I recently had an appointment here after the changes because of the pandemic, and I found they handled it all very well, for having to implement all these changes and still be able work with their patients.

Very pleased with the dental services I received this morning at Odyssey Dental Care. The entire staff, from the greeter who did the pandemic related screening at the door, to the Dental Assistant Kelsey and Dentist Dr. Mikaela Nykoluk were all caring, and professional. They all paid meticulous attention to detail, both for Coronavirus protection and for the dental services I received. I experienced no pain and minimal discomfort during my procedure. I am already eating corn on the cob for lunch today. Cost of services were quite reasonable and the final bill was actually lower than the estimate. I will definitely be returning to Odyssey Dental Care for all of my future dental services.

They have the most professional staff and great equipment. If you have a fear of the Dentist, go to Odyssey. They treat you very good. Joan has eliminated my fears of going to the Dentist and it is now an enjoyable experience for me! Very highly recommended!!! When you can get 2 fillings done in one sitting and just about fall asleep, then you know that you have the best. These guys are beyond pros. They care.

Beautiful dental office and very fancy-looking, but I got the overall feeling they were more concerned with making money off me than for my oral health. The dentist I saw kept insisting that I needed braces (I've seen other dentists elsewhere since who assured me that I don't) and wouldn't give me straight answers when I asked if it was medically necessary. They seem like a perfectly fine dental office, but be aware of the upsell if you go here!

Today was my third visit and I’m so comfortable there. Just be honest on your patient intake form and they’ll make sure your needs and concerns are met. Due to previous problems at the dentist I have developed considerable anxiety whenever I hear the word "dentist." My visit to Odyssey however was a much better experience. Didn't cure my anxiety but I was treated with respect and put at ease through the extraction procedure. There are so many things I love about Odyssey dental that I feel really bad leaving a three-star review. The hygienist I see there is the best I've seen in my life and that is no exaggeration. They also have scheduling system that integrates with automated text messages which makes it so easy to deal with reminders and rescheduling and the best part is they have somebody actually answering the reply texts. However, the dentistry work leaves so much to be desired. Over the course of multiple visits the dentist missed a cracked filling which got dealt with only when I came and saw a different dentist and demanded that it be looked at. There are other specific problems which I consider to be incompetence on the part of the dentist, which I believe caused me to lose a molar. I have impeccable oral care and routine professional cleaning so the fault is not with me. Today I let my hygienist know that she's the only reason I'm even going there anymore and I have made a personal decision to stop using them for dentistry services. But I will continue to go for my cleanings, because I am not exaggerating when I say I have never had more gentle, professional, thorough cleaning work done.

Over charge after insurance 600$, even though they asked if i would like to pay more and i told no. Tooth that was in pain was not done because dentist feel like other teeth might have potential problem in future, but the one that in pain just put temporary filling for 1 month so that they can make more money from costumers. Had my first filling ever done today !, was done by Dr Cheryl Bacala, barely felt the needle as she froze area first with the gel, and took her time Doing the filling and adjusting my bite so I didn’t feel a thing and can’t even tell I have a filling in the area! Mask wearing for patients, staff and full PPE along with sanitzation made the experience stress free. The door was also locked and I was greeted and screened prior to entry! I've been seeing Doctor Jerry Baluta since the mid 1980's and always had a wonderful experience. Over the years I've seen other dentists and hygienist at the clinic as well. Everyone working there from the front desk staff, hygienist to the doctors (dentists) are kind, patient and caring individuals. The particular visit on Aug. 17, 2021 I came in for a cleaning which was way overdue because of my own neglect for personal reasons. I was ashamed & embarrassed but my hygienist (Taryn) was amazing. She was very kind, compassionate, understanding and professional. She did an amazing job and made me feel much more at ease. Also gave me names of toothpaste that will help me at home with the care of my teeth. After my x-ray Dr. Baluta did an overall check up & he too was very caring and compassionate. I've always wanted to post a review but just kept forgetting, so this time it's a long one. Lol. Now being in the times of Covid etc, the clinic is highly following the protocols to keep the patients and staff safe. A great BIG THANK YOU to Dr. Baluta and Taryn as well as the rest the wonderful staff????????????!

My wife went there for basic checkup and she was assured that they will only perform treatments that are covered from her work under group insurance plan. They performed the basic teeth cleanup and somehow extended it to 3 appointments but they told her she won't need to pay anything but on her last appointment all of a sudden they told her that she need to pay $100 plus tax because they went over the limit covered by plan by mistake! That was totally unexpected, It's not about the money but that is very unprofessional and providing inaccurate information. I think they are just all about the money, they made money from her insurance plan and then made her pay as well. Not satisfied by the quality of service. Don't recommend going there, I believe there are better clinics to choose in this area.

I never leave comments but this place deserves it. My dentist that I previously used didnt listen to what I was saying about how much pain I was in and that I needed something done immediately. They sent me home with something for the swelling. I had one of the worst nights of my life. My whole head was throbbing. First thing in the morning I called Odyssey and they said they had a cancellation and because I had my xrays sent over from the other office they were able to book me in and operate within 3 hours notice. I will forever be grateful for their efficiency. Most businesses can take a page from their book. When I was there they didnt lecture me on the state of my teeth. They didnt waste time with meaningless conversation. I just wanted to get in and out. Immediately after the operation my head stopped burning from the infection. They took plenty of xrays to make sure everything was perfect. Honestly this place is miles ahead of other dental offices. Professional and to the point. Highly recommend.

I truly appreciate their genuine effort to preserve the tooth, and then the extraction itself was quick and painless. I'm not in a habit of reviewing services. Three text messages and reminders are excellent. Even wiring in car until they are ready and then ethylene text you to come in. The receptionist doing the screening ws pleasant and thorough. The hygienist let you kno what to expect, was super polite and friendly. Dentist was efficient and explained clearly hat needed to be done. Overall a good experience.

Dr Cheryl is great I've been seen by her twice, and both times she made me feel very comfortable. She took time to explain every step and made sure that it all went according to my preference .Her assistant on the other hand was quite distracted and did not do a great job of supporting Cheryl or I on the day I had my fillings done, and that's the only reason I am not giving 5 stars!
