The dentist tried to "save me" from a root canal but in turn cause the nerve to die in my tooth. He did the filling about a year ago, I went back this January complaining of pain and instead of investigating he did the simplest thing and grinded my tooth down. It fixed the pain but it allowed for more bacteria grow and just last week i had to take 3 days off work to get a proper root canal. I was also taken to small claims court by the office manager over a bill pertaining to an ex partner. Diane harrassed me and called me a liar and did not bother to look at any of the facts. Eventually we went to small claims and I won. If you are looking for a dentist that cares about you and treats you like a person DO NOT GO HERE.

Went there twice. I had a cleaning and some x-Rays done the first time. The woman doing the x-rays took about 5 because she said they just aren’t coming out right. The fifth time she said “oh well I guess I can’t get it. I’m sure it’s fine. The second time I went in with 2 concerns. 1 was that I had a pain in my tooth and another was that I had a spot on a tooth that I could not get off. So I made an appointment to have it looked at and to also have a cleaning. I told the hygienist my concerns and she said she will let the dr know once she has done the cleaning. Once she was done the cleaning she said rudely “Do you even know how to floss?” Then she proceeded to tell me that the cleaning took too long and that the Dr would not be able to see me. I asked if she could tell me anything about my sore tooth she said “Well if it’s still sore you’ll have to come back when the Dr can see you.” Needless to say I have not and will not go back. Such rude and unprofessional staff.

Dr. Cooney's freezing game is on point! ???? Six fillings done by her, all as painless as I could ask for. I've also had work done by Dr. Grant and one other younger male dentist, and they were both good as well. Nice facility too. The ladies behind the reception desk are always friendly and helpful. It's nice that they're open later in the evenings too

I personally hate the dentist, avoid it at all cost. I recently had to get work done and doctor Allan grant is the best dentist I've had in the 28 years I've been alive. I had a panic attack and even cried lol he made me feel so much better. The ladies at the front are always super nice chatty and great communication. My first appointment i was seen by the lady dentist i didn't really like her as i found her a bit rude I will request Dr Allan grant from now on

Everytime we have appointments here, it's always a pleasant experience. However, the procedure done for my husband last night was so frustrating because we needed to pay 109 dollars, just because the hygienist went over the number of units in scaling. This was not communicated prior to the procedure that we need to pay and I do hope that they double check first the limit in every patient's dental benefits because at this time not everyone has the extra 109 dollars for a dental appointment. Instead of us enjoying a 100% coverage with our dental benefits, here we are paying 109 dollars... UPDATE: i just talked to the assistant manager, thank you. Please note, it was not communicated before the procedure that we need to pay. I hope the hygienist would double check first with the dental benefits if it's covered and with the patient if he is ok to pay an additional cost. Which in our case it's not made known ahead of time.

I went there for a basic fill of a hole in my tooth from a childhood filling that had fallen out. I saw Dr. Alan GRANT. Keep in mind as you read that I did NOT see any other dentist in the place. The other dentist, Dr. Adelina Tan may be a great one, this review should not be taken against her as I do not know her work. I also had no complaints against the assistants who took the x-rays and such, they did the job just fine. This review should only apply to Dr. Grant. I went there for a basic fill of a hole in my tooth from a childhood filling that had fallen out. I had no pain coming in, just needed the hole filled. The dentist, Dr. Alan Grant, did some drilling and then filled the hole he had drilled bigger stating that "small fillings are harder to set in." I left there with pain in my mouth. I called a few days later and they said the pain should stop in a few weeks. I waited, but it had not gone away. I went back and the dentist and tried to explain what I thought the pain was, but he said: "I screw up people's bites everyday." I was so shocked by that statement, I told him he shouldnt tell his clients stuff like that. He did some more drilling to "adjust the bite" and said the pain should decrease. It has not weeks later. I literally cannot eat on that side, even simple brushing my teeth hurts. Remembber, I went in there with no pain. NO PAIN, and now I hurt with the slightest touch! I tried to explain to him that I could feel a hollow in my tooth, that it wasnt the bite, but he argued and argued and he drilled my other surrounding teeth to fix the "bite" no matter what I said. I can tell the hollow is still there when I touch it with my tongue. I know my own teeth, I have had them for 28 years and had never felt a hollow like this. Now I have to go back to my old dentist even though it is very far, because I'm afraid to trust a new one again. I will have to pay for more x-rays, and pay the cost to have his mistake fixed. Why? Because other wise he will just drill my teeth some more?!?! DO NOT TRUST Dr. Grant! He said it himself, "I screw up people's bite everyday." I never had problems with any dentist before.

