I haven't seen a dentist in over 10 years then I broke a tooth. I called Waterford Dental since they are new, I figured I would give then a try. All I can say is WOW! Very professional, friendly staff. They made me feel really welcome. Dr. Raj is really good at putting my fears at ease. I had a crown put in and I couldn't feel a thing. I had to come back to get my permanent crown put on and again, it was super fast. I had a cleaning by Alyanna, and it was very thorough an my teeth felt very clean after. I can't recommend them more!!

Never in my life did I think I would EVER take the time to write a review about a dental clinic, but here I am doing just that! It has been a couple of years since I saw a dentist or hygienist, as I always found cleanings to be uncomfortable because of sensitivity to cold water and air, so I kept putting it off, but realized I had to go soon because oral hygiene is so important. From the moment I finally brought myself to call and make an appointment, I knew I was in good hands. I love that the initial "paperwork" that needed to be filled out, could be done and submitted online rather than having to tediously fill them out by hand at my first appointment. Easy-peasy! Being greeted with a warm welcome and smile by Charmaine as soon as I walked in the door did wonders to make me feel at ease. Since it was my first appointment, a bunch of x-rays were needed. What a cool experience that was with their state-of-the-art equipment! Then seeing my teeth in colour, at various angles, on the large tv screen was SO much better than seeing them on a black and white x-ray held up to a light box! It helped so much to have the visual when Alyanna was showing me areas of gum recession, as she was putting my mind at ease about my fears of sensitivity during the cleaning process. Similarly, when Dr. Raj was explaining treatment options (going forward)… it helped tremendously to see my fillings, etc. in colour so that I knew exactly what he meant. Alyanna is without a doubt the best hygienist I have ever had. Coming from someone who dreaded having their teeth cleaned, that is saying a lot! She was knowledgeable, informative, efficient, caring, funny and super easy to talk to. She gave me a heads up if she thought I might have a bit of discomfort when she was about to work on a particular area (there was NO discomfort, by the way), and checked to make sure I was doing ok throughout the cleaning process. After my check-up (and getting a clean bill of health!) Dr. Raj took the time to discuss my concerns and was very clear and thorough when explaining a future treatment plan. There was no pressure and no judgement at all. To say I was very impressed with my entire experience is an understatement. I HIGHLY recommend Waterford Smile Co to everyone, and have been raving about them to my friends and family.

First visit, great first impression. Staff: Authentically nice, very calm, very personable, respectful, very professional. I feel very comfortable with the people who work here, from the front desk, to the hygienist and Dr. Raj. Based on the inter-office interactions I observed, the staff has a good office culture. To me how staff are treated internally is just as important as how they treat their customers. Setting: Very well done. Great decor, clean lines in the interior design. You feel calm and at ease here. Experience: My first time was a good one! I was greeted upon arrival, everyone that engaged me regularly checked in on my comfort and awareness of the process. I knew what to expect, and why things were being done. They have interesting tools, including a 360 X-ray scanner and a 3-D teeth scanning device. It it provides a better way to monitor my dental health, I’m fine with that. For your first visit be prepared to spend 15 minutes of them taking scans and pictures of you. It doesn’t diminish the overall quality of the experience. Paperwork: For my upcoming work they produced a printout with the cost of my service, with the insurance coverage discount, and the remaining balance. It’s well-designed report that’s easy to understand. Overall: Waterford Smile, you put a literal and figurative smile on my face. Well done.

I was referred to Waterford Smile Co by a friend who had her Invisalign treatment done. So happy with how my teeth turned out! Dr Jeal and the staff are lovely and accommodating. I was able to complete my Invisalign treatment throughout Covid lockdown safely without having to postpone anything. Definitely recommend this place!

