Have been going here for about a year and I love it. I've had check-ups, cleanings, fillings, and been fitted for a night guard. All have be straightforward, professional, and anxiety free. The staff are AMAZING. Always friendly, give great conversation and dental advice, and provide top notch service. I am absolutely gutted to be moving cities, but have booked in one more check up with them when I know I'll be in Kingston next year. That's how much I like them. Highly recommended, without hesitation!

The dentist who does the wisdom teeth removal is awful, he tried to force me into spending more money on the procedure than I needed to. When I told him I was uncomfortable with being put under and didn’t have the money either(because I don’t have insurance) he refused to do it until I would agree to what he wanted to do. My first experience there with the two women who did my checkup/cleaning was great they were so nice and friendly. But I feel as though they were the only ones. Other people there are rude and unhelpful. Do not follow up with consultations, appointments or information needed. If I could give less than one star I would. Do not waste your money here. Overpriced to be treated poorly. Will not be returning.

I have been to a few dentists but Dr "H" is the best. Dr H makes you feel that you are part of the family. It's not just a business with him, it's his personal interest in you, as a person. He is very interested in your well being and works vey hard at making you feel comfortable while getting your smile back. I would recommend Dr. H, to anyone looking for a good dentist. Dr H will treat you with the out most care and respect.

This is the best dental office in Kingston. I was always afraid of going to the dentist but Dr H is amazing, he talks to you and explains what's best and makes sure you're comfortable with everything that he is going to do. All the dental hygienist are so professional and pretty much awesome. I can't say enough good things about this place, the entire place is spotless, extremely affordable and the staff at the front counter are so helpful and nice. A++

The staff are nice and the place is clean but dealing with their payment system is a nightmare. They still require payment when the procedure is 100% covered by your insurance, then it takes an eternity for them to pay you back. I'd recommend just paying yourself and having your insurance company reimburse you, so you get your money back the next day instead of waiting for a month.

I went to this office to get Wisdom teeth treated. The entire team at this office was professional and friendly. The dentists and the specialists at this office are informative, kind and attentive. I've always been told that 'you should do something about your wisdom teeth' however nobody explained in this much detail what I should know before making the decision. The doctor made sure that I knew my option. He also explained and made sure that I can certainly leave them alone if the risks of the extractions were not acceptable to me. I was given different sedation options as well including a choice of full sedation. I decided to go with IV sedation for my wisdom teeth extractions. To my surprise, these were covered by my insurance and the admin staffs were very helpful to process my claims. It has been about two months now and I've healed very well. I am glad I made a good decision. The doctors at Cataraqui Family Dental really helped me out with the entire process. I can't be happier with my decision and its outcome. I have referred my family and friends to this place and I recommend this office with confidence to anyone who is looking for good dentists

I had my first tooth filled in probably 30 years and I decided to brave it and try it without the nitrous. Any dental work I have had done I always have the gas. Dr. Judy and Kassidy were the lucky two that had to deal with me, I can be a bit of a baby when it comes to any pain. So off we went, had 2 needles for freezing and was getting ready to get hysterical once I heard all the noises from the dental equipment. Well to my surprise, that never happened, what did happen was Dr. Judy and Kassidy were so spectacular and gentle at what they do and made me feel so relaxed, I kept falling asleep thru the procedure. I woke myself up each time because I started to make sleeping sounds, ok, I started snoring. How embarrassing. But if I can fall asleep while I am having a tooth filled, that tells you what a great place Catarqui Family Dental is and what a wonder how wonderful Dr. Judy and Kassidy are. I am a patient for life.

Very disappointed. Was looking for a new dental clinic and took a chance on Cataraqui Family Dental, was able to get an appointment to have a check up of ongoing tooth pain. I was told I had "sensitive teeth" which I clearly knew that there was more going on than just that, so I agreed to come in for another appointment which led to having 2 of my teeth being shaved down which wasn't needed. After 4 appointments nothing had been done about my continuous tooth ache feeling like I was getting the run around. Fast forward a week later and a new clinic I come to find out I had a severe fracture to my tooth and it had abscessed, resulting in me a needing root canal and possibitly of the tooth needing to be extracted. Not impressed at all..

My child needed sedation to have cavities treated. I called around and found this place - has a children's dental specialist and facility for full sedation. They were able to see my child and treat her under sedation. The whole proces was very smooth. The dentist and staff were very kind and nice - making this experience very pleasant.

Absolutely amazing! Far more accommodating than anywhere I’ve ever been. I highly recommend this office. LOVELY, informed, helpful, professional staff who really took the time to get to know my records as a new patient. Beautiful office and conveniently located right at the mall. Dr. H wasn’t happy with the quality of my ex rays from my old office and happily retook them for me at no charge. Very impressed and appreciative of the time ALL staff took to help me through the transition. Check them out!
