My colleague attended your dental facility and had an apalling visit. Although, one dental hygienist was fairly nice, the other two that took care of her were absolutely unprofessional. During her visit, the receptionist at the front desk proceeded to unsuccessfully take panoramic X-Rays of her head twice! Additionally, she had insulted what my colleague had chosen to wear as shoes that day! The main dentist had also put his bare hand (no glove) within her mouth to demonstrate her overbite. She is disastified and the customer service of this facility definitely must be revised!

Developed a sore tooth while away from home, and called Country Hills Dentistry about an appointment for as early as possible after we returned. They called right back and arranged an appt within 48 hours. Just got back from the evaluation appt, and the Dr found the problem and managed to place a temp filling plus the next appt for a permanent filling within two weeks. Great service from a well prepared and professional staff.

Decided to try this office out since it's close to my house. Had my first visit today, and was very happy with the service I received. They had a bunch of x-rays & photos done of my teeth and Dr. Johnston went through and explained each image/x-ray, showing me potential problem areas and what we should do next. I had a pain free cavity/filling appointment today with Dr. Sharkas! Yay me, as I am the biggest baby around at the dentist office! Dr. Sharkas is extremely personable, knowledgeable and skilled. He assured me that I would not need freezing as it was a small cavity. Not a fan of needles, I consented. Within five minutes I was dancing down the hall with my cavity filled. The dental assistants and front office have always been very kind to me. Our family has gone to Country Hills Dentistry since 1981. My husband recently had a root canal and crown appointments with great success. I highly recommend Dr.Sharkas and his colleagues. You are in very skilled hands!

I have been going to Country Hills Dentistry since I was a child but I am especially happy with how they are handling the COVID pandemic. I went in for a clean recently and I felt very safe with all of the procedures and safety measures that they put in place. From waiting in my car until a room was ready, the HEPA filtration system in my sterilized room, plastic covers over the doorways to my room and of course everyone in masks. I would highly recommend this friendly and safe dentistry.

I have found a great dental office finally. The appointment I had was wonderful even though I have been worried about going as it has been a couple years since last time at a dentist. Everybody in the office was so friendly and the dentist took time to explain what was going on in my mouth and the cost of the treatment I need to get completed. I loved my visit for the following reasons: When I first entered I noticed how nice and organized the clinic looks, I know this might not be so important but I just loved it! More importantly Dr. Tarek Sharkas is, hands down, the best dentist I’ve dealt with, he knows what he is doing and you can easily tell. He asks if you’re okay constantly and makes sure all your questions are answered. I had a clicking jaw for more than 5 years and he is literally the only one who was able to give a solution and now my jaw is much better!! He also fixed my two teeth . It was painless and fast. Dental assistant Kim was very cheerful and welcoming . I also had to use the washroom and noticed how spotless it is and I really care about that as I wouldn’t want a good doctor but with a dirty clinic, this one was exceptionally clean. I HIGHLY recommend this doctor and this clinic.

I called and explained I am a dental chicken wanted to make an appointment. Secretary was crass, told me that I was a rare case and never heard of customers being leary of going to the dentist. I asked about freezing for cleaning and regarding bonding. She again said she never heard of someone being apprehensive about the dentist, I ended the call, what planet are you from? That's common and this woman is steering clients away. Horrible service would never go there.

I have been there twice for cleaning and a routine checkup since Dr Johnson retired. Over the many years that he treated me I may have had two cavities. My first visit (9 months ago) to the new dentist revealed that I had two cavities so I had them filled. My second visit yesterday was much the same (different dentist again).First time that I have had to take pain killers from having my teeth cleaned as my gums were very sore. Again I was told that I have 3 cavities and multiple spots to watch. My gut feel is that Dr Johnson would have continued to keep an eye on them and not jumped so fast to fill them. Not feeling comfortable with the new staff so I think its time for a change.P.S. Staff at the front desk is great!

My appt. was for 3:40. When the reminder call was received; the time had been changed to 3:50 with no call made ahead to me to be sure the later time was okay. I made it clear my time was for 3:40 as I had other commitments right after. When I got to the office I was left sitting until 4:00. My time is just a valuable as everyone else's. I am expected to keep my time. I expect the same courtesy from them. Otherwise it was not a bad experience.

The office seems updated now with the same cleanliness and friendliness it always had. The new dentists also offer newer technologies (invisalign, 3D scanning etc). I highly recommend Amanda as a dental hygienist!

I haven't had a good experience there yet, last two times I've gone in they had me booked in for the wrong thing I had a root canal and it took almost two hrs so they said we will give you a temporary filling and book you in for the real filling another day. With that I feel I'll be booked for maybe a few days later or maybe a week or two no it was two months later. In that time I can't eat or floss on that side. Then covid happened so that appointment got cancelled which is completely understandable but when they get me in for the next "available" appointment which is now August 19th its not even to finish the job they started 7 months ago it was for a cleaning like they forgot I needed my filling done. The receptionist also shook her head in annoyment because I wanted to reschedule to finish this job. Not the first time this has happened either I'll be looking for new dentist immediately

Dear Dr. Abdel-Kader, Since 1978 my dentist was Dr. Johnston, who just recently retired. My teeth are extremely important to me, so when the new dentist, Dr. Abdel-Kader took over Dr. Johnston's practice I must say I was anxious about the care I would receive.