This had to have been the best experience I've had going to the dentist. Right from when you walk in the door and are greeted by Charmaine, you automatically feel welcomed in, and already get the friendly kind of vibe Waterford Smile has got going on. I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years, just because of negligence. Which none of them ever made me feel guilty about at all. Alyanna was super nice, and made my whole cleaning and check up go fast and easy. I ended up needing a root canal unfortunately, but thankfully to my surprise they told me they were able to do it for me the same day since I had a free day. I never would have expected that kind of speed or service with something like this. Dr.Raj and Melissa made sure that my root canal went as easy and painless as possible. I can't compare this to other root canals, since I've never had one before, but aside from the fact you don't really want to have a root canal done, I'd say that this experience was super easy and enjoyable. Aside from just the root canal, Dr.Raj explained a few other problems I had and added some suggestions, but never made me feel like I was being forced into doing anything, every procedure they laid out for me was left completely up to what i wanted to do going forward. Like I said, best possible experience I think you could have at the dentist, I would and definitely will be recommending! Thanks for all the great work guys!

ive been with smile co at waterford for the last two years and the quality of service and empathy is outstanding! dr ambara and dr nguyen are literally the best. Ive always been afraid of dental work and extractions etc but their technique and attention to detail is beyond what words can express! ive had three extractions for dental work and literally ZERO pain! they make sure youre comfortable and feel at ease! Not only is their quality of work 5 stars but the entire staff is friendly and personable and you get ZERO judgement on any situation you are in! Very high tech and you can tell the staff care about you and that you’re not just a patient! Alyanna is very informative during the cleaning. I like the fact that I didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room or to see the dentist. At my previous dental office - I would wait an hour to see the dental hygienist and then another 30 mins-1 hour to see the dentist. Waterford Smile Co definitely are always on time!

I recently switched to SmileCo because they opened another location close to me and I am so happy that I did! The staff are very open, friendly and thorough. When I was getting my teeth cleaned, Alyanna (the hygienist) explained different things she was doing and why, which was nice because while I would get my teeth cleaned routinely, nothing was ever explained to me before. I do want to say that after having my teeth cleaned, I honestly feel that it has never felt so clean before - and again, I would normally go for a cleaning every 6 months at my old dental office. I am often weary about going to my dental appointments as I have sensitive teeth and when I do go to my appointments I would usually come home with aches and sensitivity. After having my cleaning done and fixing two fillings at SmileCo. I had NO pain or sensitivity at all! I even received a follow-up from Dr. Nguyen to check how I was doing (as I had mentioned in my initial consultation that I was worried about teeth sensitivity), which has never happened to me in the past. I highly recommend SmileCo. and I am so happy that I made the switch!

Took my nephew here he had a horrible experience so much so that he felt the need to tell me about in detail. After hearing how my sister and nephew were treated and how the dental work done was below subpar with serious repercussions due to improper handling “he’s already seen a new dentist who confirmed the malpractice and now have to have specialist come in to meet”. I had no choice but to come here and WARN people that this place has no respect for its customers who spend hundreds and thousands of dollars. As a family man who works hard for his money I can only hope you take my words into consideration before you take yourself or a loved one to this establishment and potentially cause yourself harm

