I’ve been a client in this practice for a number of years and was referred here originally by another dentist upon her retirement. I’m delighted by the care and professionalism of all team members. Their competencies and efforts on staying current in dental methods from all disciplines whether it be my Hygenist (Ingrid), Dental Assistant (Loretta) or Dentist (Dr Peterson) are much appreciated, knowing I’m getting great care.

The admin staff were helpful, friendly and thorough. The dentist (Dr. Ponsford) and hygienist (Montana) both had a light touch, and were methodical and informative about their observations throughout the intake examination. All processes seemed well-honed and well-paced, and advice about elective procedures seemed well-grounded in practicality and viability rather than potential profit for the clinic. At least three among the staff made separate, unsolicited yet genuine remarks praising the quality of the team at the clinic. I feel like I’m in good hands. ????????

I've been to Meadowbrook Dental Centre for a number of years. Ingrid is the best dental hygienist and she always takes the time to make sure your teeth are nice and clean. She is very knowledgeable and takes all needs of the patient into consideration. I recently had dental work completed by Dr. Ponsford and was satisfied with her work and patient care. Dr. Godbout performed my last check up and was funny, personable, and very knowledgeable, as well. The clinic is warm and welcoming, with all staff being friendly and nice.

I have been a patient at Meadowbrook Dental Centre for 8 years! Like many of us...the last 18 months have been a challenge that has taken many different twists and turns. Long story ...short at my last dental appointment my Dentist, Dr. Stephanie Ponsford asked if anything had changed in my eating habits? It was a very nice way of asking why I would have 3 cavities after having none for years. Dr. Ponsford recommended a filling for one side of my mouth and explore a crown for the other side...which was a little more "involved". I am so incredibly pleased with my results...that I asked if there was a way to express how impressed I was. Sensitivities in both sides of my mouth are completely gone.....and I can chew like a Great White Shark. I have asked Dr . Ponsford to explore other options for my teeth so that I can keep my own teeth for many years to come. I am looking forward to more crowns(1 or 2) and perhaps 1 or 2 dental implants that will last forever. For me, Covid 19 has meant that I have gained 19 pounds...because for whatever reason, I started eating all kinds of desserts and cookies and stuff late at night(hence 3 cavities). Meadowbrook Dental Centre has been incredible with me......Their Covid Protocols are the best I have ever seen and I am a Frontline worker throughout this entire Pandemic. I am grateful to the team here and Dr. Ponsford has been awesome......and not judgemental at all. My teeth feel incredible and I recommend Meadowbrook Dental Centre to everyone reading this! Especially if your are prone to eat Chocolate chip Cookies at 11:pm...just before your got to bed to watch the news! Sincerely, Red Lollar

I am very impressed with Dr. Yan WU and his dental assistant Andrea. I never felt the freezing needles. I recently had a tooth extracted and Dr. WU called the next day to make sure I was ok and not experiencing any problems. Dr. WU is thorough and always explains more complicated procedures and provides all options. Andrea is wonderful and we always share some laughs. Highly recommend this Dental Clinic.

Professional and personable front office staff. Dr. Brown provided a second opinion that I decided to follow through with and I am very happy with that decision. What he recommended fixed my issue and in the end cost me less than what another dentist suggested I do. I felt comfortable in their office thanks to the friendly staff and their comprehensive COVID-19 protocols. Hi, I have recently had the pleasure of having Dr. Pondsford work on my teeth. Since then I have had a very different way of living. First she filled in some of my teeth on my back molars. Ever since my teeth have felt stronger and I'm feeling less uncomfortable when I'm chewing my food. Life-changing!. I also had Dr. Pondsford prepare and fit me for a new nighttime mouthguard. I had been having trouble sleeping for a few years. Since I started wearing my new nighttime mouthguard I have been sleeping through the night again. And when I wake I no longer have aches and pains in my jaw and back of my neck and shoulders. I'm so grateful for all Dr. Pondsford's hard work, care and concern to ensure my teeth are feeling better as well as following up with me to ensure I'm feeling better.
