We switched to Dr. Tessier after having a horrible experience at another Kingston office. How refreshing!!! The staff at this office are super friendly, as is Dr. Tessier. You can tell he takes his job seriously, and he has taken good care of myself and my family members. The way that we are treated at this office, well, our family feels like a part of Dr. Tessier's family too. The office is also conveniently located with lots of free parking. Thank you so much, Dr. Tessier and staff. We really value your services and personal level of service. Update - I left this practice after a crown was put on the wrong tooth.

I initially thought this was a great dental office with warm and welcoming staff, then I missed an appointment due to a family emergency and didn't notify the dental office in a timely manner. They refused to book any further appointments with me or provide me with any service at all until a $50.00 fee was paid for missing my appointment which is unfortunate.

Early September 2013, a routine checkup, dental hygienist calls the doc., he takes a picture, I see it on the screen, recognized it, doc sends pic. to E.T.N. doc. I started radiation treatment within two weeks, continued for a couple of months, maybe a bit longer. Almost five years ago. I'm still alive and healthy. Yes it was cancer.

My two upper front teeth were disintegrating with age & wear & tear, and l couldn't afford new crowns. So Dr. Tessier rebuilt those teeth from scratch, by hand, improvising with the materials at hand-- all of which required creativity & skill on his part.