The staff is very friendly, respectful, detail oriented, very knowledgeable, they go over and beyond to take good care of their patients. I just love this place! I highly recommend Kp dental. Previously went to another clinic which seemed to be in it just for the money. Drill out tiny hole (just soft spot not cavity) in tooth just to charge more money. Came here and was thoroughly impressed have seen 2 hygienist and Dr. Todd all awesome to deal with. My son also got ortho work here by Dr. Lee also great.

Disappointed with the service at this clinic. Had my cleaning done and I was not so happy with the hygienist. She has poor communication skills and the cleaning was not pleasant. I think the name was Pam. Booking an appointment with the receptionist was HORRIBLE as well (do not remember the name). They need to train their staff to be professional. Bad customer service. By far the worst clinic I have ever been to.

Phoning to make an appointment is ridiculous! I have called there a few times to book appointments and either no one picks up the phone and it goes to voicemail or the person who picks up puts you on hold and then you are disconnected. I redialed the number on another phone and she answered right away. I told her what happened and she said, "Oh did I hang up on you?" And I said, "Well the phone is dead at my end, so I would say so." She then said, "Oh well, you have me now." No apologies or anything close to one. I know no one is perfect and when I accidently do this to people and they call back, I apologize to them and do my best to help them out. This place was good in the beginning, but I think they are taking on way to many patients and can't keep up.

I was excited to have my cleaning done as I just moved out near the area but the hygienist I had that day was HORRIBLE. The cleaning was unpleasant. Some of the staff has an attitude. I do not recommend coming here

A very disappointing experience. The manager was rude and insensitive. The clinic needs more professional and trained staff who can communicate with the patients in a professional way. I was referred to the clinic by my dentist for a root canal retreatment. Which apparently could be done by the doctor who seemed incapable of doing it later. Instead of informing me the actual reason my appointment time got shuffled 3 times so that I give up myself. In the end to get rid of me they changed the timings without my consent and when I called to confirm the timings i was told that i missed my appointment and charged me $75 for no show fee. How could they decide the appointment time themselves without the patient’s agreement or even brining it to the patient’s knowledge. Incompetent doctor and untrained staff (or trained well enough to dodge the patients) make it the worst place so far I have ever been to.

Clerical staff and dental hygienist has poor personal communication skills. Most dental hygienist do poor cleaning jobs. One in particular likes to do a lot of talking and not a lot of cleaning on your teeth. If you have a great insurance they tend to take lots of different X-rays and that sort of stuff for no apparent reason.

Wonderful service, information and dental service. I have had cleaning and multiple other dental issues taken care of there. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic to everyone. Its the first time I have actually stayed frozen during the treatments and the first time I haven't been in ridiculous amounts of pain from either cleaning or actual dental work. The reception has been friendly and helpful and booking appointments and changing appointments has gone smoothly.

I made an appointment for my husband and they strictly told me to make sure he got there 10 min before his appointment. I did that and during the 1 hr it was supposed to take, I walked around the mall with my 1 and 3 year old and when we came back for my husband he was still sitting there, he's not been looked after. this wasted a whole hr of a Saturday of our family time because they were 1 hr late. I am very disappointed in this office. My husband cannot go during the week as he works a lot and this was sacrificed time we will no get back, and our weekends are precious to us. I mentioned this out loud that they had asked for him to be there early and they didn't even apologize or try to make up for it.
