Horrible experience I contacted Dr Smileys office a week ago for an emergency and was told I need to wait a week for an examination. Then was contacted again to be told even if Dr. Smiley does examine me he won't be able to do anything for me until the end of March. This is very dissapointing as I believe I should be treated just as any other patient here. I believe its because I haven't been to this dentist in awhile because I moved out of town and now I am back and was treated poorly which shouldn't matter as they have my past history and information and know I had been there before. Personally I will never go back or reccomend this dentsit to anyone, its not just about the money its about providing great customer service to those in need. Even when I was told there was nothing he could really do for me as of right now they did not reccomend anyother kind helpful gesture but to find a new dentist!

The best dentist I ever had!!! Dr Smaily is very knowledgeable and he has a gift to make you feel relax when he is doing the procedure. Unfortunately after having radiation treatment my teeth are very sensitive and need constant repairs. Dr Smaily is very gentle and caring. I highly recommend him and his friendly staff.

Dr Smaily is the best dentist I have ever had. He really cares about his patients and does excellent work. I switched from another Dentist close by and the experience with Dr Smaily is great. Dr Smaily does a great job to explain everything to you and does not try to "find" work to do in your mouth. He only recommends what is necessary and is very honest with his advice. The supporting staff is also amazing and I have enjoyed every visit to the dentist since joining. Dr Smaily is the exact dentist I had been searching for: honest, genuine, and great at his job! Highly recommend this dentist office.

Who ever thought of giving a dentist a 5 star rating. Smaily Dental deserves my 5 star. I wasn't even their patient but was told to contact him from a co worker to help with a severe toothache I was having. When I called the office and explained about the severe pain I was having, they told me they had a cancelation the next morning.(thank you to the person who canceled ????) They did a full exam with jaw and teeth x-rays and Dr. Smaily knew what tooth was giving me trouble. He mentioned a root canal but that would only provide relief for 6 months. He said it was cracked right down to the root and it had to be pulled. He asked if I could come back after his last appointment that day to pull it! Thank you to all the staff members who also stayed later to help out. I'm on the road to recovery and feeling much better. Thank you!

Bilal is a great dentist and provides great advice. We went to him for a second opinion 4 years ago and he saved us thousands of dollars on unnecessary dental work. We've been going here ever since. The dental hygienists are excellent, friendly, professional. And they are really great with my kids. Update: I've been going to this dentist for a few years now. They are always great with my kids. My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist, me at that age I never could have imagined that. I recently had a big filling done by Dr. Kim. She was excellent! Very patient, explained the process well and very thoughtful about treatment and care. Highly recommend

When I walked into Dr. Smaily's Office, it had a very positive vibe about it. It was clean, orderly and had kid-friendly amenities. The staff were very friendly, helpful and patient with my nervousness. But, I was very impressed with the kindness and understanding of Dr. Smaily. He never made light of the fact that I am terrified of dental procedures. The suite has state of the art equipment, and options were given options that fit within my budget. When I lost my job, he allowed me to continue payments in installments since some extensive work was done. I would recommend Dr. Smaily and his great staff to Kitchener and to kids! This is my daughters third dentist and hopefully last. She has had horrible experiences with previous dentist. They knew how to handle a scared child who was afraid of getting her cavity done. Dr. Smaily is NICE to you, if you're nice to him. I had excellent employee coverage but he hated dealing with insurance companies. He never froze my gums before he poked the needle into my gums; then he CHARGED my insurance company for something he never did. He's a muslim crook big time!

He not only performs regular dental work, checkups but is also an outstanding surgeon and goes above and beyond to make your smile the best. I’ve never met a dental surgeon like him and I will never go to anyone else. All 3 of my adult kids are also patients and they had some traumatic events with past dentists when they were young and used to suffer from anxiety before each appointment but Dr Smailey has changed all of that with his caring mannerisms and understanding. I highly recommend his dental office!

From the first check up he told me everything, what happened, what should have happened, and what he will do to fix everything. He is very smart doctor. His staff are very nice and professional. Always welcoming, and professional. I highly recommend! Im thankful to have found a dental office as great as this one. Dr.Smaily always has a smile on his face, he does amazing work and is honest with his recommendations. His work is impeccable!!! I have never had to return for any sort of adjustment. I have had many procedures done by Dr.Smaily including porcelain Vaneers on the top and bottom. I constantly get compliments on my perfect teeth and no one believes when I tell them they are veneers because they look so natural. The staff always has a positive upbeat persona and they do a great job making you feel comfortable. My small kids love when I tell them it is time to go to the dentist. My son is autistic and has trouble sometimes sitting still. Everyone is very patient and explained everything with him which is so important to gain his trust. Thank you Dr. Smaily and team for making trips to the dentist the easiest and most positive experience for my whole family. I can honestly say I look forward to my visits.

Dr Smaily and all his staff are very friendly. His hygienists are the best I have ever experienced! Dr Smaily does excellent dental work. I had an old filling that had been filled by a previous dentist who left a gap that food got stuck in and was hard to clean. Dr Smaily fixed the old filling and there isn’t a gap for food to get stuck in. Cleaning that tooth is much easier now. I have been going to Dr Smaily for 2 years and have had excellent dental work every appointment.!
