Dental Care Kingston is efficient and friendly, and the hygienists haven't patronized or talked down to me the way they have at other places. They are informative, and keep me involved in my own dental care. As a Queen's student, I find their booking, follow-up, knowledge of Queen's insurance, and personalized care super convenient. Many of the hygienists have children who attend(ed) Queen's, and they are genuinely interested in your life. They do a superb job cleaning, and recommend services with integrity (they don't exploit your insurance or provide unnecessary service). My health has always been their first concern.

As someone who is phobic about Dentists....Dental Care Kingston put me at ease instantly. A very warm and welcoming environment. Everyone was very polite and friendly. They certainly were thorough in examining my teeth and giving very realistic advice on dental hygiene. I highly recommend them.

I just started coming here and I just gotta say that Dr. Naran and her staff are extremely nice and they listen to my concerns. I had a bad experience in the past, and I still feel very nervous about going to the dentist for treatment. Dr Naran makes me feel comfortable. 5 stars just isn't a high enough rating. My rating for Dental Care Kingston would be a 10/10 :)

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Naran for about 30 years. She has provided good care from routine services to root canals, crowns and anything else we have needed. Excellent dentist. Initial cleaning is done by hygienists, most of whom are also excellent. There is one however that is overly aggressive and leaves your teeth aching for days. Avoid her and you'll have a wonderful experience.

I had the most delightful experience thus far from out of all great dental clinics I have been to. I did general examination and cleaning with Maureen and Dr. Lam and they both were great (very nice and genuine). When Maureen was examining/cleaning my teeth I felt like I could fall asleep. She was definitely experienced, well-trained, and skilled. She also took time to give me a detailed instruction on how to brush/floss teeth properly with some sample goodies. Reception staff was also very helpful. Overall, I had an amazing experience but I would like to note that I did not have any traumatic experience at dental clinics so that also helped.

Love this dental office. The front staff are friendly, the hygienists are so gentle, and Dr. Naran always makes me feel comfortable, and--most of all--heard. Honestly, it's such a beautiful office, you can't help but want to keep coming back. And it's only a short walk from my office. Couldn't ask for a better dentist!

It looks like they found a way to clear all their bad reviews so I'm reposting my previous review. If you have slightly high blood pressure do not go here. They will test you with a faulty blood pressure machine and then deny care but take your money for doing nothing. I had an appointment with a male dentist there, sorry did not get his name. After leaving I spent 3 days researching and every guideline from the governing bodies (I.e. royal college of dental surgeons, etc.) list much higher limits before denying care for invasive procedures. My procedure required could hardly be considered invasive and even their faulty blood pressure machine didn't get me close to those numbers. They set up another appointment with the caveat that they would not provide care if blood pressure was high still, just take more of my money. All my research to date leads me to believe that the dentist there is either lazy and didn't want to work that morning, is a crook that is just stealing my money, or is a pest who is trying to force unnecessary medical decisions upon me out of a misguided understanding of his place in my medical care. Either way I cancelled the second appointment as I am not willing to risk my dental health to figure out which of these horrible options he is. And I recommend that you all do the same.
