this place is by far the best place I have ever gone. First off the receptionist let me tell you she is the definition of perfection. She goes above and beyond with appointments, insurance, information. She really makes the whole experience for me. Then there is the wonderful staff. I have had root cannels done here and I left knowing I got the best of the best. Even getting my teeth cleaned was amazing. Highly Highly recommend especially if your nervous about dentists.