Seriously the best dental clinic in Winnipeg!! After not going to a dentist for over 6 years, the smile team was able to fix my smile again. Ive had three root canals with multiple fillings done by 3 different dentists (yikes I know) and Dr. Nguyen was by far my favourite dentist (Dr. Jeal a close second) that I've had!! She made sure I was okay during the procedures and I couldn't even feel the freezing needles going in. She also had no judgement at all towards my broken smile while doing her absolute best of repairing the problems. Instead she encouraged and gave me hope that I will have healthy teeth once again!! Thanks Dr. Nguyen!! Their Dental assistants Melissa and Elisa always made sure I was comfortable during the procedures. Melissa made sure to follow up the next day after my appointment to make sure I was felling okay and was very helpful answering any questions I had. Thanks Melissa!! Alyanna is the best dental hygienist you can get!! she makes getting your teeth cleaned a fun experience instead of a scary one!! She is sweet and caring. Not only does she do the best job making sure your teeth are pearly white but also makes sure you are comfortable at all times!! Thanks Alyanna!! Overall, a great place to get dental work done if you are thinking about it!! The ladies at the front make payments and appointment booking very easy as well. One of the best visits I have ever had! The office was very clean and they followed COVID protocols properly. The receptionist was very friendly and my hygienist Alyanna was the best! I had the greatest experience with Dr. Alayna Alambra and hygienist Alyanna . They both made me feel so welcomed and comfortable . Alyanna did a great job on my teeth and was so careful while cleaning , adjusting to make sure I was comfortable . She took the time to walk me through everything I needed and helped me to prioritize what I should do first based on what I was able to do at the time . She also took the time to explain the details of the procedures I would need and did a thorough exam of my teeth. I'm so glad to have found Waterford Smile Co.! After having some bad experiences at other dental offices, I decided to give them a shot. I haven't been to the dentist in over 2 years, but the Waterford Smile staff was very welcoming and non-judgmental. Alyanna was an awesome hygienist; very thorough and informative. Dr. Raj is a top-notch dentist. When it came to fixing my tooth issues, he explained all of the options available and let me choose without being pressured. I’ve been at Waterford Smile Co for about a year and a half I believe and I cannot say enough great things about the place! The staff is really amazing and very welcoming. I’ve seen all three dentists in the past year and they are very knowledgeable, thorough, and will gladly help you with any insecurities about your teeth. Alyanna, my hygienist, is the best! I began my search for a dentist who specializes in cosmetic dentistry approximately two years ago, and after much seraching, I chose Dr. Nathan Jeal from Winnipeg Square/Waterford Smile Co. I've disliked my smile for years as a result of poor dentistry work in the past (different dentist, different city). After undergoing Invisalign treatment, I decided it was time to fix what I didn't like! I underwent bleaching treatments and veneers and the outcome has been AMAZING! I absolutely love my smile now and have developed more self confidence since. Along with the amazing outcome, the journey was just as incredible. As a health care provider myself, and living many hours away from Winnipeg, I can truly say my overall experience has been incredible; from the moment I had my consult to the last appointment when my veneers were in place. The staff and Dr. Jeal are so positive, kind, understanding, accommodating and professional and completely realistic. They genuinely take the time to get to know you so you, listen and advocate for any concerns you have. They worked effortlessly with me, to accommodate appointment times due to the travel to and from Winnipeg, ensuring I left smiling and happy after every appointment. Dr Jeal bases his plan around what the patient has identified and wants as an outcome (does not fluff up the situation at all), with of course his advice and guidance along the way. The end outcome is what I went in for my consult with on day one and I couldn't be more happier with the outcome. Long story short - if you are in search for cosmetic dentistry work, look no further. You will be completely 100% satisfied with the customer service, communication, professionalism, and the entire experience, and it is worth every penny!

I went in for a cleaning with Alyanna and was really nervous as I have had painful experiences from previous cleanings at other dental offices. She was very gentle and was consistently asking if I was doing okay during the cleaning. She made sure I was informed during my cleaning as to what she was doing throughout the entire appointment. I had a great experience! The office itself is extremely warm and welcoming, and It was one of my first visits there. Yesterday was my first visit here, and the experience was very positive! Unlike my previous experience with dental offices, Alyanna and Dr. Raj was very professional and informative. the staff was awsome Dr Raj was the best dentist I've ever had. I've had past bad experiences at other offices and been afraid to go back, usually have a panic attack at a dental office. Dr Raj made me feel I could trust him and was able to relax. Went in for a cleaning and ended up getting much needed work done all in the same visit. I would highly recommend this office and Dr Raj and his assistant Melissa

I had a cleaning last week and I'm normally anxious when getting cleanings done, because I have had some painful cleanings. I had gotten my teeth cleaned and checked out by Alyanna and she was super gentle! I would recommend seeing her if you're scared of painful cleanings.

Despite having numerous mouth appliances as early as the age of 7, I’ve always been unsatisfied with the aesthetic of my teeth. I’ve been looking for a dental clinic that would provide me with the care I sought and when I saw the motives and professionalism advertised about smile co. I made the switch and I’m beyond satisfied! The young and enthusiastic staff are knowledgeable, understanding and easy going. In addition to the passionate staff members, I also enjoyed the clinic itself because it was clean, modern and high tech (they have Netflix and Spotify to entertain patients during their appointments which I totally love). From the receptionist to the dental hygienist, dental assistants and the dentists, it is easy to see their passion in their line of work. I got exactly what I was looking for which ended up being the opposite of what I was longing for all along. With the help of Dr. Nguyen’s honesty, knowledge and skills, I was able to make a plan that worked for me financially and functionally. As a student aspiring to go into dentistry, I’m extremely glad I chose smile co because I feel that I have strong new role models like Dr. Nguyen to look up to and who are more than willing to offer advice about their expertise.
